Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gepäckstück nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Ein derartiges, aus dem Stand der Technik bekanntes Gepäckstück ( GB 161 117 A ) weist üblicherweise eine Gepäckstückwand, einen Deckel und vier Seitenwände auf, die aus starrem oder flexiblem Material gebildet sein können. Weiter kann ein solches Gepäckstück eine Zwischenplatte oder alternativ Gepäckgurte aufweisen. Sowohl die Zwischenplatte als auch die alternativ verwendeten Gepäckgurte sind z.B. an der Gepäckstückwand oder dem Deckel oder an einer oder mehreren Seitenwänden starr befestigt. Die Zwischenplatten sind geeignet, das Innenvolumen des Gepäckstücks zu unterteilen. Die Gepäckgurte sind geeignet, die mitgeführten Kleidungsstücke in dem Koffer zu fixieren.
  • Derartige bisher bekannte Gepäckstücke haben den Nachteil, dass bei einem Gepäckstück mit Zwischenplatte die Kleidungsstücke, die in dem Gepäckstück transportiert werden, verrutschen können, wenn der von der Zwischenplatte abgetrennte Innenraum des Gepäckstücks nicht vollständig gefüllt ist. Auf diese Weise können die Kleidungsstücke zerknittert werden. Die aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Gepäckstücke mit Gepäckgurten haben den Nachteil, dass das die Kleidungsstücke während des Fixierens durch die Gepäckgurte zerknittert werden können.
  • Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Gepäckstück zu schaffen, bei dem der Innenraum variabel unterteilbar ist und eine Planlage des von der Zwischenplatte gehaltenen Kofferinhalts gewährleistet ist.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe dienen die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1.
  • Die Erfindung sieht in vorteilhafter Weise vor, dass mindestens ein Gepäckgurt an einer Zwischenplatte mit einem ersten Ende befestigt ist, dass der Gepäckgurt mittels mindestens einer Umlenkeinrichtung entlang einer Gepäckstückwand und mindestens zweier gegenüberliegender Seitenwandabschnitte derart verstellbar geführt ist, dass der Abstand der Zwischenplatte zu der Gepäckstückwand variabel einstellbar ist, und dass das freie zweite Ende des Gepäckgurts ebenfalls auf der Zwischenplatte befestigbar ist. Der Gepäckgurt ist mit dem ersten Ende an der Zwischenplatte vorzugsweise nicht lösbar befestigt. Der Gepäckgurt kann dicht an der Gepäckstückwand und/oder dem jeweiligen Seitenwandabschnitt, entlang dessen der Gepäckgurt verläuft, vorbei geführt sein.
  • Diese Ausführungsform hat den Vorteil, dass die vorzugsweise parallel zur Gepäckstückwand verlaufenden Zwischenplatte nicht direkt an dem Gepäckstück befestigt ist und dadurch ein beliebiger Abstand zwischen Gepäckstückwand und der Zwischenplatte variabel eingestellt werden kann. Dadurch kann der mitgeführte Gepäckstückinhalt, z.B. Kleidungsstücke in einer bestimmten Lage gehalten werden. Die Kleidungsstücke können knitterfrei transportiert werden. Besonders vorteilhaft ist die variable Unterteilung des Gepäckstück-Innenvolumens, so dass beispielsweise ein frei wählbares Teilvolumen für unterschiedliche Gepäckstückinhalte, z.B. Akten und Kleidungsstücke einstellbar ist.
  • Ein zusätzlicher Vorteil ist, dass das Gepäckstück sehr einfach und schnell unterteilt werden kann. Eine Person kann den Abstand zwischen Gepäckstückwand und Zwischenplatte mit nur einer Hand einstellen.
  • Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass die Zwischenplatte unabhängig vom Gepäckvolumen parallel zu der Gepäckstückwand verlaufen kann. Die Zwischenplatte kann aber auch, je nach Gepäckstückinhalt, schräg in Bezug auf die Gepäckstückwand verlaufen.
  • Die Zwischenplatte ist vorzugsweise starr. Sie kann aber auch aus flexiblem Material bestehen.
  • Die mindestens eine Umlenkeinrichtung lenkt den Gepäckgurt vorzugsweise in den gegenüberliegenden Übergangsbereichen zwischen den jeweiligen Seitenwandabschnitten und der angrenzenden Gepäckstückwand um. Die Gepäckstückwand kann beispielsweise die Gepäckstückrückwand und/oder der Deckel sein.
  • Dies hat den Vorteil, dass das Gepäckstück-Innenvolumen einfach, oder zweifach im Falle je einer Zwischenplatte für die Gepäckstückrückwand und den Deckel, variabel unterteilt werden kann.
  • Die mindestens eine Umlenkeinrichtung kann aus einem Führungskanal bestehen, durch den der Gepäckgurt hindurchgeführt ist. Der Führungskanal kann von der einen Seitenwand entlang der Gepäckstückwand bis zu der der einen Seitenwand gegenüberliegenden Seitenwand verlaufen.
  • Der Vorteil des Führungskanals besteht darin, dass keine Reibung beim Verstellen des Gepäckgurts zwischen Gepäckgurt und Gepäckstückinhalt entstehen kann.
  • Die Gepäckgurte können alternativ in mindestens zwei Umlenkeinrichtungen geführt werden.
  • Die Umlenkeinrichtungen können aus ösenartigen Umlenkeinrichtungen bestehen. Diese Umlenkeinrichtungen bestehen aus einfachen, kostengünstigen Teilen, die einfach zu montieren sind.
  • Der Gepäckgurt kann an mindestens einer Stelle lösbar mit Hilfe eines Schnellverschlusses an der Zwischenplatte befestigt sein. Der Schnellverschluss kann beispielsweise ein Klettverschluss, ein Druckknopfverschluss oder ein Magnetverschluss sein. Der Klettverschluss kann aus einem Streifen, beispielsweise ein Nylonstreifen, mit Widerhäkchen, der an einem Ende des Gepäckgurts befestigt ist, und einem Streifen mit Schlaufen (z.B. Nylonstreifen) bestehen, der an der Zwischenplatte befestigt ist.
  • Die Zwischenplatte verläuft in unterschiedlich wählbaren Ebenen vorzugsweise parallel zu der Gepäckstückwand.
  • Die variable Gepäckgurtbefestigung kann dadurch realisiert werden, dass beispielsweise der eine Nylonstreifen, der an der Zwischenplatte befestigt ist, relativ lang ist. Auf diese Weise kann das eine Ende des Gepäckgurts an verschiedenen Stellen an der Zwischenplatte befestigt werden.
  • Alternativ können beispielsweise bei einem Druckknopfverschluss, der aus einem ersten und einem zweiten Element besteht, die miteinander zusammenwirken, mehrere erste Elemente an der Zwischenplatte befestigt sein und ein zweites Element an dem Gepäckgurt befestigt sein. Alternativ dazu können auch mehrere erste Elemente an dem Gepäckgurt und ein zweites Element an der Zwischenplatte befestigt sein.
  • Bei einem Magnetverschluss kann ein langes Magnetband an der Zwischenplatte befestigt sein und der Gepäckgurt kann ein aus Metall bestehendes flexibles Band aufweisen. Als Alternative dazu kann das aus Metall bestehende Band an der Zwischenplatte und das magnetische Band an dem Gepäckgurt befestigt sein.
  • Die Gepäckgurte bilden zwischen den Umlenkeinrichtungen und der Zwischenplatte 6b vertikale Abschnitte, die vorzugsweise parallel zu den Seitenwänden verlaufen.
  • Die Länge der vertikalen Abschnitte des Gepäckgurts und damit der Abstand zwischen Zwischenplatte und Gepäckstückwand kann dadurch einstellbar sein, dass der Gepäckgurt bezogen auf die Gepäckstückwand verschiebbar ist und die Befestigung des Gepäckgurts auf der Zwischenplatte unterschiedlich wählbar ist.
  • Das Gepäckstück kann ein Koffer sein, der aus starrem oder flexiblem Material besteht. Der Koffer kann z.B. ein Koffer aus zwei Kofferschalenhälften oder ein Koffer aus oder mit Textilmaterial sein. Das Gepäckstück kann des weiteren beispielsweise ein Trolley, ein Pilotenkoffer, ein Aktenkoffer, eine Reisetasche, ein Kosmetikkoffer oder ein Rucksacktrolley sein.
  • Im Folgenden wird unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung näher erläutert. Es zeigen schematisch:

  • Fig. 1 zeigt beispielhaft eine übliche Kofferform. Der geöffnete Koffer 1 weist eine eine Rückwand bildende Gepäckstückwand 16, vier Seitenwände 10,12,14,15, einen Deckel 18 und eine Zwischenplatte 6 auf. Zwei Seitenwände 14,15 bilden die Kofferlängsseiten und sind einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet. Die beiden anderen Seitenwände 10,12 bilden die beiden Kofferquerseiten und sind ebenfalls einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet. Die Gepäckstückwand 16, der Deckel 18 und die vier Seitenwände 10,12,14,15 begrenzen das Innenvolumen 26 des Koffers 1.
  • Die im Wesentlichen rechteckige Zwischenplatte 6 mit zwei Zwischenplatten-Querseiten 5 und zwei Zwischenplatten-Längsseiten 7 weist eine Unterseite 6b und eine Oberseite 6a auf. Die Zwischenplatten-Querseiten 5 verlaufen parallel zu den Kofferquerseiten. Die Zwischenplatten-Längsseiten sind gleich oder geringfügig kürzer als die Längsseiten der Gepäckstückwand. Ebenso sind die Zwischenplatten-Querseiten gleich oder geringfügig kleiner als die Querseite der Gepäckstückwand.
  • Zwei Gepäckgurte 2,4 werden entlang der Gepäckstückwand 16 und den angrenzenden, die Kofferquerseiten bildenden Seitenwänden 10,12 geführt. Die Gepäckgurte 2,4 verlaufen dicht an der Gepäckstückwand 16 und den beiden gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden 10,12. Jeweils ein Ende der zwei Gepäckgurte 2,4 ist an der Unterseite 6b der Zwischenplatte 6 nahe einer Zwischenplatten-Querseite 5 befestigt, die sich nahe der Seitenwand 12 befindet. Die Befestigung ist vorzugsweise nicht lösbar. Die Enden sind beispielsweise an die Zwischenplatte 6 angenäht.
  • Die Gepäckgurte 2,4 werden in vorzugsweise drei ösenartigen Umlenkeinrichtungen 8 geführt. Die drei ösenartigen Umlenkeinrichtungen 8 befinden sich in den gegenüberliegenden Übergangsbereichen zwischen der Gepäckstückwand 16 und den die Kofferquerseiten bildenden Seitenwänden 10,12. Zwei der drei ösenartigen Umlenkeinrichtungen 8 sind im Übergangsbereich zwischen Gepäckstückwand 16 und Seitenwand 12 und eine der drei ösenartigen Umlenkeinrichtungen 8 ist im Übergangsbereich zwischen Gepäckstückwand 16 und Seitenwand 10 angeordnet.
  • Die Enden der Gepäckgurte 2,4, die sich nahe der Seitenwand 10 befinden, sind miteinander verbunden und bilden ein gemeinsames Ende. Das gemeinsame Ende der Gepäckgurte 2,4 wird im Übergangsbereich zwischen Gepäckstückwand 16 und angrenzender Seitenwand 10 durch eine Umlenkeinrichtung 8 geführt. Am Ende des gemeinsamen Endes der Gepäckgurte 2,4 befindet sich an der Unterseite 6b der Zwischenplatte 6 ein Teil eines Klettverschlusses. Dieser Teil ist ein Streifen, vorzugsweise aus Nylon, mit Widerhäkchen 20. Die Gepäckgurte 2, 4 können auch elastisch sein.
  • In Fig. 2 ist die Umlenkeinrichtung 8, durch die das gemeinsame Ende der Gepäckgurte 2,4 geführt wird, vergrößert dargestellt. Die Umlenkeinrichtung 8 ist an der Seitenwand 10 nahe der Gepäckstückwand 16 befestigt.
  • Das Gepäck kann auf die Gepäckstückwand 16 mit den Gepäckgurten 2,4 gelegt werden. Die Gepäckgurte 2,4 sind auch wenn sich Gepäck auf diesen befindet entlang der Gepäckstückwand verschiebbar. Die Unterseite 6b der Zwischenplatte 6 wird auf das Gepäck gelegt, sodass die Zwischenplatte 6 vorzugsweise parallel zur Gepäckstückwand 16 verläuft.
  • Auf der Oberseite 6a der Zwischenplatte 6 ist der andere Teil des Klettverschlusses 22 befestigt. Dieser Teil des Klettverschlusses besteht aus einem Streifen, vorzugsweise aus Nylon, mit Schlaufen 22. Der Nylonstreifen mit Schlaufen 22 ist parallel zu den Zwischenplatten-Längsseiten 7 angeordnet. Der Nylonstreifen mit Widerhäkchen 20, der an dem gemeinsamen Ende der Gepäckgurte 2,4 angeordnet ist, kann an verschiedenen Stellen des Nylonbandes mit Schlaufen befestigt werden. Die Gepäckgurte werden einerseits durch die Umlenkeinrichtungen 8 und andererseits durch die Gepäckstückquerseiten umgelenkt. Dadurch bilden die Gepäckgurte 2,4 zwischen den Umlenkeinrichtungen und der Zwischenplatte 6 vertikale Abschnitte, die vorzugsweise parallel zu den Seitenwänden 10,12 verlaufen. Dadurch, dass die Gepäckgurte 2,4 verschiebbar in Bezug auf die Bodenplatte 16 sind und das gemeinsame Ende der Gepäckgurte 2,4 mit dem Nylonstreifen mit Widerhäkchen 20 an unterschiedlichen Stellen des Nylonstreifens mit Schlaufen 22 befestigt werden kann, kann die jeweilige Länge der vertikalen Abschnitte der Gepäckgurte 2, 4, die entlang der Seitenwände 10,12 verlaufen, variiert werden. Dadurch lässt sich der Abstand zwischen Zwischenplatte 6 und Gepäckstückwand 16 einstellen. Auf diese Weise kann das Innenvolumen des Gepäckstücks unterteilt werden und eine Planlage der von der Zwischenplatte 6 gehaltenen Kofferinhalte gewährleistet werden.
  • Die Form der Gepäckstückwand 16 des beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiels ist rechteckig. Es versteht, dass beispielsweise die Gepäckstückwand 16 auch eine von einem Rechteck abweichende Form, z.B. eine runde Form aufweisen kann.

Claims (9)

  1. Gepäckstück mit mindestens einem Innenvolumen (26), das von mindestens einer Gepäckstückwand (16) und von einer von dieser Gepäckstückwand (16) abstehenden mindestens einen Seitenwand (10, 12, 14, 15) begrenzt ist, wobei das Innenvolumen (26) durch mindestens eine Zwischenplatte (6) unterteilt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass mindestens ein Gepäckgurt (2, 4) an der Zwischenplatte (6) mit einem ersten Ende befestigt ist, dass der Gepäckgurt (2, 4) mittels mindestens einer Umlenkeinrichtung (8) entlang der Gepäckstückwand (16) und mindestens zweier gegenüberliegenden Seitenwandabschnitten (10, 12) derart verstellbar geführt ist, dass der Abstand der Zwischenplatte (6) zu der Gepäckstückwand variabel einstellbar ist, und dass das freie zweite Ende des Gepäckgurts (2,4) ebenfalls auf der Zwischenplatte (6) befestigbar ist.
  2. Gepäckstück nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gepäckgurt (2, 4) dicht an der Gepäckstückwand (16) und/oder dem jeweiligen Seitenwandabschnitt (10, 12), entlang dessen der Gepäckgurt (2, 4) verläuft, vorbei geführt ist.
  3. Gepäckstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Umlenkeinrichtung (8) in den gegenüberliegenden Übergangsbereichen zwischen den jeweiligen Seitenwandabschnitten (10, 12, 14, 15) und der angrenzenden Gepäckstückwand (16) den Gepäckgurt (2, 4) umlenkt.
  4. Gepäckstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Umlenkeinrichtung (8) aus einem Führungskanal besteht, durch den der Gepäckgurt (2, 4) hindurchgeführt ist.
  5. Gepäckstück nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei Umlenkeinrichtungen (8) den Gepäckgurt (2, 4) führen.
  6. Gepäckstück nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenkeinrichtungen (8) aus ösenartigen Umlenkeinrichtungen (8) bestehen.
  7. Gepäckstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gepäckgurt (2, 4) an dem freien zweiten Ende lösbar mit Hilfe eines Schnellverschlusses befestigt ist.
  8. Gepäckstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenplatte (6) in unterschiedlich wählbaren Ebenen vorzugsweise parallel zu der Gepäckstückwand (16) verläuft.
  9. Gepäckstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der parallel zu den Seitenwandabschnitten (10, 12) verlaufenden Abschnitte des Gepäckgurts (2, 4) und damit der Abstand zwischen Zwischenplatte (6) und Gepäckstückwand (16) dadurch einstellbar ist, dass der Gepäckgurt (2, 4) relativ zu der Gepäckstückwand (16) verschiebbar ist und die Position der Befestigung (20, 22) des Gepäckgurtes (2, 4) auf der Zwischenplatte (6) unterschiedlich wählbar ist.
