Definitions
- the present invention relates to a treatment couch for wellness treatments and / or medical applications.
- Treatment couches with a lying surface are known, wherein the lying surface is often at least partially adjustable in its inclination in order to position a person to be treated depending on the treatment form and goal in a suitable position.
- the lying surface is often at one end to a headrest, through which a lying direction on the deck surface is specified.
- the headrest can be designed, for example, as a circular recess in the lying surface, in which the person to be treated can comfortably rest his head.
- the inclination of the headrest can also often be adjusted in known treatment couches also.
- the known treatment couches have the disadvantage that in these by the arrangement of the headrest and armrests, the lying direction on the bed surface is determined by design. As a result, persons or patients using the headrest and the armrests can lie comfortably on such treatment couches only in a lying position. So that a practitioner can treat all body parts of the person, such a treatment couch must therefore be regularly accessible from all sides. A space-saving installation of such treatment couches, for example on the head side of a wall, is therefore often not possible.
- the object of the invention is therefore to solve the problems described in connection with the prior art, at least in part, and in particular to provide a treatment couch that is flexible and space-saving in a treatment room can be set up.
- the treatment table comprises a lying surface, a first headrest and a second headrest, wherein the first headrest and the second headrest are arranged on two opposite in a longitudinal direction of the treatment table ends of the treatment table, so that a person in the head rest on the first Headrest from the head in the direction of the feet in a first lying on the lying surface can lie and may rest on the lying surface when resting the head on the second headrest from the head in the direction of the feet in a second lying direction, wherein the first headrest are associated with two first armrests and the second headrest are associated with two second armrests, wherein the two first armrests are adjustable independently of the first headrest and the two second armrests are adjustable independently of the second headrest, wherein the two first armrests and the two second armrests are lowered bar, wherein the two second armrests are arranged such that they serve as footrests or when lowering as space for feet when a person lies on the lying surface in the first lying direction and wherein the two first armrests are
- the treatment couch proposed here is used in particular for wellness treatments and / or medical applications.
- the treatment couch has a frame, for example in the form of table legs, supports and / or a base, on which a lying surface is arranged.
- the lying surface can be padded and have a length of preferably 1.5 m (meters) to 2.5 m and a width of preferably 0.5 m to 1.5 m.
- the height of the lying surface is preferably adjustable in a vertical direction and is depending on the application preferably between 0.1 m to 1.5 m.
- the inventive treatment couch proposed here has a first headrest and a second headrest, the first headrest being assigned two first armrests and the second headrest being assigned two second armrests.
- the first headrest and the second headrest are arranged on two opposite in a longitudinal direction of the treatment table ends of the treatment table, so that a person can rest on the bed surface in a first lying direction on the bed surface when resting the head on the first head restraint from the head in the direction of the feet and when the head rest on the second headrest from the head in the direction of the feet in a second lying direction on the lying surface, wherein the second lying direction is preferably rotated substantially 180 ° about a vertical axis of the treatment couch to the first lying direction.
- a region of the treatment couch is understood, which is ergonomically shaped so that the head of a person can be stored particularly comfortable on this.
- the headrest differs from an other lying surface of the treatment table.
- the first headrest and / or second headrest is designed in particular as a round or oval recess in a lying surface.
- the first headrest and / or the second headrest can also be designed as a separate element of the treatment couch.
- Assigning the two first armrests to the first headrest and associating the two second armrests with the second headrest means that the two first armrests and the two second armrests are ergonomically positioned relative to the respective headrest such that the arms of a person on the couch surface depending on the used Headrest can be placed on the two first armrests or on the two second armrests.
- the treatment couch is not accessible from one side because it is arranged, for example, at the head end of a treatment room wall, the patient can change his lying position on the treatment couch, without any disadvantage with regard to lying comfort or treatment possibilities.
- a size and / or ergonomic design of the first headrest may be different from a size and / or ergonomic design of the second headrest and / or a size and / or ergonomic configuration of the two first armrests different from a size and / or ergonomic design be the two second armrests.
- a base area of the two first armrests may be designed differently to a base area of the two second armrests.
- the two second armrests are arranged such that they serve as footrests or when lowering as a space for feet when a person lies on the lying surface in the first lying direction.
- the two first armrests are arranged such that they serve as a footrest or when lowering as a space for feet when a person lies on the lying surface in the second lying direction.
- the lying surface of the treatment surface may consist of several adjustable segments, so that the lying surface can be brought into a pointed roof-shaped position, in which a lap of a person lying prone regularly lying essentially in the region of a "roof ridge" of the lying surface in the pointed roof-shaped position to lie comes.
- the region of the lying surface referred to here as "roof ridge" is, in particular, an upper cut edge of two adjustable segments, which forms the upper tip of a pointed roof-shaped position of the lying surface.
- the two first armrests are also adjustable independently of the first headrest and the two second armrests independent of the second headrest adjustable, for example, in terms of their height, their lateral distance, their inclination and / or rotation.
- the two first armrests or the two second armrests are lowered.
- Lowerable here is to be understood in particular that the two first armrests and / or the two second armrests are adjustable in height or lateral position, for example by these from the lying surface down and / or laterally pivoted out, rotated and / or moved laterally become.
- a particularly comfortable lying position for the patient can be set.
- it is advantageous if the two first armrests or the two second armrests are adjustable by a drive.
- the treatment table has two first armrests and two second armrests. This has the advantage that the armrests are separately adjustable for each arm.
- the two first arm supports have a trapezoidal base surface and the two second arm supports have a rectangular base surface. As a result, depending on the lying direction different arm postures can be taken.
- the treatment couch has a control, wherein the control is arranged to to adjust or lower the two first armrests or the two second armrests into predetermined positions depending on a particular treatment form.
- the Fig. 1 shows a treatment table 1 with a lying surface 11 which is adjustable in height on a frame 10 in the vertical direction 12.
- the lying surface 11 has a length 16 and a width 17 and comprises at a first end 21 a first headrest 2, which is designed in this embodiment as an oval recess of the lying surface 11.
- the first headrest 2 are assigned to the left and right at the first end 21 two first armrests 4.
- the two first arm supports 4 have a trapezoidal base surface 7.
- the first headrest 2 and the two first arm supports 4 are rotatably mounted about a first axis of rotation 13.
- the first headrest 2 and the first armrest 4 need not have a common axis of rotation 13, but may also have different axes of rotation 13.
- a person lies in a first lying direction 19 on the lying surface 11.
- the lying surface 11 comprises at a second end 22, a second headrest 3 and two second armrests 5, the second Headrest 3 are assigned.
- the two second armrests 5 each have rectangular bases 8.
- the second headrest 3 is designed in this embodiment as an oval recess in the lying surface 11.
- the second headrest 3 is adjustable about a second axis of rotation 14 and the two second armrests 5 about a third axis of rotation 15.

Description
US 2004/158926 A1 ,FR 2 627 683 A1 DE 101 20 357 A1 bekannten Behandlungsliegen zum Tragen.
- Fig. 1:
