Claims (13)
- Dispositif épisseur (6) permettant d'épisser des fils dans une machine de bobinage dans lequel le fil (2) est alimenté par le bas et enroulé depuis le haut sur une bobine (12) et comprenant des éléments de serrage supérieur (24) et inférieur (25), qui sont adaptés pour recevoir et retenir le fil venant de la bobine (12) et le fil (2) alimenté par le bas, respectivement, de telles pinces (24, 25) étant fixées sur des plaques supérieure (20) et inférieure (21), respectivement, par rapport à une chambre épisseuse (35) permettant d'épisser des fils, et comprenant en outre des éléments de cisaillement supérieur (28) et inférieur (29), qui sont adaptés pour couper le fil (2) alimenté par le bas et le fil venant de la bobine (12), respectivement, caractérisé en ce que
de telles cisailles (28, 29) sont fixées sur des plaques supérieure (20) et inférieure (21), respectivement, et en ce que
la pince supérieure (24), qui retient le fil venant de la bobine (12), conjointement avec les cisailles supérieures (28), qui coupent le fil (2) venant par le bas, sont actionnées séquentiellement par un actionneur supérieur (50) qui déploie et rétracte une tige (53), pour d'abord fermer la pince (24) et ensuite pour actionner les cisailles (28), et
la pince inférieure (25), qui retient le fil venant par le bas, conjointement avec les cisailles inférieures (28), qui coupent le fil (2) venant de la bobine (12), sont actionnées séquentiellement par un actionneur inférieur (51) qui déploie et rétracte une tige (53), pour d'abord fermer la pince (25) et ensuite pour actionner les cisailles (29),
lesdits actionneurs supérieur et inférieur (50, 51) étant alimentés en parallèle par un dispositif d'alimentation (76) qui est commun aux deux actionneurs supérieur et inférieur (50, 51). - Dispositif épisseur (6) permettant d'épisser des fils selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite chambre épisseuse (35) est adaptée pour réaliser un épissage de fil pneumatique.
- Dispositif épisseur (6) permettant d'épisser des fils selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ledit actionneur supérieur (50) est un cylindre pneumatique supérieur (50) et/ou ledit actionneur inférieur (51) est un cylindre pneumatique inférieur (51).
- Dispositif épisseur (6) permettant d'épisser des fils selon la revendication 3, dans lequel lesdits cylindres pneumatiques supérieur et inférieur (50, 51) sont alimentés en parallèle en air comprimé par un dispositif d'alimentation (76) qui est commun aux deux cylindres supérieur et inférieur (50, 51).
- Dispositif épisseur (6) permettant d'épisser des fils selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la tige (53), qui se déploie et se rétracte en raison de l'action de son actionneur (50, 51), porte à son extrémité une broche mobile (57) qui vient en prise avec un levier (55) l'amenant à tourner suivant la flèche (A), l'extrémité rotative (59) du levier (55) étant la partie mobile de sa pince (24, 25),
et dans lequel la même tige (53), avec la broche mobile (57), amène un deuxième levier (65) à tourner suivant la flèche (B), une extrémité rotative (69) du deuxième levier (65) étant la partie mobile de coupe des cisailles (28, 29),
l'insertion de la broche (57) dans le corps du deuxième levier (65) se faisant au moyen d'une fente (68), si bien que la première partie de la course de la tige (53) n'entraîne pas la rotation du levier (65) et que seule la deuxième partie de la course de la tige (53) entraîne aussi la rotation du deuxième levier (65) également. - Dispositif épisseur (6) permettant d'épisser des fils selon la revendication 5, dans lequel ladite broche mobile (57) vient en prise avec un levier (55) pivoté sur la plaque (20, 21) avec une broche fixe (56).
- Dispositif épisseur (6) permettant d'épisser des fils selon la revendication 5 ou 6, dans lequel l'extrémité rotative (59) du levier (55) est la partie mobile de sa pince (24, 25) qui correspond à un ancrage de butée fixe (60), monté sur la plaque (20, 21).
- Dispositif épisseur (6) permettant d'épisser des fils selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5, 6 ou 7, dans lequel la tige (53), avec la broche mobile (57), amène le deuxième levier (65) à se déplacer pivoté sur la plaque (20, 21) avec une broche fixe (66) l'amenant à tourner suivant la flèche (B).
- Dispositif épisseur (6) permettant d'épisser des fils selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5, 6, 7 ou 8, dans lequel l'extrémité rotative (69) du deuxième levier (65) est la partie mobile de coupe des cisailles (28, 29) qui correspond à la partie de butée fixe (70), montée sur la plaque (20, 21).
- Dispositif épisseur (6) permettant d'épisser des fils selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif d'alimentation (76) qui est commun aux deux cylindres supérieur et inférieur (50, 51) est une vanne à trois voies.
- Dispositif épisseur (6) permettant d'épisser des fils selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel dans les deux cylindres supérieur (50) et inférieur (51), un piston (75) est fourni auquel la tige (53) est reliée laquelle actionne séquentiellement sa pince (24, 25) et ses cisailles (28, 29), ledit piston (75) capable d'adopter trois positions : (A) en attente, intermédiaire de fermeture de pince (B) et finale de coupe de fil (C), le piston (75) étant poussé dans sa course d'avance par l'air soufflé avec le dispositif d'alimentation (76) et dans sa course de retour par un ressort de retour (77), qui est chargé dans la course d'avance du piston (75).
- Dispositif épisseur (6) permettant d'épisser des fils selon la revendication 11, dans lequel une connexion (78) avec un conduit de dérivation est réalisée entre les deux cylindres supérieur (50) et inférieur (51), dont l'ouverture est découverte lorsque le piston atteint la position intermédiaire (B) et en ce qu'une ouverture d'évacuation d'air comprimé (80, 81) est réalisée dans la partie finale du corps des deux cylindres pneumatiques (50) et (51).
- Machine de bobinage comprenant un dispositif épisseur (6) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
