Claims (14)

  1. Machine d'emballage par emboutissage (1) comprenant:
    une station de formage (7) avec un outil de formage pour former des auges (12) dans un film de fond (3);
    une section d'insertion (8) pour le remplissage des auges (12) avec des produits (13);
    une station de scellement (9) avec un outil de scellement pour fermer les auges (12) avec un film supérieur (15);
    un poste de découpe (10) pour la séparation des plateaux fermés (12); et
    un dispositif de transport (2) qui est conçu pour transporter le film inférieur (3) dans une surface de transport de film (4) le long d'une direction de transport (T) depuis la station de formage (7) via la section d'insertion (8) jusqu'à la station de scellement (9) et ensuite jusqu'à la station de coupe (10), dans lequel
    a) la surface de transport du film (4) entre la station de formage (7) et la station de scellement (9) comprend une première zone (20) s'élevant dans la direction de transport (T) par rapport à un plan horizontal, dont l'élévation assure que la surface de transport du film (4) est surélevée par rapport à un cadre latéral (28) d'un bâti de machine (5) de la machine de thermoformage d'emballage (1), et, entre la station de formage (7) et la station de scellement (9), en aval de la première zone montante (20) par rapport à la direction de transport (T), comprend une première zone (25) descendante le long de la direction de transport (T) par rapport à un plan horizontal, et/ou
    b) la surface de transport du film (4) entre la station de scellement (9) et la station de découpe (10) comprend une seconde zone (40) qui s'élève le long de la direction de transport (T) par rapport à un plan horizontal, l'élévation de la seconde zone (40) étant réalisée, en ce que la surface de transport du film (4) est surélevée par rapport à un châssis latéral (28) d'un châssis de machine (5) de la machine d'emballage par emboutissage (1) et comporte, par rapport à la direction de transport (T), après la station de découpe (10), une seconde zone (45) qui est inclinée vers le bas le long de la direction de transport (T) par rapport à un plan horizontal.
  2. Machine d'emballage par emboutissage selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le poste de formage (7) et le poste de scellement (9) sont disposés dans un plan horizontal commun.
  3. Machine d'emballage par emboutissage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle, par rapport à la direction de transport du film (T), un dispositif d'enlèvement des emballages (60) transportant parallèlement à la direction de transport (T) est prévu en aval de la seconde zone descendante (45) pour enlever les emballages remplis et fermés.
  4. Machine d'emballage par emboutissage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la surface de transport du film (4) entre la première zone montante (20) et la première zone descendante (25) présente une première zone plane (23), qui comprend de préférence la section d'insertion (8).
  5. Machine d'emballage par emboutissage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la surface de transport du film (4) présente une seconde zone plane (43) entre la seconde zone montante (40) et la seconde zone descendante (45).
  6. Machine d'emballage par emboutissage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, le bâti latéral (28) du bâti de machine (5) présentant un bord d'interférence supérieur (30), la surface de transport du film (4) étant guidée à travers la première zone de montée (20) et/ou la seconde zone de montée (40) jusqu'à une hauteur située au-dessus du bord d'interférence (30) du bâti latéral (28).
  7. Machine d'emballage par emboutissage selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle la surface de transport du film (4) se trouve, par rapport à la direction de transport (T), avant la première zone montante (20) et/ou après la première zone descendante (25) en dessous du bord d'interférence (30) du cadre latéral (28).
  8. Machine d'emballage par emboutissage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle un premier et/ou un second dispositif d'alimentation en produits (32, 34), qui transporte transversalement à la direction de transport (T), est prévu pour l'alimentation en produits (13), qui s'étend au moins par zones sur la surface de transport du film (4).
  9. Machine d'emballage par emboutissage selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle le premier dispositif d'alimentation en produits (32) traverse la surface de transport du film (4) dans la zone de la première zone montante (20) et le second dispositif d'alimentation en produits (34) traverse la surface de transport du film (4) dans la zone de la première zone descendante (25).
  10. Machine d'emballage par emboutissage selon l'une des revendications 8 ou 9, dans laquelle une surface de transport (36, 38) du premier et/ou du second dispositif d'alimentation en produits (32, 34) pour recevoir les produits (13) à transporter se trouve au moins sensiblement au niveau du plan de transport du film (4) entre la première zone montante (20) et la première zone descendante (25).
  11. Machine d'emballage par emboutissage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle un premier et/ou un second dispositif de déchargement de paquets (52, 54), qui transporte transversalement à la direction de transport (T), est prévu pour décharger des paquets remplis et fermés, qui s'étend au moins dans certaines zones au-dessus du plan de transport du film (4).
  12. Machine d'emballage par emboutissage selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle le premier dispositif d'évacuation de l'emballage (52) transportant transversalement à la direction de transport (T) croise la surface de transport du film (4) dans la zone de la seconde zone montante (40) et le second dispositif d'évacuation de l'emballage (54) transportant transversalement à la direction de transport (T) croise la surface de transport du film (4) dans la zone de la seconde zone descendante (45).
  13. Machine d'emballage par emboutissage selon l'une des revendications 11 ou 12, dans laquelle une surface de transport (56, 58) du premier et/ou du second dispositif de déchargement de paquets (52, 54), qui transporte transversalement à la direction de transport (T) pour recevoir les paquets, se trouve au moins sensiblement au niveau du plan de transport du film (4) entre la seconde zone montante (40) et la seconde zone descendante (45).
  14. Machine d'emballage par emboutissage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le dispositif de transport (2) présente un guide de chaîne (16) disposé le long de la direction de transport (T), dans lequel est guidée au moins une chaîne de transport de film (17) pour le transport du film inférieur (3).
