  2. Couteau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un élément d'appui (33), à l'aide duquel au moins un élément (14) du dispositif d'actionnement (V) est supporté de façon amovible sur le boîtier (H, 11, 12).
  3. Couteau selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui (33) est associé au dispositif d'actionnement (14) ou au boîtier (H, 11, 12).
  4. Couteau selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui (33) est associé à l'élément d'actionnement (14) ou au boîtier (H, 11, 12) et en ce qu'à l'aide de l'élément d'appui (33), l'élément d'actionnement (14) est supporté de façon amovible sur le boîtier (H, 11, 12).
  5. Couteau selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui (33) peut être amené en prise de manière amovible avec le boîtier (H, 11, 12) ou l'élément d'actionnement (14).
  6. Couteau selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui (33) est fixé de manière pivotante au niveau de l'élément d'actionnement (14).
  7. Couteau selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'au niveau du boîtier (H, 11, 12) ou au niveau de l'élément d'actionnement, un siège de palier est réalisé sous forme d'un évidement et en ce qu'au moins une face de guidage (35, 48), laquelle guide l'élément d'appui (33) en prise avec l'évidement (46), est réalisée adjacente à l'évidement (46).
  8. Couteau (10) selon l'une des précédentes revendications, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'actionnement (14) est réalisé en tant que levier et est relié, en pouvant pivoter, au boîtier (H, 11, 12).
  9. Couteau selon l'une des précédentes revendications, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'actionnement (14) est relié fixement, en particulier à l'aide d'une articulation (G4), à la poignée (12).
  10. Couteau selon l'une des précédentes revendications, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (12) est formée par un levier qui est articulé pivotant au niveau du boîtier (H, 11, 12) et en ce que la poignée (12) est pivotante au moins entre une position actionnée et une position non-actionnée.
  11. Couteau selon l'une des précédentes revendications, caractérisé en ce que le porte-lame (13) est mobile de la position de sécurité dans une première position de coupe, dans laquelle la lame (27) déborde du boîtier (H, 11, 12), et peut être déplacé de par un mouvement supplémentaire de la première position de coupe dans au moins une deuxième position de coupe.
  12. Couteau selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le porte-lame (13) est mobile de la deuxième position de coupe dans la position de sécurité, bien que la poignée se trouve dans une position actionnée.
  13. Couteau selon l'une des revendications 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un élément d'appui (33), à l'aide duquel au moins un élément (14) du dispositif d'actionnement (V) est supporté de façon amovible sur le boîtier (H, 11, 12), en ce que l'élément d'appui (33) se trouve en prise, si le porte-lame (13) se déplace dans la première position de coupe et, l'élément d'appui (33) se trouvant hors prise, si le porte-lame (13) se déplace dans la deuxième position de coupe, et en ce que, lorsque la poignée (12) se déplace dans la position actionnée, un mouvement du porte-lame (13) est évité dans la position de sécurité, si l'élément d'appui (33) se trouve en prise et un mouvement du porte-lame (13) est possible dans la position de sécurité, si l'élément d'appui (33) se trouve hors prise.
