Claims (9)
- Dispositif de cerclage de paquets, dans lequel un dispositif de positionnement dispose un moyen de protection des arêtes (13) sur le paquet avant l'opération de cerclage et le moyen de protection des arêtes (13) est retenu par un moyen de cerclage sur le paquet après l'opération de cerclage, un moyen d'avance déplaçant le moyen de protection des arêtes (13) dans la direction d'avance (x) depuis un magasin (10) jusqu'au dispositif de positionnement, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'avance comprend un moyen de transport tournant sans fin, sur lequel repose le moyen de protection des arêtes (13), et en ce que l'engagement par friction nécessaire pour le mouvement d'avance entre le moyen de transport (19) et le moyen de protection des arêtes (13) est obtenu par le poids propre du moyen de protection des arêtes (13), le moyen d'avance faisant partie d'un rail (28) qui peut être sorti hors du magasin dans la direction d'avance (x).
- Dispositif de cerclage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de protection des arêtes (13) réalisé sous forme de plaque repose avec un côté étroit (21) sur le moyen de transport (19).
- Dispositif de cerclage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de transport (19) est disposé du côté du sol dans une portion de canal (17), dont les parois latérales de canal (16, 18) servent à stabiliser la position du moyen de protection des arêtes (13).
- Dispositif de cerclage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'avance présente, au niveau de son extrémité de transfert proche du dispositif de positionnement, deux rouleaux ou cylindres (25/26) opposés l'un à l'autre à distance l'un de l'autre, entre lesquels le moyen de protection des arêtes (13) est guidé pour le transfert au dispositif de positionnement.
- Dispositif de cerclage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux ou cylindres (25/26) servent à stabiliser la position du moyen de protection des arêtes (13) pendant le transfert au moyen de positionnement.
- Dispositif de cerclage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux ou cylindres (25/26) reçoivent entre eux par engagement par friction le moyen de protection des arêtes (13) et au moins un rouleau ou cylindre (25) est entraîné, afin de transférer le moyen de protection des arêtes (13) au dispositif de positionnement.
- Dispositif de cerclage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement du rouleau ou cylindre (25) s'effectue par le moyen de transport (19) fonctionnant en tant que courroie d'entraînement.
- Dispositif de cerclage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau ou cylindre entraîné (25) sert d'entraînement pour le moyen de transport (19).
- Dispositif de cerclage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de protection des arêtes (13) reposant sur le moyen de transport (19) est détaché de l'assemblage du moyen de protection des arêtes formé dans le magasin.
