Claims (4)

  1. Sachet d'emballage constitué d'un film ou similaire pour des produits en vrac ou des matériaux fibreux, en particulier pour une portion de tabac (11) en tant que contenu de l'emballage, constitué d'une paroi avant (13) et d'une paroi arrière (14) qui sont reliées l'une à l'autre au niveau d'au moins trois côtés, et qui délimitent une ouverture de sachet (supérieure) (19), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) un premier organe de fermeture à actions multiples et un deuxième organe de fermeture (61) situé au-dessus de ce dernier sont réalisés dans la région de l'ouverture de sachet (19), lequel deuxième organe de fermeture ferme complètement et de manière étanche l'ouverture de sachet (19) avant la première ouverture,
    b) le premier organe de fermeture à actions multiples est une fermeture à glissière (60) dotée de rubans profilés (62, 63) présentant des profilés de fermeture à glissière (66, 67) sur la paroi avant (13) et sur la paroi arrière (14) dans la région de l'ouverture de sachet (19),
    c) les deux profilés de fermeture à glissière (66, 67) se faisant face des rubans profilés (62, 63) se terminent à distance des joints latéraux (15, 16), en particulier en raison d'une découpure (68) au niveau des extrémités des rubans profilés (62, 63) dans la région des profilés de fermeture à glissière (66, 67).
  2. Sachet d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) une découpure (68) par exemple semi-circulaire est pratiquée au niveau des deux extrémités des rubans profilés (62, 63) comprenant les profilés de fermeture à glissière (66, 67),
    b) la découpure (68) se situe essentiellement dans la région des profilés de fermeture à glissière (66, 67).
  3. Sachet d'emballage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que dans la région de la découpure (68) ou de l'évidement ainsi formé dans les rubans profilés (62, 63), les parois du sachet, à savoir la paroi avant (13) et la paroi arrière (14), sont reliées directement l'une à l'autre par thermoscellage au moyen de joints latéraux (15, 16).
  4. Procédé de fabrication de sachets d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) sur un côté tourné vers le haut d'une bande (32) continue constituée d'un film ou similaire, des rubans de jonction (70, 71) positionnés de manière appropriée sont appliqués dans le sens de déplacement de la bande (32), lesquels forment conjointement ultérieurement le deuxième organe de fermeture (61), et des rubans profilés (62, 63) reliés l'un à l'autre en continu dans la région des profilés de fermeture à glissière (66, 67) sont appliqués en tant que ruban continu (72),
    b) chaque ruban profilé (62, 63) est pourvu de découpages par exemple circulaires situés à des distances correspondantes les uns des autres pour former des découpures (68) au niveau des extrémités des rubans profilés (62, 63),
    c) après l'application dans la région de la bande de matériau (69), le ruban (72) est relié à la bande de matériau (69), plus précisément à la paroi avant (13), par la formation des joints de liaison (64) avant,
    d) la bande de matériau (69) est ensuite repliée en continu en formant la paroi avant (13) de telle sorte que la paroi avant (13) et la paroi arrière (14) soient superposées en coïncidence,
    e) des joints latéraux (15, 16) orientés transversalement, à savoir des joints de liaison de double largeur, sont ensuite réalisés par thermoscellage,
    f) une découpe de séparation orientée transversalement est ensuite réalisée dans la région des joints latéraux (15, 16) de double largeur, dans la région des découpages des rubans profilés (62, 63), de telle sorte que ces derniers soient sectionnés de manière centrale dans la région des découpages en formant les découpures (68) au niveau des extrémités des rubans profilés (62, 63).
