Definitions

  • the invention relates to a piece of jewelry with a jewelry body and at least one jewelry insert having a channel opening into which a trained as a rigid threaded pin fixing pin is inserted, which protrudes for attachment of the jewelry insert in the jewelry body with at least one end of the jewelry insert and in a first recess protrudes the jewelry body.
  • Jewelry pieces are regularly formed with a jewelry body that regularly determines the shape and use of the piece of jewelry as a ring, pendant, brooch, chain o.
  • the jewelry body is often provided with a jewelry insert, which may be formed by a gemstone, semi-precious stone, a precious metal piece o.
  • the jewelry insert may consist of the jewelry element itself, but often the jewelry element is mounted in a jewelery insert forming the socket.
  • a similar technique is through DE 70 26 255 U1 for training one out made of metallic links formed watch straps.
  • the recesses, which serve to receive the resilient ends of the resilient mounting pin can be formed as through holes, so that with the help of a plugged through a through hole elongated tool, for example in the form of a pin, the resilient end of the mounting pin can be pressed so that through the connection pin made connection with the help of the tool is solvable.
  • JP 11-266914 A It is known to attach a jewelry insert to a jewelry body, which may be a ring, for example, using a rigid mounting pin.
  • the fixing pin formed with a screw head is passed through the first recess and projects through the passage opening formed as a channel opening of the jewelry insert through, in order on the other side hineinzuragen in a second recess of the jewelry body.
  • this second recess is formed as a threaded hole, in that the fastening pin provided at its free end with a short threaded piece can be screwed.
  • the attachment is therefore only a few turns of the thread, whereby a release of the fixing pin can not be excluded and the risk of loss of the fixing pin - and thus the jewelry use - exists.
  • the cited document describes a fastening of the jewelry insert with screwed on two opposite sides in the jewelry body screws, which only with a short end on the material of the jewelry body in a short bag opening of the Protruding jewelry insert.
  • the attachment is done here in a complicated way with two screws.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object, a piece of jewelry of the type mentioned in such a way that a detachable, but nevertheless secure attachment of the jewelry use of the jewelry body is possible, which is also easy to accomplish.
  • a piece of jewelry of the type mentioned is characterized in that the first recess is a through-threaded hole through which the at least half its length provided with its threaded fastening pin is screwed and with a through the threaded hole through protruding portion protrudes into the channel opening.
  • the piece of jewelry according to the invention is thus dispensed with the attachment with resilient elements. Rather, it is done by a rigid mounting pin which is provided with an external thread and is screwed with this external thread through a through threaded hole of the jewelry body before it projects into the channel opening. Through the projecting into the channel opening portion of the threaded pin attachment is effected, for example, in cooperation with a receiving opening in the jewelry body for the jewelry use.
  • a stable attachment by the threaded pin alone is achieved when the channel opening of the jewelry insert is a through hole and the fixing pin protrudes with a protruding through the jewelry insert end in a second recess of the jewelry body.
  • the set screw on the side on which it is introduced into the jewelry body is already screwed. Since the threaded pin over at least half its length with a thread is provided, it requires many turns of the threaded pin in order to solve this so far that he releases the jewelry use again. An accidental loss of jewelry use of the jewelry body is practically impossible.
  • the second recess is formed smooth-walled.
  • This embodiment can be exploited to effect a Eindusbegrenzung of the threaded pin by the protruding through the jewelry insert end of the threaded pin is formed with a reduced diameter and the second recess has a relation to the passage-channel opening of the jewelry use correspondingly reduced diameter.
  • the paragraph formed by the diameter reduction can form a Einschraubanschlag the fastening pin.
  • the fastening pin is preferably provided on an end face with an actuating device, preferably in the form of an engagement slot for a screwdriver.
  • an actuating device preferably in the form of an engagement slot for a screwdriver.
  • the jewelry insert may be cylindrical with a cylinder axis and be insertable into a corresponding concentric cylindrical opening of the jewelry body, wherein the channel opening is aligned perpendicular to the cylinder axis.
  • the cylindrical jewelry insert and the cylindrical opening are formed so that the jewelry insert is rotatably mounted in the opening, so that an automatic correct adjustment of the jewelry insert relative to at least the first recess or to the two recesses results.
  • This is possible, for example, by the use of a non-circular cross-section for jewelry insert and recess or by pins or lugs attached to the jewelry insert, which can be inserted into an associated groove of the receptacle.
  • the jewelry body may have at least one flange-like bend in which the threaded through-hole is located.
  • a further, parallel to the angulation flange-like bend can be provided which has the second recess.
  • the grub screw runs perpendicular to the ring axis.
  • the shape of the jewelry insert can have numerous variants, especially if two flange-like bends are provided. In addition to cylindrical shapes with circular and polygonal cross-sections also spherical, oval and similar jewelry inserts can be used.
  • FIG. 1 lets a piece of jewelry with a jewelry body 1 in the form of a ring in a side view recognize.
  • the ring 1 is provided at a location with a radial cylindrical receiving opening 2, which extends over the thickness of the material of the ring 1.
  • a cylindrical projection 3 of a jewelry insert 4 is used in the form of a socket for a (not shown) gem stone.
  • the ring-shaped here ring 1 has a ring axis 5, to which a central axis 6 of the cylindrical projection 3 and the jewelry insert 4 is perpendicular.
  • Parallel to the ring axis a fastening pin 7 is inserted in the form of a threaded pin through the ring 1 and the cylindrical projection 3.
  • On its front side of the threaded pin 7 is provided with a slot 7 ', which allows the engagement of a suitable screwdriver in a conventional manner, so that the threaded pin 7 is rotatable by means of a screwdriver.
  • FIG. 2 The top view of FIG. 2 lets recognize the cylindrical receiving opening 2, in which the axis 6 of the cylindrical projection 3 of the socket 4 runs centrally. Perpendicular to this is in the material of the ring 1, a first recess 8, which is provided with an internal thread and through which the externally threaded fastening pin 7 is screwed, so that it projects with a section 9 in a channel opening 10 of the cylindrical projection 3.
  • the channel opening 10 is a passage-channel opening, which is aligned on the opposite side of the first recess 8 with a second recess 11, which is also formed as a through hole, but smooth-walled, ie without internal thread.
  • the fastening pin 7 protrudes with its free end into the second recess 11.
  • the socket 4 could be inserted into the receiving opening 2 in any rotational position, so that an aligned alignment of the channel opening 10 with the first recess 8 and the second Recess 11 would not be guaranteed.
  • the cylindrical projection 3 is provided on its outer wall with two diametrically opposite lugs 12, which in corresponding, upwardly open guide grooves 13 engage in the ring material and thus ensure a rotationally fixed use of the cylindrical projection 3 in the receiving opening 2.
  • the guide 13 extend only over part of the height of the material of the ring 1 and ends above the two recesses 8, 11 in the ring first
  • FIG. 3 The perspective, exploded representation of the FIG. 3 illustrates that the socket 4 is inserted with the cylindrical projection 3 in the receiving opening in the direction of arrow A so that the lugs 12 are inserted into the upwardly open guide grooves 13. Since the upwardly open guide grooves 13 are closed at the bottom, they also form a stop for the insertion movement in the direction of arrow A. By positioning the lugs 12 in the guide grooves 13 ensures that the first recess 8 and the second recess 11 with provided in the cylindrical projection 3 (in FIG. 3 not shown) channel opening 10 are aligned. Subsequently, the fastening pin 7 is inserted by screwing into the first recess 8 by means of the slot 7 'for fastening the jewelry insert 4.
  • the screwing is limited by the portion 15 of reduced diameter in cooperation with the second recess.
  • the screwing of the screw 7 is in FIG. 3 illustrated by the arrow B. After screwing in the fastening pin 7, the ring shown with his jewelry insert 4 is firmly connected and thus completed.
  • FIG. 4 illustrates the described arrangement in the ring 1, shown without inserted version.
  • FIG. 3 also shows the fixing pin 7, which is provided over almost its entire length with its external thread 14 extending from an end provided with the actuating slot 7 '. Only at the opposite end of the fastening pin 7 has a portion 15 with a reduced diameter and without external thread. The diameter of the section 15 is adapted to the diameter of the second recess 11 of the annular body.
  • FIG. 5 The sectional view of the FIG. 5 allows the guide grooves 13 which are open towards the top to be seen, which terminate above the first recess 8 provided with an external thread and the smooth-walled second recess 11.
  • the two recesses 8, 11 and the guide grooves 13 in mutually parallel, spaced from each other having walls 16, which may be formed for example by bends.
  • a jewelry insert 4 can be used and securely fastened by the fastening pin 7.
  • FIGS. 4 and 6 let recognize that the fastening pin 7 is provided over almost its entire length, ie in particular over more than half its length, with the external thread 14. Since the external thread 14 cooperates with the internal thread in the first recess 8, via which the fastening pin 7 is screwed into the material of the jewelry body, a relatively long screwing is required to fully insert the fixing pin 7 in the material of the ring. Since the fastening pin at the transition between the external thread 14 and the reduced diameter portion 15 forms a shoulder 17 which acts as Einschraubanschlag, accidental release of the mounting pin 7 can be done only in the backward direction, so would assume that the mounting pin 7 over the entire Length of external thread 14 is accidentally turned back or loosens by rotation.
  • FIG. 7 illustrates exemplarily that the present invention fixed jewelry insert 4 may have different shapes, such as the shape of a sphere, a circular cylinder or a triangular cylinder.
  • FIG. 8 illustrates the possible variations for jewelry inserts 4 different sizes.
  • the jewelry inserts shown here are cylindrical with a rectangular cross-section of different widths.
  • FIG. 9 illustrates that different jewelry body 1, 1 ', 1 ", 1"' can be used to realize different jewelry items with the inventive attachment of a jewelry insert 4.
  • ring 1 training of the jewelry body as a bracelet 1 ', as a trailer 1 "and as a plug 1"' are shown.
  • the attachment according to the invention of the jewelry insert 4 is realized.
