Abstract

In un dispositivo per la giunzione senza nodi di fili e filati mediante aria compressa comprendente una testa con una camera di mescolazione avente una fessura longitudinale di introduzione dei fili da congiungere e blocchi laterali alle estremità opposte per l'uscita dell'aria, nonché un coperchio per la temporanea chiusura della fessura longitudinale della camera, sono previste delle superfici di guida dell'aria formante sulla testa e su parti sporgenti del coperchio, le quali superfici formano dopo gli sbocchi laterali della camera delle bocche di guida dell'aria ad apertura divergente, per controllare i flussi d'aria che escono dagli sbocchi laterali riducendone la formazione di turbolenze. In tal modo vengono ottenute delle giunzioni in cui i fili o filati congiunti sono tra di loro interlacciati per la maggior parte della lunghezza della giunzione, minimizzando tratti di estremità con fili solo arrotolati.
