Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wandelement gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
- Aus der
JP 100 72 883 A - Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung die Filzschicht fertigungstechnisch einfach zu gestalten.
- Diese Aufgabe wird ausgehend von den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1 durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. In den Unteransprüchen sind vorteilhafte und zweckmäßige Weiterbildungen angegeben.
- Es ist vorgesehen, die Filzplatte mit einer Dicke zwischen 10 mm und 50 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 20 mm und 40 mm und insbesondere etwa 30 mm auszubilden. Derartig dimensionierte Filzplatten lassen sich gut als Pinwand oder Trennwand verwenden.
- Für die gewellte Filzschicht ist die Verwendung einer planen Filzschicht mit einer Stärke zwischen 4 mm und 20 mm, vorzugsweise 6 mm und 15 mm und insbesondere etwa 8 mm vorgesehen, wobei die gewellte Filzschicht durch einen Pressvorgang hergestellt wird. Derartige Filzschicht weisen eine hohe Eigenstabilität auf, welche die Verarbeitung erleichtert, da derartige Filzschichten einfach gehandhabt werden können, ohne dass diese beim Handhaben ungewünschte Knicke bilden.
- Zur Verbindung der einzelnen Filzschichten ist es vorgesehen, diese durch ein Verbindungsverfahren unter Verwendung eines Zusatzstoffes, insbesondere durch ein Klebeverfahren unter Verwendung eines Klebstoffes und/oder durch eine zusatzstofffreies Verbindungsverfahren, insbesondere ein Schweißverfahren wie vorzugsweise Ultraschallschweißen oder Vibrationsschweißen zu verbinden. Derartige Verfahren sind mit einfachen technischen Mitteln durchführbar.
- Im Sinne der Erfindung wird unter einer gewellten Filzschicht sowohl eine bogenförmig gewellte Filzschicht als auch eine zickzack-förmig gewellte Filzschicht als auch eine im Querschnitt trapezförmig gewellte Filzschicht verstanden, welche insbesondere in einem Umformprozess, insbesondere unter Verwendung eines Prägewerkzeugs insbesondere unter Einwirkung von Wärme hergestellt wird. Hierbei sind im Sinne der Erfindung bei einer im Querschnitt trapezförmig gewellten Filzschicht unter oberen und unteren Scheitellinien obere und untere Scheitelflächen zu verstehen.
- Weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung werden in der Zeichnung anhand von schematisch dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen beschreiben.
- Hierbei zeigt:

Figur 1a und 1b : ein erstes und ein zweites Wandelement. - In der
Figur 1a ist ein Wandelement gezeigt, welches aus zwei gewellten Filzschichten, welche als im Querschnitt trapezförmig gewellte Filzschicht ausgebildet ist und deren Scheitellinien durch Scheitelflächen gebildet sind, gebildet ist. Hierbei sind diese so zueinander ausgerichtet, dass diese mit einem Teil ihrer Scheitelflächen deckungsgleich aufeinander ausgerichtet sind, so dass zwischen diesen im Querschnitt sechseckförmige Hohlröhren gebildet werden, welche parallel zueinander verlaufen. Auch hier ist es optional vorgesehen eine weitere Stabilisierung des Wandelements durch zwei plane Filzschichten herbeizuführen, welche als obere und untere Deckschicht aufgebracht werden und im Bereich der Scheitelflächen mit der beschriebenen Struktur verbunden sind. - In der
Figur 1b ist ein weiteres Wandelement beschrieben, welches sich von dem in derFigur 1a gezeigten Wandelement dadurch unterscheidet, dass hier zwischen den beiden gewellten Filzschichten eine plane Filzschicht angeordnet ist, welche die Hohlröhren jeweils hälftig teilt. - Auch bei der Ausführungsvariante, welche in der
Figur 1b gezeigt ist, ist es optional vorgesehen eine weitere Stabilisierung des Wandelements durch zwei plane Filzschichten herbeizuführen, welche als obere und untere Deckschicht aufgebracht werden und im Bereich der Scheitelflächen mit der beschriebenen Struktur verbunden sind.
Claims (4)
- Wandelement umfassend eine Filzplatte, wobei die Filzplatte wenigstens zwei Filzschichten umfasst und wobei wenigstens eine der Filzschichten an wenigstens einer Oberseite eine dreidimensionale Struktur aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,- dass zwei der Filzschichten, welche als zwei im Querschnitt trapezförmige Filzschichten ausgebildet sind, derart abschnittsweise flächig verbunden sind, dass diese miteinander parallel zueinander verlaufende und im Querschnitt sechseckförmige Hohlröhren bilden.
- Wandelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese beiden Filzschichten zwischen einer planen Oberschicht und einer planen Unterschicht angeordnet und mit dieser abschnittweise flächig verbunden sind.
- Wandelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den im Querschnitt trapezförmigen Filzschichten eine plane Filzschicht angeordnet ist, welche die Hohlröhren hälftig teilt.
- Wandelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese beiden Filzschichten zwischen einer planen Oberschicht und einer planen Unterschicht angeordnet und mit dieser abschnittweise flächig verbunden sind und dass zwischen den im Querschnitt trapezförmigen Filzschichten eine plane Filzschicht angeordnet ist, welche die Hohlröhren hälftig teilt.
