- A luggage case comprising at least one inner volume (26) defined by at least one wall (16) of the luggage case and at least one side wall (10, 12, 14, 15) projecting from said wall (16) of the luggage case, the inner volume (26) being divided by at least one intermediate plate (6),

at least one luggage strap (2, 4) is fastened with a first end to the intermediate plate (6), that the luggage strap (2, 4) is guided adjustably along the wall (16) of the luggage case and at least two opposite side wall portions (10, 12) by means of at least one guide means (8) such that the distance of the intermediate plate (6) to the wall of the luggage case can be adjusted variably, and that the free second end of the luggage strap (2, 4) may also be fastened to the intermediate plate (6). - The luggage case of claim 1, characterized in that said luggage strap (2, 4) is guided closely along the wall (16) of the luggage case and/or the respective side wall portion (10, 12) along which the luggage strap (2, 4) runs.
- The luggage case of one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the at least one guide means (8) redirects the luggage strap (2, 4) in the mutually opposite transition portions between the respective side wall portions (10, 12, 14, 15) and the adjoining wall (16) of the luggage case.
- The luggage case of one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the at least one guide means (8) is formed by a guide channel through which the luggage strap (2, 4) is passed.
- The luggage case of one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that at least two guide means (8) guide the luggage strap (2, 4).
- The luggage case of claim 5, characterized in that the guide means (8) are formed by loop-like guide means (8).
- The luggage case of one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the luggage strap (2, 4) is removably fastened at the free second end by means of a quick-acting fastener.
- The luggage case of one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the intermediate plate (6) extends in different selectable planes, preferably in parallel with the wall (16) of the luggage case.
- The luggage case of one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the length of the portions of the luggage strap (2, 4) extending in parallel with the side wall portions (10, 12), and thus the distance between the intermediate plate (6) and the wall (16) of the luggage case, is adjustable by the luggage strap (2, 4) being displaceable with respect to the wall (16) of the luggage case and the position of the fastening (20, 22) of the luggage strap (2, 4) on the intermediate plate (6) is optionally selectable.
