Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif destiné à la fixation d'un rail (2) pour véhicules ferroviaires, comprenant
    une plaque d'appui (1) constituée notamment comme pièce moulée en métal, qui est fixée de façon amovible à l'état de montage sur une voie de communication fixe (3), notamment en béton,
    le rail (2) étant fixé à la plaque d'appui (1) par des éléments de maintien de rail (la),
    la plaque d'appui (1) étant appliquée par force par le haut pour sa fixation au moyen d'un élément de maintien (6) séparé par rapport à la plaque d'appui (1) reposant sur la voie de communication (3),
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément de maintien (6) comporte une partie de cadre (8) qui comporte une face de pression (8a) s'appliquant par friction à la voie de communication (3).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie de cadre (8) est serrée contre la voie de communication (3) par le biais d'un élément d'ancrage (9) traversant la partie de cadre (8).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une pince de serrage (7) est serrée contre la partie de cadre (8), la pince de serrage (7) chevauchant par conformité de forme la plaque d'appui (1) et appuyant par élasticité de ressort en direction de la voie de communication (3).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la partie de cadre (8) soutient par conformité de forme la plaque d'appui (1) tant dans une direction longitudinale parallèle au rail (2) que dans une direction transversale perpendiculaire à cet effet et parallèle à la voie de communication.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de maintien (6) comprend une plaque de guidage angulaire (10) pour soutenir une pince de serrage (7).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque entretoise (11) est disposée en dessous de la plaque de guidage angulaire (10) pour le réglage en hauteur vertical de l'élément de maintien (6).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque entretoise (5) est disposée en dessous de la plaque d'appui (1) pour le réglage en hauteur vertical de la plaque d'appui (1).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une plaque intermédiaire (4) dans un matériau faiblement rigide est disposée en dessous de la plaque d'appui (1) à des fins d'amortissement.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque d'appui (1) n'est pas traversée par un élément d'ancrage logé dans la voie de communication (3).
