Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Ortbetonschutzwand gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.
- Ortbetonschutzwände werden als Fahrzeugrückhaltesystem verwendet, welche dazu vorgesehen sind, Fahrzeuge von einem unbeabsichtigten Verlassen einer Fahrbahn abzuhalten, und somit die Gefährdung der Insassen gering zu halten. Eine Ortbetonschutzwand ist hierbei eine Betonwand, welche vor Ort gefertigt wird.
- Derartige Ortbetonschutzwände werden in der Regel mittels eines Gleitschalenverfahrens hergestellt, wodurch in einem einfachen Verfahren lange durchgängige Ortbetonschutzwände hergestellt werden können.
- Aus der
WO 00/71821 A1 - Aus der
EP 1 063 357 A1 ist ein Wandelement bekannt, welches als Betonfertigteil gebildet ist und eine innere Bewehrung aufweist, welche bis zu den Endplatten reicht. - Aus der
DE 101 24 171 A1 ist eine Betonschutzwand mit einem als Rohr ausgebildeten Deformierungselement bekannt. - Aus der
FR 2 754 281 A1 - Aus der
WO 2011/075755 A1 ist ein Schallschutzbauteil bekannt, welches auch als Rückhalteelement ausgebildet sein kann. - Aus der
DE 93 01 089 U1 ist ein Verkehrsleitstein bekannt, wobei mehrere Verkehrsleitsteine für eine leitplankenähnliche Fahrbahnführung miteinander verbunden werden können. - Nachteilig an derartigen Ortbetonschutzwänden ist, dass bei einem Fahrzeugaufprall mit hoher Geschwindigkeit oder unter ungünstigem Winkel die Ortbetonschutzwand durchbrochen werden kann, oder es zu einem zu starken Auslenken der Ortbetonschutzwand kommt.
- Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher eine Ortbetonschutzwand der eingangs genannten Art anzugeben, mit welcher die genannten Nachteile vermieden werden können, und einen besseren Schutz der Insassen eines aufprallenden Fahrzeuges bietet.
- Erfindungsgemäß wird dies durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruches 1 erreicht.
- Dadurch ergibt sich der Vorteil, dass die Ortbetonschutzwand besser geeignet ist Fahrzeuge von einem unbeabsichtigten Verlassen einer Fahrbahn abzuhalten.
- Die Unteransprüche betreffen weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung.
- Ausdrücklich wird hiermit auf den Wortlaut der Patentansprüche Bezug genommen, wodurch die Ansprüche an dieser Stelle durch Bezugnahme in die Beschreibung eingefügt sind und als wörtlich wiedergegeben gelten.
- Die Erfindung wird unter Bezugnahme auf die beigeschlossenen Zeichnungen, in welchen lediglich bevorzugte Ausführungsformen beispielhaft dargestellt sind, näher beschrieben. Dabei zeigt:

Fig. 3 eine dritte bevorzugte Ausführungsform einer Ortbetonschutzwand im Schnitt quer zur Längserstreckung. - Die
Fig. 1 bis 3 zeigen bevorzugte Ausführungsformen einer Ortbetonschutzwand 1 umfassend einen Ortbetonkörper 2, wobei ein Profil des Ortbetonkörpers 2 sich von einem Fußbereich 3 des Ortbetonkörpers 2 zu einem Kopfbereich 4 des Ortbetonkörpers 2 hin verjüngt. Eine Ortbetonschutzwand 1 kann hierbei insbesondere Teil eines Fahrzeugrückhaltesystems sein. Derartige Ortbetonschutzwände 1 werden bevorzugt neben Fahrbahnen 16 aufgestellt, um unkontrolliertes Abirren bzw. ein Abkommen eines Fahrzeuges von der Fahrbahn 16 zu verhindern. Hierfür kann insbesondere die Längserstreckung der Ortbetonschutzwand 1 parallel zur Längserstreckung der benachbarten Fahrbahn 16 angeordnet sein. Eine Ortbetonschutzwand 1 weist einen Ortbetonkörper 2 auf, welcher insbesondere am geplanten Einsatzort hergestellt werden kann. - Ein Ortbetonkörper 2 kann hierbei insbesondere mittels einem Gleitschalenverfahren hergestellt werden. Weiters kann die Ortbetonschutzwand 1 insbesondere einen durchgehenden Ortbetonkörper 2 aufweisen. Durch das sich von einem Fußbereich 3 des Ortbetonkörpers 2 zu einem Kopfbereich 4 des Ortbetonkörpers 2 hin verjüngende Profil kann ein Überschlagen eines anprallenden Fahrzeuges verhindert werden. Insbesondere kann das Profil des Ortbetonkörpers 2 als New-Jersey Profil ausgebildet sein, wie dieses beispielsweise in
Fig. 1 und2 dargestellt ist. Gemäß einer nicht dargestellten Ausführungsform kann das Profil des Ortbetonkörpers 2 als Step-Profil ausgebildet sein. - Der Kopfbereich 4 kann insbesondere jener Bereich des Ortbetonkörpers 2 sein, welche oberhalb von 80% der Gesamthöhe des Ortbetonkörpers 2 angeordnet ist.
- Der Fußbereich 3 kann insbesondere jener Bereich des Ortbetonkörpers 2 sein, welche unterhalb von 20% der Gesamthöhe des Ortbetonkörpers 2 angeordnet ist.
- Vorgesehen ist, dass der Ortbetonkörper 2 mit einer im Wesentlichen durchgehenden Bewehrung 5 versehenen ist. Die Bewehrung 5 kann die bei einem Aufprall eines Fahrzeuges auftretende Zugkräfte aufzunehmen und damit ein Durchbrechen des Fahrzeuges verhindern. Die Bewehrung 5 kann insbesondere einen oder mehrere Bewehrungsstränge aufweisen, welche beispielsweise als Stahldrähte, Litzen, Seile und/oder als Bewehrungsstäbe ausgebildet sein können. Im Wesentlichen durchgehend bedeutet in diesem Sinne, dass die Bewehrung 5 nicht zwingend aus durchgehenden Bewehrungsstränge bestehen muss, sondern dass auch mehrere, sich insbesondere in Längsrichtung überlappende Bewehrungselemente, oder in Längsrichtung mit Schweißungen oder Kupplungskonstruktionen gestoßenen Bewehrungselemente, vorgesehen sein können.
- Gemäß einer besonders bevorzugten Weiterbildung kann vorgesehen sein, dass wenigstens ein erster Bewehrungsstrang 6 der Bewehrung 5 im Fußbereich 3 des Ortbetonkörpers 2 angeordnet ist, und dass ein horizontaler Abstand des ersten Bewehrungsstranges 6 zu einer gegenüberliegenden Außenkante des Ortbetonkörpers 2 mindestens 70% der maximalen Breite des Ortbetonkörpers 2 im Fußbereich 3 beträgt. Der erste Bewehrungsstrang 6 kann beispielsweise aus einem durchgehenden Bewehrungselement ausgebildet sein, oder aus mehreren in Längserstreckung nachfolgenden und sich insbesondere teilweise überschneidenden Bewehrungselementen. Durch die Anordnung des ersten Bewehrungsstranges 6 der Bewehrung 5 im breiteren Fußbereich 3 des Ortbetonkörpers 2 kann dieser zu der Mitte des Ortbetonkörpers weiter horizontal beabstandet angeordnet werden als im schmaleren Kopfbereich 4 des Ortbetonkörpers 2. Die Außenkante des Ortbetonkörpers 2 kann hierbei der von einer durch die Mitte des Ortbetonkörpers 2 verlaufende Vertikalebene am weitestens beabstandete Kante des Ortbetonkörpers 2 sein. Die maximale Breite des Ortbetonkörpers 2 ist hierbei die maximale horizontale Erstreckung des Ortbetonkörpers 2 im Fußbereich quer zur Längserstreckung des Ortbetonkörpers 2. Hierbei kann die Bewehrung 5 die bei einem Aufprall eines Fahrzeuges auftretende Belastungen besser aufnehmen, wodurch ein Durchbrechen des Fahrzeuges oder ein zu weites seitliches Auslenken der Ortbetonwand 1 verhindert werden kann, wobei auch der für die Auslenkung benötigte Raum der Ortbetonwand 1 gering gehalten werden kann.
- Weiters kann vorgesehen sein, dass der horizontale Abstand des ersten Bewehrungsstranges 6 zu der gegenüberliegenden Außenkante des Ortbetonkörpers 2 mindestens 75%, insbesondere 80%, besonders bevorzugt 85%, der maximalen Breite des Ortbetonkörpers 2 im Fußbereich 3 beträgt.
- Gemäß einer nicht dargestellten Ausführungsform kann vorgesehen sein, dass im Fußbereich lediglich ein erster Bewehrungsstrang 6 angeordnet ist. Dieser erste Bewehrungsstrang 6 kann insbesondere näher zu einer der Fahrbahn abgewandten Seite des Ortbetonschutzwand 1 angeordnet sein.
- Weiters kann vorgesehen sein, dass im Fußbereich wenigstens ein zweiter Bewehrungsstrang 7 der Bewehrung 5 horizontal beabstandet zu dem ersten Bewehrungsstrang 6 angeordnet ist.
- Besonders bevorzugt kann vorgesehen sein, dass der wenigstens eine zweite Bewehrungsstrang 7 der Bewehrung 5 im Fußbereich 3 des Ortbetonkörpers 2 angeordnet ist, und dass ein horizontaler Abstand zwischen dem ersten Bewehrungsstrang 6 und dem zweiten Bewehrungsstrang 7 mindestens 50% der maximalen Breite des Ortbetonkörpers 2 im Fußbereich 3 beträgt. Insbesondere kann der horizontale Abstand zwischen dem ersten Bewehrungsstrang 6 und den zweiten Bewehrungsstrang 7 mindestens 60%, besonders bevorzugt mindestens 70%, der maximalen Breite des Ortbetonkörpers 2 im Fußbereich 3 beträgt. Hierbei kann eine besonders gute Aufnahme der Belastungen im Anprallfall durch die Bewehrung 5 erreicht werden.
- Bevorzugt kann vorgesehen sein, dass im Kopfbereich 4 des Ortbetonkörpers 2 weitere Bewehrungsstränge mittig angeordnet sind. Eine derart ausgebildete Ausführungsform ist beispielhaft in
Fig. 1 dargestellt. - Weiters kann vorgesehen sein, dass wenigstens ein dritter Bewehrungsstrang 8 und ein vierter Bewehrungsstrang 9 der Bewehrung 5 horizontal voneinander beabstandet im Kopfbereich 4 des Ortbetonkörpers 2 angeordnet sind. Hierbei kann insbesondere vorgesehen sein, dass ein horizontaler Abstand zwischen dem dritten Bewehrungsstrang 8 und dem vierten Bewehrungsstrang 9 mindestens 50% der Breite des Kopfbereiches 4 des Ortbetonkörpers 2 beträgt. Die Breite des Kopfbereiches 4 des Ortbetonkörpers 2 kann hierbei die Breite des Ortbetonkörpers 2 an dessen Oberkante sein. Hierbei kann die Wirkung der Bewehrung auch im Kopfbereich 4 im Vergleich zu einer mittig angeordneten Bewehrung verstärkt werden. Eine derart ausgebildete Ausführungsform ist beispielhaft in
Fig. 2 dargestellt. - Weiters kann vorgesehen sein, dass eine Breite des Kopfbereiches 4 zwischen 25% und 40% einer Breite des Fußbereiches 3 beträgt. Insbesondere kann die Breite des Kopfbereiches 4 im Wesentlichen 30% der Breite des Fußbereiches 3 betragen. Die Breite des Kopfbereiches 4 kann an einer Oberkante des Ortbetonkörpers 2 gemessen werden, während die Breite des Fußbereiches 3 die maximale Breite des Ortbetonkörpers 2 im Fußbereich 3 sein kann.
- Bevorzugt kann weiters vorgesehen sein, dass die Bewehrung 5 verzinkte Stahllitzen umfasst. Hierbei können insbesondere der erste Bewehrungsstrang 6, der zweite Bewehrungsstrang 7, der dritte Bewehrungsstrang 8 und/oder der vierte Bewehrungsstrang 9 als verzinkte Stahllitze ausgebildet sein. Hierdurch kann die Bewehrung 5 näher an der Oberfläche des Ortbetonkörpers 2 angeordnet werden, da die Bewehrung 5 resistent gegenüber äußeren Umwelteinflüssen ist.
- Vorgesehen ist, dass an einer Oberfläche des Ortbetonkörpers 2 wenigstens eine Nut 10 im Wesentlichen normal zur Längserstreckung der Ortbetonschutzwand 1 verläuft, und dass eine Tiefe der Nut 10 entlang des Verlaufes der Nut 10 variiert. Die wenigstens eine Nut 10 dient dazu, eine unkontrollierte Rissbildung und Rissausbreitung an der Oberfläche 3 des Ortbetonkörpers 2 beim Aushärten des Ortbetonkörpers 2 sowie unter Temperaturbeanspruchung zu unterbinden. Weiters kann die Nut 4 dafür sorgen, dass der Ortbetonkörpers 2 bei einem Aufprall eines Fahrzeuges an einer vorgebbaren Stelle bricht. Die Tiefe der Nut 4 kann insbesondere normal zur angrenzenden Oberfläche des Ortbetonkörpers 2 angesehen werden. Hierbei hat sich gezeigt, dass zum Erreichen einer vorgebbaren Sollbruchstelle und/oder Rissstelle des Ortbetonkörpers 2 an der Nut 4 es ausreichend ist, den Querschnitt des Ortbetonkörpers um eine vorgebbaren Anteil zu schwächen. Durch die über den Verlauf der Nut 10, also entlang der Richtung über welche die Nut verläuft, variierende Tiefe der Nut 10 kann der Ortbetonkörper 2 an vorgebbaren Bereichen geschwächt, und an wiederum anderen vorstellbaren Bereichen von einer Schwächung ausgenommen werden. Weiters kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Variation der Tiefe der Nut 10 fließend verläuft, also frei von Stufen ist.
- Bei der Variation der Tiefe der Nut 10 kann insbesondere vorgesehen sein, dass die Nut 10 wenigstens einen ersten Bereich und wenigstens einen zweiten Bereich aufweist, und dass die Nut im ersten Bereich wenigstens 50% tiefer ist als im zweiten Bereich.
- Insbesondere kann vorgesehen sein, dass der Querschnitt des Ortbetonkörpers 2 bei der Nut um 10% bis 30% geschwächt ist. Hierbei kann vorgesehen sein, dass die wenigstens eine Nut 4 im Ortbetonkörper 2 einen Kernquerschnitt quer zur Längserstreckung der Ortbetonschutzwand 1 begrenzt, und dass der Kernquerschnitt 70% bis 90% der Fläche des Querschnittes eines an der Nut 10 angrenzenden Bereiches des Ortbetonkörpers aufweist.

Fig. 1 bis Fig. 3 sind hierbei Schnitte, welche durch die Nut 4 verlaufen. Die Fläche des Kernquerschnittes ist hierbei schraffiert dargestellt. - Der Ortbetonkörper 2 kann insbesondere eine Vielzahl an Nuten 4 aufweisen, welche in regelmäßigen Abständen zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Insbesondere kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Nut 10 im Fußbereich 3 tiefer ausgebildet ist als im Kopfbereich 4. Hierbei kann durch die variable Tiefe der wenigstens einen Nut 4, welche im Fußbereich 3 tiefer ist als im Kopfbereich 4, Betonabplatzungen im Kopfbereich 4 besser vermieden werden, da der Kopfbereich 4 weniger geschwächt wird, wobei weiters sichergestellt werden kann, dass der Ortbetonkörper 1 an der Stelle der Nut 4 bricht. Eine derart ausgebildete Ausführungsform ist beispielhaft in
Fig. 2 dargestellt. - Besonders bevorzugt kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Nut 10 im Fußbereich 3 wenigstens 50% tiefer ist als im Kopfbereich 4. Dadurch kann die Bewehrung 5 im Kopfbereich 4 mit einem großen horizontalen Abstand zueinander angeordnet werden.
- Weiters kann vorgesehen sein, dass erste Bereich der Nut 10 im Fußbereich 3 angeordnet ist, und dass der zweite Bereich der Nut 10 im Kopfbereich 4 angeordnet ist.
- In
Fig. 1 ist eine Ausführungsform beispielhaft dargestellt, bei welcher die Nut 4 im Wesentlichen eine gleichbleibende Tiefe aufweist, und welche nicht unter den Schutzbereich fällt. - Weiters kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Nut 10 in einem unbewehrten Bereich des Ortbetonkörpers 2 tiefer ausgebildet ist als in einem zur Bewehrung 5 benachbarten Bereich des Ortbetonkörpers 2. Dadurch kann die Bewehrung 5 näher am Rand des Ortbetonkörpers 2 angeordnet sein, wobei weiterhin eine zuverlässige Deckung vorhanden ist. Der unbewehrte Bereich des Ortbetonkörpers 2 ist hierbei jener Bereich des Ortbetonkörpers 2, welcher nicht benachbart zu der Bewehrung 5 ist. Hierbei kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Nut in einem, einen unbewehrten Bereich des Ortbetonkörpers 2 darstellenden, mittleren Bereich des Ortbetonkörpers 2 tiefer ausgebildet ist als im Fußbereich 3 oder im Kopfbereich 4, in welchen eine Bewehrung 5 angeordnet ist. Eine derart ausgebildete Ausführungsform ist beispielhaft in
Fig. 3 dargestellt. - Insbesondere kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Nut 10 in dem unbewehrten Bereich des Ortbetonkörpers 2 wenigstens 50% tiefer ist als in dem zur Bewehrung 5 benachbarten Bereich des Ortbetonkörpers 2.
- Hierbei kann insbesondere vorgesehen sein, dass der zweite Bereich der Nut 10 benachbart zur Bewehrung 5 angeordnet ist. Hierbei kann insbesondere der erste Bereich der Nut 10 in einem unbewehrten Bereich des Ortbetonkörpers 2 angeordnet sein.
- Insbesondere kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Tiefe der Nut 10 in einem zu der Bewehrung 5 benachbarten Bereich geringer ist als in einem unbewehrten Bereich des Ortbetonkörpers 2. Dadurch kann die Bewehrung 5 näher am Rand des Ortbetonkörpers 2 angeordnet sein, wobei weiterhin eine zuverlässige Deckung vorhanden ist. Hierbei kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Nut in einem mittleren Bereich des Ortbetonkörpers 2 tiefer ausgebildet ist als im Fußbereich 3 oder im Kopfbereich 4.
- Insbesondere kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Tiefe der Nut 10 in dem zu der Bewehrung 5 benachbarten Bereich wenigstens 50% geringer ist als in dem unbewehrten Bereich des Ortbetonkörpers 2.
- Gemäß einer weiteren bevorzugten Weiterbildung kann insbesondere vorgesehen sein, dass eine Unterseite 11 des Ortbetonkörpers 2 an zumindest einer Seite eine Stufe 12 aufweist, und dass die Stufe 12 eine parallel zu einer Längserstreckung der Ortbetonschutzwand 1 verlaufende und an einer Seitenwand 13 des Ortbetonkörpers 2 angrenzende Ausnehmung ausbildet. Dadurch kann ein seitliches Auslenken der Ortbetonschutzwand 1 bei einem aufprallenden Fahrzeug verringert werden, da durch eine beim Aufprall auftretende Kippbewegung der Ortbetonschutzwand 1 das Material in der Ausnehmung durch den vertikalen Druck tragfähiger wird und dadurch einem seitlichem Auslenken der Ortbetonschutzwand 1 an der Stufe 12 besser entgegenwirkt. Eine derart ausgebildete Ausführungsform ist beispielhaft in
Fig. 1 dargestellt. - Hierbei kann die Ortbetonschutzwand 1 insbesondere in einer Längsnut 17 auf einer Fahrbahndeckschicht 18 des Verkehrsweges angeordnet sein. Die Fahrbahndeckschicht 18 kann beispielsweise aus Asphalt sein. Die Längsnut 17 verläuft bevorzugt parallel zu der Längserstreckung der Ortbetonschutzwand 1.
- Hierbei kann insbesondere vorgesehen sein, dass die Unterseite 11 des Ortbetonkörpers 2 an beiden Seiten eine Stufe 12 aufweist. Dadurch kann die Ortbetonschutzwand einfach auf einer Längsnut 17 der Fahrbahndeckschicht 18 ausgebildet werden.
- Insbesondere wenn die Ortbetonschutzwand 1 an einem Rand eines Verkehrsweges in einer Längsnut 17 angeordnet ist, ist an einer der Fahrbahn 16 abgewandten Seite der Ortbetonschutzwand 1 in der Regel ein Deckschichtüberhang 19 angeordnet. Hierbei ist üblicherweise eine Breite des Deckschichtüberhangs 19 von 0,5 m bis 1 m notwendig, um ein zu starkes seitliches Auslenken der Ortbetonschutzwand 1 zu verhindern, sofern die gesamte Unterseite 11 der Ortbetonschutzwand 1 in der Längsnut 17 angeordnet ist. Durch die Ausbildung der Stufe 12 an der Unterseite des Ortbetonkörpers 2 ist ein an der Stufe 12 angrenzender Teil des Ortbetonkörpers 2 außerhalb der Längsnut 17 angeordnet und lastet auf dem an der Längsnut 17 angrenzenden Teil der Fahrbahndeckschicht 18. Ein Anprall eines Fahrzeuges erzeugt hierbei eine Kippbewegung an der Stufe 12, wodurch durch den an der Stufe 12 angrenzender Teil des Ortbetonkörpers 2 den an der Längsnut 17 angrenzenden Teil der Fahrbahndeckschicht 18 komprimiert und dadurch tragfähiger gegenüber horizontalen Kräften macht. Dadurch kann in vorteilhafter Weise ein Deckschichtüberhang 19 von lediglich 0,1 m bis 0,2 m verwendet werden, um ein zu starkes seitliches Auslenken der Ortbetonschutzwand 1 zu verhindern. Durch die geringere notwendige Breite des Deckschichtüberhanges 19 kann der Flächenbedarf und der Aufwand zur Errichtung des Verkehrsweges verringert werden.
- Besonders bevorzugt kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Stufe 12 eine an der Seitenwand 13 angrenzende Horizontalfläche 14 und eine an der Horizontalfläche 14 angrenzenden Vertikalfläche 15 aufweist, und dass eine Breite der Vertikalfläche 15 25% bis 100% einer Breite der Horizontalfläche 14 beträgt. Die Horizontalfläche 14 kann hierbei insbesondere orthogonal zu der Vertikalfläche 15 sehen. Bei einem Anprall eines Fahrzeuges kommt es hierbei bei der Kippbewegung an der Stufe 12 zu einer flächigen Kraftwirkung bei der Horizontalfläche 14 auf die an der Längsnut 17 angrenzende Fahrbahndeckschicht 18, während die Vertikalfläche 15 einen seitlichen Druck diesen Bereich der Fahrbahndeckschicht 18 ausübt. Hierbei hat sich gezeigt, dass bei diesem Verhältnis von der Horizontalfläche 14 zu der Vertikalfläche 15 eine besonders gute Wirkung erzielt werden kann.
- Alternativ kann vorgesehen sein, dass der Ortbetonkörper 2 eine im Wesentlichen ebene Unterseite 11 aufweist. Eine derart ausgebildete bevorzugte Ausführungsform ist beispielhaft in
Fig. 2 dargestellt.
Claims (13)
- Ortbetonschutzwand (1) umfassend einen Ortbetonkörper (2), wobei ein Profil des Ortbetonkörpers (2) sich von einem Fußbereich (3) des Ortbetonkörpers (2) zu einem Kopfbereich (4) des Ortbetonkörpers (2) hin verjüngt, wobei der Ortbetonkörper (2) mit einer im Wesentlichen durchgehenden Bewehrung (5) versehenen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer Oberfläche des Ortbetonkörpers (2) wenigstens eine Nut (10) im Wesentlichen normal zur Längserstreckung der Ortbetonschutzwand (1) verläuft, und dass eine Tiefe der Nut (10) entlang des Verlaufes der Nut (10) variiert.
- Ortbetonschutzwand (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass wenigstens ein erster Bewehrungsstrang (6) der Bewehrung (5) im Fußbereich (3) des Ortbetonkörpers (2) angeordnet ist, und dass ein horizontaler Abstand des ersten Bewehrungsstranges (6) zu einer gegenüberliegenden Außenkante des Ortbetonkörpers (2) mindestens 70% der maximalen Breite des Ortbetonkörpers (2) im Fußbereich (3) beträgt. - Ortbetonschutzwand (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass wenigstens ein zweiter Bewehrungsstrang (7) der Bewehrung (5) im Fußbereich (3) des Ortbetonkörpers (2) angeordnet ist, und dass ein horizontaler Abstand zwischen dem ersten Bewehrungsstrang (6) und dem zweiten Bewehrungsstrang (7) mindestens 50% der maximalen Breite des Ortbetonkörpers (2) im Fußbereich (3) beträgt. - Ortbetonschutzwand (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass wenigstens ein dritter Bewehrungsstrang (8) und ein vierter Bewehrungsstrang (9) der Bewehrung (5) horizontal voneinander beabstandet im Kopfbereich (4) des Ortbetonkörpers (2) angeordnet sind. - Ortbetonschutzwand (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Breite des Kopfbereiches (4) zwischen 25% und 40% einer Breite des Fußbereiches (3) beträgt.
- Ortbetonschutzwand (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewehrung (5) verzinkte Stahllitzen umfasst.
- Ortbetonschutzwand (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (10) im Fußbereich (3) tiefer ausgebildet ist als im Kopfbereich (4).
- Ortbetonschutzwand (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (10) im Fußbereich (3) wenigstens 50% tiefer ist als im Kopfbereich (4).
- Ortbetonschutzwand (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (10) in einem unbewehrten Bereich des Ortbetonkörpers (2) tiefer ausgebildet ist als in einem zur Bewehrung (5) benachbarten Bereich des Ortbetonkörpers (2).
- Ortbetonschutzwand (1) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (10) in dem unbewehrten Bereich des Ortbetonkörpers (2) wenigstens 50% tiefer ist als in dem zur Bewehrung (5) benachbarten Bereich des Ortbetonkörper (2).
- Ortbetonschutzwand (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Unterseite (11) des Ortbetonkörpers (2) an zumindest einer Seite eine Stufe (12) aufweist, und dass die Stufe (12) eine parallel zu einer Längserstreckung der Ortbetonschutzwand (1) verlaufende und an einer Seitenwand (13) des Ortbetonkörpers (2) angrenzende Ausnehmung ausbildet,
- Ortbetonschutzwand (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterseite (11) des Ortbetonkörpers (2) an beiden Seiten eine Stufe (12) aufweist.
- Ortbetonschutzwand (1) nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichet, dass die Stufe (12) eine an der Seitenwand (13) angrenzende Horizontalfläche (14) und eine an der Horizontalfläche (14) angrenzenden Vertikalfläche (15) aufweist, und dass eine Breite der Vertikalfläche (15) 25% bis 100% einer Breite der Horizontalfläche (14) beträgt.
