Definitions

  • the invention relates to a display shelf with which foodstuffs to be hygienically protected, for example baked goods, can be presented to and handed over to a customer.
  • the delivery shelf has at least one presentation room in which the food can be presented and presented to the customer, and at least one removal room which has a removal opening through which the customer can remove the food from the delivery shelf.
  • Output shelves are often designed so that the customer can only remove the goods with one tool. He has to use pliers or a pusher to transport the goods over a barrier that prevents the goods from being returned to the presentation room. After the goods have been conveyed over the barrier, the goods are usually in a removal room into which the customer can reach by hand.
  • An output device for bread, rolls or the like unpacked food is known, in which change boxes are designed specifically for the product, for example according to the size of the rolls or baked goods in the form of baguette, bread or the like, with the respective storage volume so that the customer can bake goods through a front flap can see.
  • a module of an output shelf there consists of a presentation room in which the baked goods are stored and a removal space located between the presentation room and the customer, into which the customer can reach through the front flap to remove the baked goods.
  • a similar dispenser is out of the DE 20 2011 104 060 U1 known.
  • the removal room is also located in front of the presentation room from the customer's point of view.
  • a self-service dispenser in which a presentation space filled with loaf-shaped food items is viewed from the customer's point of view and is arranged next to an associated removal space, into which individual food items can be conveyed out of the presentation space and finally removed by the customer.
  • Dispensing devices are also known in which a fall-back protection is arranged between a presentation space and a removal space, through which the baked goods can be conveyed from the presentation space into the removal space, but not back from the removal space into the presentation space.
  • a disadvantage of this design is that the customer has to look through the removal room in order to be able to view the goods in the presentation room.
  • the fact that the removal room is located between the customer and the presentation room also makes it difficult for the customer to remove the goods or convey them from the presentation room into the removal room, in particular if they are at the end of the presentation room facing away from the customer.
  • this construction also makes it difficult to remove individual components, for example the floors of the removal rooms and the presentation rooms and the fall-back protection for cleaning.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object of developing a display shelf in which the customer has the goods in the presentation room directly in front of their eyes and can view them, and at the same time an easy removal of the goods is ensured.
  • the arrangement of the removal space not in front of, but to the side of, the presentation space has the advantage that the products in the presentation space are clearly visible from a removal space in front of them, since there is only a completely transparent pane between them as a front cover.
  • the delivery shelf consists of a frame with upright struts and transverse and longitudinal struts running in width and depth, in which all other components are detachably fastened, the delivery shelf is easy to clean.
  • the lowest longitudinal and cross struts are not just above the floor, but are offset from the lower end of the upright struts up to the lower end of the presentation area, in which the presentation rooms and removal rooms are located one above the other on floors.
  • the base area underneath, in which there are no presentation and removal rooms, does not contain any longitudinal or transverse struts, so that the floor on which the upright struts stand can be easily cleaned with brooms or other cleaning devices around these upright struts.
  • the front of the base area is also closed with a front plate, which is designed as a flap, i.e. is articulated at its upper edge to the frame, in particular the lowest longitudinal strut, so that the lower edge of the front plate is forward, and in particular only, away from the delivery shelf can be pivoted in this direction, for example because the front plate rests against the front of the upright struts.
  • a front plate which is designed as a flap, i.e. is articulated at its upper edge to the frame, in particular the lowest longitudinal strut, so that the lower edge of the front plate is forward, and in particular only, away from the delivery shelf can be pivoted in this direction, for example because the front plate rests against the front of the upright struts.
  • the upright struts should preferably extend at most on one side of the removal room down to the ground, but on at least one side end at the transition between the presentation area and the plinth area. This avoids upright struts standing on the ground at a short distance, between which cleaning, for example sweeping using a significantly wider broom, would be problematic.
  • the dispensing shelf can be extended in the width direction as desired, preferably by always alternatingly having a presentation space and a removal space.
  • products from a presentation room can optionally be dispensed into each of the two removal rooms on both sides of the presentation room, and vice versa, products from both adjacent presentation rooms can be dispensed into a removal room.
  • the struts of the frame are closed hollow sections from the cross section, electrical lines, for example for illuminating the output shelf, can be laid in a well-protected manner inside.
  • the individual, superimposed presentation and removal rooms are formed by inserting cassettes in the depth direction into the frame, in the form of a storage tray or a removal tray, which on the one hand form the support surface for the products and on the other hand the vertical separation between superimposed presentation rooms or removal rooms.
  • the guides in the depth direction for the sheets are preferably designed as guide strips which run in the depth direction between the upright struts.
  • the guide strips preferably have the same Sloping towards the front, which the removal tray and the storage tray have.
  • Storage trough and removal trough can of course also be made of a material other than metal, for example plastic.
  • the storage trough and / or removal trough are preferably designed trough-shaped in that they have an edge that rises to the side, which helps to prevent an unintentional pushing out of a product from the storage trough.
  • the top of the storage trough and / or the removal trough is equipped with channels running in the width direction, which cover the entire floor area, particularly in the depth direction.
  • the channels preferably have a V-shaped profile and the elevations between the channels are rounded at the top, but preferably do not have a flat top.
  • the elevations between the channels thus serve on the one hand as a support surface for the products and on the other hand as a guide when pushing the products sideways, while the channels themselves serve as a collection point for crumbs or filler grains that have fallen off the products.
  • the storage trays also have a steeply rising slope at their front end, which is to prevent the products from reaching the front pane and contaminating it.
  • a storage trough can be subdivided into two sub-rooms, for example, by a dividing wall that runs in the depth direction and stands on the floor of the storage trough.
  • the upright partition is held by a rod, preferably made of metal, which is firmly connected to the lower region of the partition and has a cross section and a length so that it can be inserted into one of the troughs of the storage trough, and thereby the partition in Holds position.
  • a rod preferably made of metal, which is firmly connected to the lower region of the partition and has a cross section and a length so that it can be inserted into one of the troughs of the storage trough, and thereby the partition in Holds position.
  • the channels preferably have such a depth that - taking into account the inclination of the storage tray to the horizontal and the customer's line of sight - at least on the top floor of the delivery shelf, the deepest area of the channels is invisible to the customer and the customer can therefore also see the accumulated areas there Can not see crumbs and therefore from his perspective the storage pan is clean.
  • This effect can also be promoted by the profile shape of the troughs, in particular by a flank of the trough which is as steep as possible and in particular perpendicular to the main plane and which is closest to the customer.
  • this flank of the gutter which points the way away from the customer, would even be slightly overhanging, which makes cleaning slightly difficult, but always creates a clean visual impression of the storage trough.
  • the depth of the trough-shaped storage trough or removal trough can vary, depending on the product to be accommodated on it. Also, the troughs do not always have to be present, because storage troughs are also required, for example, to present packaging bags, preferably on the bottom floor, and since there are no crumbs falling off them, the troughs are also not necessary for collecting them.
  • the display shelf also includes a price bar on each floor with a price tag to indicate the price of the products on display, which must also be quick and easy to replace.
  • the price bar must also not be accessible to the customer.
  • a holding bar is arranged in front of the corresponding storage trough on each floor behind the pane, that is to say inside the dispensing rack, and the ends are each suspended in one of the upright struts.
  • a pocket profile is suspended from preferably transparent plastic, the upper and lower portions of the front side to the rear or are bent forward, are bent repeatedly in the upper case 3, so that an upper, almost all sides closed pocket is formed into which the holding bar fits in, i.e. the pocket profile with its upper pocket can be clipped onto the holding rod, for example.
  • such a pocket profile will have a significantly smaller width than the holding rod, but it is also possible to fasten one or more individual pocket profiles next to one another on the holding rod until they are approximately the entire length of the holding rod cover.
  • the fall protection device between the presentation room and the removal room consists of swiveling locking brackets, which can swing with their area below the pivot bearing essentially only in the direction of the removal room, in order to be able to push a product from the presentation room through the fall protection device into the removal room, but not vice versa.
  • the pivotable locking brackets end above the cross struts underneath, of course at a distance that no longer allows a product to be pushed through.
  • the prevention of pivoting in the direction of the presentation space is achieved in that a stop rod is present above the storage of the locking bracket realized by a rod is, and the locking bracket have a protrusion on the storage rods upwards, which stops when pivoting in the wrong direction on the stop rod.
  • the spoon pusher used for this has a specially designed, spoon-shaped function end for easy moving of the products through the safety device:
  • the inner surface of the spoon is concavely curved, just like a spoon, and when viewed from this inner surface, the spoon has an approximately triangular structure with a central, strongly rounded tip on the front end opposite the slide rod and two sides on either side, also strongly rounded further extensions as the second and third corner of the triangle at the rear end of the spoon.
  • the edge of the spoon has an indentation between the rounded tip on the front and the side extensions.
  • the inclined spoon allows products to be pushed aside very easily, even if they are in one of the front corners of the presentation room.
  • the transparent pane that closes the front of the presentation room is not permanently installed, but can be opened, for example to fill the presentation room from the front.
  • the window designed as a front door must not be able to be opened by the customer.
  • the presence of a lock on each of the disks should be avoided become, because sooner or later the necessary key will be lost, the lock represents a hygiene problem and for other reasons.
  • the disc designed as a front door which is attached to the frame by hinges on one side, only has a locking device on the side opposite the hinges, which can be opened without a key or special tool, but the locking device for the customer is not is visible and therefore will not be opened by him.
  • a locking bolt protrudes rearward from one of the upright struts, which the operator has to lift so that the front door, which is designed as a transparent pane, can be opened.
  • each of the panes extends over the front edge, in particular the front upper edge, of one of the storage troughs and thus covers part of the presentation space located above and part of the storage trough.
  • the disks arranged one above the other are arranged at a very small distance of a few millimeters, which is less than the thickness of the slide bar, but is either in the lower edge or in the upper edge of the disk there is an indentation which increases the distance between the two disks to such a degree in its area, that the pusher rod can extend through, but not the much thicker handle and not the much larger spoon at the front end.
  • a light bar in particular an LED light bar, extends along each presentation room on both sides at the upper edge area and illuminates the products in this presentation room.
  • LEDs as illuminants, a low heat input is achieved on the products.
  • the light bar is fixed in relation to its holder, the direction of radiation on the products cannot be changed unintentionally, but the light always shines on the products under the same predetermined radiation direction and with the same radiation cone.
  • the closed top surface, i.e. the top, of the output shelf, which is usually closed by a glass plate, has a slight slope from the front edge to the rear edge.
  • This measure - in addition or alternatively also a position of the front edge higher than 1.80 m, preferably higher than 1.85 m - has the effect that the customer standing in front of the issuing rule cannot see the top surface and therefore also not any dust deposited thereon can notice.
  • the inclination must not be greater than 15 degrees, better not greater than 10 degrees, better not greater than 5 degrees, since otherwise it would be possible to look through the glass top surface from bottom to top.
  • FIG. 1b The front view of the Figure 1b of a single output shelf 1 shown over the entire height reveals the basic innovation, according to which - on individual levels one above the other - the removal space 4 is located to the side of the presentation space 2 for the goods, to the left in this illustration.
  • a product P which is already in the removal space 4, can be gripped and removed by the customer there via the removal opening 5 provided on the front side of this removal space 4, which in this case consists of the entire open front side of the removal space.
  • the presentation room 2 is closed towards the front, towards the user, by a transparent pane 11, through which the customer can clearly see the products P stored in the presentation room 2:
  • a fall-back protection device 9 with in this case several pivotable elements 13 must be located, runs in the direction of the customer's view and is not disturbing in the front view, in contrast to a transverse fall-back protection device, which is necessary if, as in the prior art, the removal space 4 is in front of the presentation space 2.
  • the front side 3 of the presentation area 29 is designed to recede obliquely from the bottom upwards, preferably by about 5-10 ° with respect to the vertical, which improves the view into the presentation rooms 2 not only horizontally but also relatively steeply from above, especially since the products P in the individual presentation rooms 2 are close to the front pane 11.
  • the construction of the output shelf 1 is modular: It consists on the one hand of a frame 19, which consists of upright struts 26a, b, c, the upright struts on the front side 3 being designated by 26a or 26b: Since the front side 3 of the presentation area 29 is arranged obliquely from bottom to top, but the front surface of the base area 28 is arranged vertically, the front upright struts 26a, which pass through the presentation area 29 and base area 28, have a kink at the transition between them or are on this part in two, the lower part forming a separate footrest 15. 26b denotes those upright struts on the front side 3 which only pass over the height of the presentation area 29.
  • each side of the removal space 4 which is much narrower than the presentation space 2
  • the front side 3 of the base area is closed by means of a front plate 16, which is designed as a flap with a hinge on the upper edge, and from its vertically hanging normal position with its lower edge can be pivoted away from the rest of the output shelf 1, i.e. the footrests 15 can, in particular can only be pivoted in this direction.
  • the upright struts 26c on the rear side 22 run vertically over the entire height, but the upright struts should preferably also extend there only on one side of the removal spaces 4 only over the height of the presentation area 29 for the reason mentioned.
  • the frame 19 is completed by transverse struts 18 running in the depth direction and longitudinal struts 27 running in the width direction, wherein preferably longitudinal struts 27 are only present at the upper and lower ends of the presentation area 29.
  • a storage tray 6 and the bottom of the removal space 4 are inserted in the depth direction on each floor, which serve as a support surface for the products P on each floor.
  • These trays rest on lateral guide strips 18 ', which, like the cross struts 18, run in the depth direction between the front and rear upright struts 26 a, b, c and are easy to disassemble, which is why they have the same inclination from the back to the front how they should have the tubs on them.
  • the basic function of the output shelf when removing a product P is best in Figure 4 to recognize:
  • the customer selects a product P to be purchased, which is located in the presentation room 2 in the storage tub 6 there. Since the front of the presentation room 2 is closed and he cannot reach into it, he has to use the desired product with the help of a spoon slide 12 which protrudes inwards through a slot in the front cover of the presentation room 2 and which he holds on the rear handle 23 to move the desired product with the spoon 24 at the front end of the spoon pusher 12 through the backward protection device 9 into the removal space 4.
  • the handle 23 of the spoon slide 12 is designed as a ball, as in FIG Figure 1a or that Figures 3a, b apparent, but this is not mandatory.
  • a fender 20 is arranged in the parting plane 43 in the rear area, for example, and the fall-back protection device 9 with the pivotable locking brackets 13 only covers the front area.
  • the fall arrest device 9 consists of pivotable elements 13 - as in FIG Figure 1a can be seen - which form a continuous curtain next to each other in the depth direction, in this case from wire brackets which are pivotably lined up on a bearing rod 17.
  • the pivotable elements 13 end with their lower end at a distance above the sliding surface 44, the distance being too small to allow a product P to pass therebetween.
  • the pivotable elements 13 have a projection 13a upwards beyond the bearing rod 17, and in the pivoting region of this projection 13a there is a stop rod 37 which runs parallel to the bearing rod 17 and, just like the end rod, is suspended in the upright struts 26b, c, and although somewhat offset from the projection 13a in the direction of the removal space 4.
  • the lower part of the pivotable element 13 can pivot only a small pivot angle in the direction of the presentation space 2 until the projection 13a abuts the stop rod 37, and then the lower end of the pivotable element 13, the locking bracket, is approximately still above the Sliding surface 44. This reliably prevents that products already in the removal room 4 can be pushed back into the presentation room 2 by the customer.
  • the locking bracket 13 can, however, be pivoted as far as is necessary to push a product P therethrough.
  • the bearing rod 17 and the stop rod 37 preferably run parallel to the bearing trough 6, and above all parallel to the guide bar 18 'extending in the depth direction, and are therefore usually inclined differently depending on the floor.
  • the storage trays 6 are usually filled from the rear 22 with fresh products P, provided that there is free space for the operator.
  • the panes 11 covering the front side 3 of the presentation rooms 2 are designed to be opened by being attached on one side to one of the upright struts 26a, b via hinges 21.
  • each pane has a locking device 38 with respect to the upright strut 26a, b running there, but which is not visible to the customer:
  • this consists, for example, of a latch 45 projecting from the rear of the upright strut 26a, which can be gripped and pushed up with the result that its locking end 45a then no longer fits into the closure part 46, which is fastened to the rear of the disk 11, engages so that the disc 11 can be swung open.
  • the storage trough 6 behind it can be equipped with new products or the storage trough 6 can also be removed to the front for cleaning purposes or for filling elsewhere.
  • FIG. 1a It can also be seen that the top surface 42 of the delivery shelf 1, which is closed by elements placed on the frame 19, such as glass panes, has a slightly sloping slope from the front edge to the rear edge, so that the top of this top surface for a customer standing in front of the delivery shelf 1 is not visible.
  • the storage troughs 6 are trough-shaped, that is to say have a rising ramp 8 towards their edges, which, among other things, is intended to prevent a product from being pushed too easily and unintentionally by a customer over the edge of the storage trough 6 into the removal space 4 can. Furthermore, this lateral ramp 8 also serves to hold back products if the storage trough 6, loaded with products, is moved outside the delivery shelf 1, for example carried around.
  • the bottom of the storage trough 6 is provided with grooves 30 which run over the entire width of the floor of the storage trough 6 and one groove 30 adjoins the next in the depth direction, so that a W-shaped or V-shaped design of the floor the storage tub is given.
  • the elevations between the channels 30 form the support surfaces for the products P, because the width of the channels 30 is significantly smaller than the extent of a product P viewed in the supervision.
  • the storage trays 6 and the entire delivery rack 1 are dimensioned such that the storage trays 6 can only be inserted into the delivery shelf 1 in one orientation, namely with channels 30 running transversely to the depth direction.
  • the troughs 30 serve as a collecting space for crumbs 36 falling from the products P or fillings such as cereal grains, so that the storage troughs 6 designed in this way simultaneously fulfill the function as a support surface for the products P and crumb collecting tray.
  • the flank inclination and depth of the channels 30 is additionally preferably - taking into account the inclined position of the storage trough 6 on the output shelf 1 and the eye position of the customer - such that the customer, at least on the top floor, the bottom, i.e. the deepest area, of the channels 30 cannot see and therefore cannot see the crumbs 36 stored there, so that for him the impression of a clean storage trough 6 is created.
  • the Figure 1b also shows that there are differently designed storage troughs 6, for example with a different depth, that is to say a different height, of the lateral ramp 8.
  • the disks 11 each extend in height over one of the storage troughs 6, and thus partially cover two superimposed presentation rooms 2 at the same time.
  • the height of the resulting slide opening 14 is greater than the thickness of the slide rod 25, which is supposed to lead through the slide opening 14, but less than the diameter of the handle 23 at the rear end of the slide rod 25 and also smaller than the dimensions of the spoon 24 am front end of the slide rod.
  • FIG. 1b On the top floor in Figure 1b Also shown is a partition 10 in the storage trough 6, which extends in the depth direction from the bottom of the storage trough 6 in order to divide the storage trough into two adjacent areas.
  • the partition 10 is preferably not firmly connected to the bearing pan 6, but lies loosely on it.
  • the fixation takes place - as in the Figures 2a and 2 B shown - form-fitting and in this case consists of two appropriately objected heavy, preferably made of metal, rods 31 which fit into grooves 30 and preferably extends over their entire length.
  • the dividing wall 10 is attached to these rods 31 so as to protrude upwards and at right angles thereto, so that the dividing wall 10 can be arranged in the bearing trough 6 simply by inserting its rods 31 into the grooves 30.
  • the transverse position of the partition 10 in the trough 6 can also be varied.
  • stops 56 are incorporated at corresponding transverse positions in the channels, against which the rods 31 abut on the end face.
  • Light strips 40 for illuminating the presentation rooms 2 are also shown on the individual levels: These are preferably light strips with LEDs as illuminants, which not only consume little electricity, but above all radiate very little heat, and therefore do not cause an impermissibly high heat input in the direction of the products P stored in the presentation room 2.
  • the light strips 40 are arranged running in the direction of the depth of the output shelf 1 on each floor in the right and left upper corner of the presentation room 2 and are preferably fastened to the underside of the guide strips 18 '.
  • the light strips 40 are not pivotably mounted about their longitudinal axis relative to their end holder 41, so that the beam angle of the light strip 40 is always optimally set.
  • the power supply to the light strips is provided by cables which are guided inside the struts of the frame 19, which are preferably designed for this purpose as hollow sections which are circumferentially closed with respect to their cross section.
  • the spoon 24 has an approximately triangular basic shape with a central, strongly rounded tip at the front end facing away from the slide rod 25 and on both sides of the longitudinal center, the line of symmetry, in each case an extension 34 projecting to the side, each of which has one of the further corners of the represent triangular basic shape and are also strongly rounded.
  • Indentations 35 are present between the central tip 33 and the lateral extensions 34. With this shape, on the one hand, a product can be accommodated in the concave spoon-shaped inner surface 32 and quasi carried.
  • each product, including in the corners of the storage trough 6, can be easily reached and pushed in the desired direction, namely in the direction of removal space 4, by the front tip 33 and the lateral extensions 34:
  • the lateral extensions 34 are well suited to achieve a product lying exactly in the front corners of the storage trough 6.
  • the central rounded tip 33 is well suited to overlap a product lying far behind on the storage trough 6 and to pull it forward into the area of the fall-back protection device 9, and only then to the side in the direction of the removal space 4 with the aid of one of the two extensions 34 push.
  • the size of the spoon 24 viewed from the top is slightly larger than a product P viewed from the top, but at most 3 larger by a factor of 2 or 3.
  • the indentations 35 are not so large that a product P could be passed between an imaginary connecting line from the central tip 33 to a lateral extension 34 and the indentation 35 underneath.
  • the Figures 5a, b show the price bar 50, which is preferably arranged at the level of each floor, ie approximately at the level of the storage tub 6 of the presentation room 2.
  • the price bar 50 consists, on the one hand, of a holding rod 51 running in the width direction behind the pane 11 and in front of the corresponding presentation space 2 or the corresponding storage trough 6, which has a length such that it has both ends on one of the two upright struts 26a , b attached on both sides of the presentation room 2, in particular can be hung.
  • the holding rod 51 carries a pocket profile 52, preferably made of transparent plastic, which is cut to the desired length.
