Claims (6)
- Servolenkvorrichtung (100), die eine Lenkkraft unterstützt, die auf ein Lenkrad durch einen Fahrer ausgeübt wird, umfassend:ein Schneckenrad (1), das an einer mit dem Lenkrad verbundenen Lenkwelle angebracht ist;eine Schneckenwelle (2), die mit dem Schneckenrad (1) in Eingriff steht und durch Antrieb eines Elektromotors (7) gedreht wird;ein erstes Lager (4), das eine Basis-Endseite der Schneckenwelle (2) drehbar lagert;ein zweites Lager (11), das eine Spitzen-Endseite der Schneckenwelle (2) drehbar lagert;ein Getriebegehäuse (3), das die Schneckenwelle (2) aufnimmt;ein Vorspannelement (12), das durch Ausüben einer Vorspannkraft auf eine äußere Umfangsfläche des zweiten Lagers (11) die Schneckenwelle (2) in Richtung auf das Schneckenrad (1) vorspannt; undein elastisches Element (10), das zwischen einer inneren Umfangsfläche (3b) des Getriebegehäuses (3) und der äußeren Umfangsfläche des zweiten Lagers (11) angeordnet ist,wobei die innere Umfangsfläche (3b) des Getriebegehäuses (3), die die äußere Umfangsfläche des zweiten Lagers (11) umgibt, derart ausgebildet ist, dass sich das zweite Lager (11) durch die Vorspannkraft des Vorspannelements (12) in Richtung auf das Schneckenrad (1) zubewegen kann,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie innere Umfangsfläche (3b) des Getriebegehäuses (3) mit einer ringförmigen Nut (32) zur Aufnahme des elastischen Elements (10) versehen ist, und ein Mittelpunkt (Y) der ringförmigen Nut (32) so angeordnet ist, dass er von einer Mittelachse (X) der Schneckenwelle (2) in Richtung der Seite des Schneckenrades (1) versetzt angeordnet ist, wenn das erste Lager (4) und das zweite Lager (11) sich in einem koaxialen Zustand befinden.
- Servolenkvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das elastische Element (10) einen ringförmigen ersten elastischen Abschnitt (10a), der zwischen einem Bodenabschnitt des Getriebegehäuses (3) und einem Bodenabschnitt des zweiten Lagers (11) angeordnet ist, und einem ringartigen zweiten elastischen Abschnitt (10b) umfasst, der zwischen der inneren Umfangsfläche (3b) des Getriebegehäuses (3) und der äußeren Umfangsfläche des zweiten Lagers (11) angeordnet ist.
- Servolenkvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die innere Umfangsfläche (3b) des Getriebegehäuses (3) aus einer ersten halbbogenförmigen Oberfläche (20), einem Paar flacher Oberflächen (21), die sich parallel zur Vorspannrichtung des Vorspannelements (12) erstrecken, und einer zweiten halbbogenförmigen Oberfläche (22) besteht, die bezüglich der ersten halbbogenförmigen Oberfläche (20) durch die flachen Oberflächen (21) symmetrisch ist, und
wobei der Mittelpunkt (Y) der ringartigen Nut (32) im Wesentlichen gleich dem Mittelpunkt der zweiten halbbogenförmigen Oberfläche (22) ist. - Servolenkvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 2, wobei das zweite Lager (11) durch die Vorspannkraft des Vorspannelements (12) und des zweiten elastischen Teils (10b), das auf dessen äußere Umfangsfläche aufgebracht ist, in Richtung des Schneckenrades (1) vorgespannt (biased) ist.
- Servolenkvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Tiefenabmessung der ringartigen Nut (32) im Vergleich mit der Dicke des elastischen Elements (10) kleiner ist.
- Servolenkvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei, wenn sich das zweite Lager (11) im koaxialen Zustand mit dem ersten Lager (4) befindet, ein Zwischenraum zwischen der äußeren Umfangsfläche des zweiten Lagers (11) und einer inneren Umfangsfläche des elastischen Elements (10) in einer Bewegungsrichtung des zweiten Lagers (11) in Richtung des Schneckenrades (1) durch die Vorspannkraft des Vorspannelements (12) auftritt.
