Definitions
- the invention relates to a jewelry pendant according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a pendant is for example in the document EP 1 621 095 A1 described.
- the attachment of the jewelry element to the body via a small ring which is slotted and bent up for fastening and is guided by an eyelet of the body, wherein the ring also passes through a corresponding recess of the jewelry element. Thereafter, the ring is bent back again, so that the slot closes and the decorative element is attached to the base body.
- an earring with interchangeable decorative elements is revealed (http://web.archive.org/web/20120419005527/ http: /www.heinzendorff.de/ohrringe).
- the invention has for its object to provide a jewelry pendant, for example, for a necklace or a bracelet, in which the replacement of the jewelry element is made possible in a simple manner.
- the jewelry pendant according to the invention has a base body to which a jewelry element is releasably secured.
- the main body has a slot which extends from a hanging position for the decorative element to a hanging position, in which this slot is extended to an insertion opening.
- For attaching the jewelry element is formed on this retaining part through the insertion passed through into a sliding chamber of the body, in which the slot opens.
- the jewelry element can then be moved along the slot in its attachment position in which the retaining member is non-positively and / or positively secured in the sliding room, so that the jewelry element is reliably held on the body.
- the concept according to the invention makes it possible to change the jewelry element in a very simple way.
- the base body is designed as a hollow body, in the side wall of the slot is at least partially formed.
- this slot may also be formed in the other surfaces of the base body, for example in a front wall or rear wall.
- the attachment position is preferably seen in the direction of gravity extends below the suspension position.
- the jewelry element must be used only on the insertion and then moves alone due to the effect of gravity to the underlying trailer position.
- the jewelry pendant according to the invention is attached, for example, to a necklace, so that the base body accordingly has a fastener for the necklace. This fastener is then arranged accordingly at a distance to the hanging position.
- the jewelry pendant may also be formed, like an earring, with a hinge mechanism which is opened for attachment to a chain or the like and which has on its outer periphery a slot with an insertion opening for receiving / inserting a retaining member.
- the retaining member is executed in a particularly simple embodiment as a spherical head whose diameter is greater than the slot width. Accordingly, this diameter is slightly smaller than the diameter of the insertion opening, so that the retaining member can be inserted into the sliding chamber.
- At least one flattening can be formed on the retaining part, which comes into contact with a slot wall, so that the relative position between the base body and the jewelry element is secured.
- the main body is annular, wherein the slot is formed with the insertion opening in the annular wall. The space encompassed by the actual ring then forms, as it were, the sliding chamber and / or serves to fasten this ring to a necklace or the like.
- the ring may also be formed as a hollow body, so that then corresponding to the sliding chamber - similar to the previously described embodiments - is formed by the inner annular cavity.
- the ring body has two ring parts, which can be the same size in their part circumference. However, the two ring parts may also have different sub-circumferences to each other. Particularly preferred is a ratio of about 75:25.
- An annular body can be designed with a joint for opening and closing.
- This hinge may be associated with a hinge tongue, which covers the slot in the closed state at least partially or closes.
- a fixing element is provided in the region of the sliding chamber via which the decorative element or the like is secured or fixed in the hooking position, so that it can not or only deliberately be brought out of the sliding chamber.
- the fixing element is a spring, preferably as a bow spring.
- the jewelry pendant is designed as a ring body, consisting of two ring parts, which are connected to each other via a hinge and can be closed with a magnetic closure.
- the magnetic closure makes it much easier to open the ring.
- the adhesive force of the magnet is strong enough to firmly bind the ring members together during wear, yet light enough to allow comfortable opening with reasonable effort.
- Another significant advantage of the magnetic closure is the lack of cantilevered parts of a mechanical locking mechanism, which, from an aesthetic point of view, adds considerable value. Also with regard to the handling, this embodiment represents a particularly high benefit.
- the magnetic closure preferably form two magnets, which are introduced at the end portions of the ring parts. A magnet preferably forms the majority of the area of the respective end section.
- the adhesive force depends on the area of the magnet. The determined as optimal adhesive force can thus be adjusted according to the area size.
- the magnetic closure has a notch.
- the notch allows easy opening. For example, a fingernail can reach into the notch to release the closure with reasonable force.
- the notch is preferably formed by a bevel, which is arranged on an edge of the end portion of the respective ring member. Particularly preferred is an embodiment in which a respective chamfer is arranged at both end portions, so that the chamfers form a notch at a certain angle.
- ring parts of the ring body are connected to one another via a joint and can be closed with a mechanical closure, wherein the joint has a hinge tongue.
- a pin which is engageable with a recess in operative engagement, which is introduced at the end portion of the opposite ring member.
- the geometry of the pin can be, for example, parallelepiped or wedge-shaped but also conical.
- FIG. 1 a part of a necklace 1 is shown, which carries a pendent 2.
- This has a base 4, on which a decorative element 6 is releasably held.
- the attachment of the base body 4 to the necklace 1 is carried out in a conventional manner via at least one ring 8, through which the necklace 1 is threaded.
- the ring 8 can be opened by bending, in principle, this ring can also be designed as a spring ring, so that the hanging is simplified.
- the main body 4 is designed to improve the aesthetic appearance with an embossment, for example in the form of a coin.
- the decorative element 6 is formed in the illustrated embodiment as a drop-shaped body. Of course, other designs can be used.
- FIG. 2 shows the back of the jewelry element 2. It can be seen in this illustration, the then visible back of the body 4, which is formed in the illustrated embodiment with a plurality of apertures 12 which form an ornament.
- the base body 4 is designed approximately as a flat cylinder, wherein in the lateral peripheral wall 14, a slot 16 is formed.
- the main body 4 is formed as a hollow body, so that its interior opens via the slot 16 to the outside.
- the slot 16 extends over a relatively wide area of the circumference of the peripheral wall 14 towards the necklace 1.
- the necklace-side end portion of the slot 16 is expanded to an insertion opening 18.
- the jewelry element 6 in its use position, hereinafter referred attachment position, which it usually occupies in use.
- the position of the insertion opening 18 indicates a hooking position, in which the decorative element 6 has to be brought to the base body 4 for fastening.
- This hooking position is in FIG. 4 shown.
- the jewelry element 6 opposite to in the FIGS. 1 to 3 shown use or attachment position pivoted by at least 90 ° to the necklace 1 and thus aligned with the insertion opening 18.
- To attach the jewelry element 6 has a pin 20 whose diameter d is smaller than the slot width b (see FIG. 3 ) is trained.
- the pin 20 has at its protruding into the base body 4 end portion according to the detail in FIG. 4 a retaining portion 22 whose diameter D is larger than the diameter d of the pin 20.
- the diameter D of the retaining member 22 is smaller than the diameter E of the insertion opening 18 (see FIG. 3 ), so that it can be inserted through the insertion opening into the interior of the base body 4, but in the attachment position, the slot 16 engages behind. This is in FIG. 2 recognizable.
- the pin 20 with the retaining part 22 immersed in a sliding space 24 of the base body 4, wherein the pin 20 passes through the slot 16. Since the diameter D of the retaining part 22 is greater than the slot width b, the decorative element 6 is connected in its attachment position captive with the base body 4. A separation is only by moving the jewelry element 6 in the direction of the insertion opening 18 in the in FIG. 4 shown position possible, in which case the retaining member 22 can be removed via the insertion opening 18 from the slide chamber 24.
- the main body 4 is formed in the illustrated embodiment as a hollow body. In principle, one can form the sliding chamber 24 by milling or the like in a solid base body 4.
- the diameter D of the retaining member 22 must be made smaller than the thickness of the base body 4.
- the main body 22 is mushroom-shaped. To prevent rotation of this retaining member 22 may be carried out with a flattening, which then rests flat against a wall of the sliding chamber 24, for example, on the front or rear end wall of the base body 4, so that in the appended position, the positional orientation of the jewelry element 6 with respect to the base body 4th is secured.
- This is advantageous in decorative elements 6, which are not formed rotationally symmetrical and which have a side which is to be held in a certain reference position to the base body 4.
- a mushroom-like retaining part 22 instead of a mushroom-like retaining part 22, another structure, for example a cuboid retaining part, can also be provided to improve the anti-rotation protection, which abuts against walls of the sliding chamber 24 with two parallel side surfaces.
- FIG. 5 shows a single representation of the body according to the FIGS. 1 to 4 in the front view, in which an embossment 27 of the end face of the base body 4 is visible.
- This is, as already mentioned, designed as a hollow flat cylinder, in the peripheral wall 14 of the slot 16 opens.
- the pin which extends through the slot 16 into the sliding chamber 24, ie in the interior of the hollow cylinder.
- the jewelry element-side end portion of the pin which is designed as a mounting plate 26 to which the actual ornamental element, such as the teardrop-shaped stone according to the FIGS. 1 to 4 , is scheduled.
- the slot 16 extends from the in FIG. 5 lower attachment position towards the hanging position.
- the slot length is at least a quarter of the circumference of the base body 4.
- other slot dimensions can be realized.
- An accidental release can also be prevented by preventing the path to the insertion opening 18 by inserting a locking element in the slot 16.
- FIG. 6 shows the back of the body 4. As explained, this back is provided with a plurality of an ornament forming recesses 12.
- the slot 16 opens into the sliding chamber 24, which extends along the slot length.
- the base body 4 is formed as a hollow body.
- Pin 20 is not in its hitch position, but in an intermediate position between the hitch position and hanger position.
- the invention is by no means limited to the configuration of the slot 16 in the peripheral wall of a cylindrical base body.
- any basic body geometry can be selected, in which then a corresponding slot 16 is formed, which opens into a sliding chamber 24, in which then the retaining member 22 of the pin 20 is guided.
- the slot 16, for example, in the in FIG. 6 form visible back end wall.
- the slot 16 may be formed angularly or in any other way deviating from the line shape shown to improve the security against loss.
- FIG. 7 shows an embodiment in which the in FIG. 5 shown front end face is not provided with an embossment 27, but is designed as a kind of receptacle for a gemstone 28 or the like.
- the connection can be made for example by gluing the gemstone 28 on the end face of the body 4.
- the base body 4 of the jewelry pendant 2 is designed with a lateral, formed in the peripheral wall 14 slot.
- FIG. 8 shows a variant in which the slot 16 is formed substantially in a rear wall 30, that is, in the rear end wall of the body 4 designed as a flat cylinder. Similar to the case FIG. 6 explained embodiment, the rear wall 30 is executed even with ornaments or the like.
- the slot 16 extends from an approximately formed in a central axis A of the circular rear wall 30 insertion opening 18 away to the peripheral wall 14, wherein in this a comparatively short, approximately in the central region of the peripheral wall 14 extending transverse slot 32 is formed, in which Slot 16 opens.
- the pin 20 is guided along this slot 16 with the guided in the interior of the base body 4 retaining member 22 and the outer mounting plate 26 on which then the actual decorative element, such as a gemstone 28 or the like is fixed.
- the pin 20 is located on the lower end portion of the transverse slot 32 in the direction of gravity. Whose length is chosen so that the pin is arranged with the mounting plate 26 approximately in the central region of the axial length of the peripheral wall 14.
- the slot 16 is formed as a radial slot - of course, a different positioning is possible.
- the slot can optionally be bent, angular or formed in a different geometry.
- a positioning of the opposite to the slot width 16 extended insertion opening 18 to a location other than the region of the central axis A is readily feasible.
- this embodiment is not limited to that the base body 4 is formed as a hollow body. This can also be carried out as a solid element, in which case the slot 16 with the insertion opening 18 and the transverse slot 32 opens correspondingly in a formed in the interior of the base body 4, slightly enlarged sliding chamber 24 for the retaining member 22.
- this retaining member is first inserted approximately in the direction of the axis A in the insertion opening 18 and then along the slot 16 in Radial direction shifted to the peripheral wall and there rotated by 90 ° inserted into the transverse slot 32, so that the jewelry element is almost captive, but kept interchangeable in a simple manner.
- FIGS. 9a, 9b show an annular base 4 in the closed or opened state.
- the main body 4 has an annular body 34 which can be opened by means of a joint 36.
- the annular body 34 consists of two ring members 38, 40, which are connected to each other along an end portion via the joint 36 and the other end portions are flush with each other in the closed state and thus form a closing joint 42.
- the two ring parts 38, 40 may be the same size as shown in their partial circumference or may also have a different partial circumference.
- the annular body 34 engages around an inner space 44. As shown in FIG FIG.
- a locking tongue 48 is formed, which dips into a corresponding locking recess on the planar end portion 50 to the ring body 34 in his in FIG. 9a keep closed position shown.
- the above-described slot 16 is provided for suspending the decorative element. From this slot 16 is in the illustration according to FIG. 9b only the level of the peripheral edge visible.
- a special feature of this construction is that the slot 16 in the closed state ( FIG. 9a ) is covered by a hinge tongue 53, so that the decorative element or more precisely, the retaining member 22 is positively received in the sliding chamber 24. D. h., This hinge tongue 53 pivots when closing towards the slot and covers this or at least the extended insertion 18 sections.
- a radial projection 52 is formed on the end portion 46 of the ring member 40, which serves as a handle. This radial projection 52 and the parting line 42 are arranged diametrically to the joint 36.
- the annular body 34 has an inner diameter which may be, for example, in a range of about 2 to 10 mm. Particularly preferred is an inner diameter of about 6 mm.
- FIG. 10 shows three-dimensional representations of the base body 4 in its open position (b) and its closed position (a).
- the retaining body is not visible.
- This solution is preferred in a massive embodiment of the ring parts 38, 40.
- the ring parts 38, 40 are hollow, according to a further variant of the slot in the respective cavity, ie, in the present case open in the cavity of the ring member 38 and is fixed in position there.
- the annular body 34 is preferably opened, so that an insertion opening 18 for the retaining part 22 is accessible.
- FIG. 11 This shows the main body 4 according to the FIGS. 9 and 10 It can be seen that in a joint-side end portion 54 of the ring member 38, the slot 16 opens with the extended insertion opening 18, through which the retaining member, not shown in the interior 44 or the cavity of the ring member 38 and of the annular body 4 can be introduced.
- This insertion 18 is, as shown FIG. 9 explained, covered by the tongue 53 in the closed state. In the illustrated open state, the tongue 53 pivots away from the insertion opening, so that the decorative element can be hung.
- This insertion opening 18 may be partially covered when closing the ring body 4, so that the retaining member 22 can not be removed. In principle, however, it is sufficient to form the slot 16 along a predetermined peripheral portion of a ring member 38, wherein the slot terminates in a position in which the actual jewelery in use is arranged due to the force acting on it gravity. On a cover of the insertion opening 18 can then do without. In principle, the extended insertion opening 18 can also be omitted if When opening the ring body 34 creates a space that allows insertion into the slot 16 - this space then forms, so to speak, the insertion.
- FIG. 12 shows an application in which the annular body 34 via the mounting plate 26 a gem stone 28, in the present case a creole is hung.
- This suspension takes place with the ring body 34 open (b).
- the ring body 34 can then be attached to a necklace 1 or the like, which then passes through the interior 44.
- An accidental release of the gemstone 28 is then prevented by the fact that the necklace 1 then passes through the interior 44 and thus hinders accidental displacement of the pin towards the insertion opening 26 or even impossible.
- This can also be supported by the fact that the outer diameter of the chain 1 only slightly smaller than the diameter D of the inner space 44 (see FIG. 9a ) is selected.
- FIGS. 13 and 14 show a variant of the embodiment according to FIG. 8
- FIG. 14 shows the main body 4 from behind, ie with a view of the slot 16 with the insertion opening 18.
- the base body 4 is composed of two halves, which together define the interior or the sliding chamber 24, which is accessible via the slot 16.
- FIG. 13 shows a portion 56 of the multi-part main body 4 in a view of the part of the sliding space 24 bounding area. Visible in this illustration is a leaf spring 58 whose in FIG. 13 upper end section slightly above the middle (view after FIG. 13 ) of the part 56 of the base body 4 is fastened and bulges deflecting towards the viewer.
- the other end portion 60 of the spring 58 is clamped against an inner wall 62 of the part 56 of the base body 4.
- the end portion 60 of the spring 58 is biased against the inner wall 62 or is arranged with only a small gap to this.
- the leaf spring 58 covers the in FIG. 14 visible slot 16.
- the leaf spring 58 is arranged so that the pin 20 in accordance with Fig. 1-6 and the retaining member 22 according to FIG Fig. 2 can be inserted through the slot 16 in the slide chamber 24 without being hindered by the leaf spring 60.
- the retaining member 22 comes in clamping engagement with the leaf spring 60, so that the held by the pin 20 jewelry element 6 is fixed in position and is secured against falling out of the slot 16.
- a leaf spring is shown.
- other security or locking elements can be provided.
- other forms of springs are usable.
- a fixing element for detachably fixing the ornamental element can also be used in the other embodiments.
- FIG. 15 shows a further embodiment with an annular body 34 and a magnetic closure 64 in the closed (a) and open (b) state.

The jewelry pendant according to the invention has a base body to which a jewelry element is releasably secured. The main body has a slot which extends from a hanging position for the decorative element to a hanging position, in which this slot is extended to an insertion opening. For attaching the jewelry element is formed on this retaining part through the insertion passed through into a sliding chamber of the body, in which the slot opens. The jewelry element can then be moved along the slot in its attachment position in which the retaining member is non-positively and / or positively secured in the sliding room, so that the jewelry element is reliably held on the body.
The concept according to the invention makes it possible to change the jewelry element in a very simple way.
In one embodiment of the invention, the base body is designed as a hollow body, in the side wall of the slot is at least partially formed. Of course, this slot may also be formed in the other surfaces of the base body, for example in a front wall or rear wall.
The attachment position is preferably seen in the direction of gravity extends below the suspension position. As a result, the jewelry element must be used only on the insertion and then moves alone due to the effect of gravity to the underlying trailer position.
The jewelry pendant according to the invention is attached, for example, to a necklace, so that the base body accordingly has a fastener for the necklace. This fastener is then arranged accordingly at a distance to the hanging position. The jewelry pendant may also be formed, like an earring, with a hinge mechanism which is opened for attachment to a chain or the like and which has on its outer periphery a slot with an insertion opening for receiving / inserting a retaining member.
The retaining member is executed in a particularly simple embodiment as a spherical head whose diameter is greater than the slot width. Accordingly, this diameter is slightly smaller than the diameter of the insertion opening, so that the retaining member can be inserted into the sliding chamber.
To prevent rotation, at least one flattening can be formed on the retaining part, which comes into contact with a slot wall, so that the relative position between the base body and the jewelry element is secured. The main body is annular, wherein the slot is formed with the insertion opening in the annular wall. The space encompassed by the actual ring then forms, as it were, the sliding chamber and / or serves to fasten this ring to a necklace or the like.
In principle, the ring may also be formed as a hollow body, so that then corresponding to the sliding chamber - similar to the previously described embodiments - is formed by the inner annular cavity.
Besonders bevorzugt wird ein Verhältnis von etwa 75:25.The ring body has two ring parts, which can be the same size in their part circumference. However, the two ring parts may also have different sub-circumferences to each other. Particularly preferred is a ratio of about 75:25.
An annular body can be designed with a joint for opening and closing. This hinge may be associated with a hinge tongue, which covers the slot in the closed state at least partially or closes.
In a variant of the invention, a fixing element is provided in the region of the sliding chamber via which the decorative element or the like is secured or fixed in the hooking position, so that it can not or only deliberately be brought out of the sliding chamber.
It is particularly preferred to form the fixing element as a spring, preferably as a bow spring. The jewelry pendant is designed as a ring body, consisting of two ring parts, which are connected to each other via a hinge and can be closed with a magnetic closure. The magnetic closure makes it much easier to open the ring. The adhesive force of the magnet is strong enough to firmly bind the ring members together during wear, yet light enough to allow comfortable opening with reasonable effort. Another significant advantage of the magnetic closure is the lack of cantilevered parts of a mechanical locking mechanism, which, from an aesthetic point of view, adds considerable value. Also with regard to the handling, this embodiment represents a particularly high benefit.
The magnetic closure preferably form two magnets, which are introduced at the end portions of the ring parts. A magnet preferably forms the majority of the area of the respective end section. The adhesive force depends on the area of the magnet. The determined as optimal adhesive force can thus be adjusted according to the area size.
Preferably, the magnetic closure has a notch. The notch allows easy opening. For example, a fingernail can reach into the notch to release the closure with reasonable force.
The notch is preferably formed by a bevel, which is arranged on an edge of the end portion of the respective ring member. Particularly preferred is an embodiment in which a respective chamfer is arranged at both end portions, so that the chamfers form a notch at a certain angle.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, ring parts of the ring body are connected to one another via a joint and can be closed with a mechanical closure, wherein the joint has a hinge tongue.
Preferably, located at the end portion of an annular portion of the mechanical closure, a pin which is engageable with a recess in operative engagement, which is introduced at the end portion of the opposite ring member. The geometry of the pin can be, for example, parallelepiped or wedge-shaped but also conical.
