Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Klemmmappe für ungelochtes Schriftgut, bestehend aus einem Mappenboden und einem Mappendeckel sowie einem den Mappenboden und -deckel schwenkbar oder verschiebbar übergreifenden, im Wesentlichen U-förmigen, elastischen Klemmelement, das einen am Mappenboden angreifenden Halteschenkel und einen an diesem über einen Verbindungssteg elastisch gehaltenen, zur Vorderkante des Halteschenkels hin abgesenkten Klemmschenkel mit einer Klemmkante aufweist.
  • Klemmmappen oder Sammelmappen für lose eingelegtes, ungelochtes Schriftgut bestehen üblicherweise aus einem Mappenboden und einem Mappendeckel, die an einer Längsseite über einen Falz miteinander verbunden sind. Ein in die Klemm- oder Sammelmappe eingelegter Papierstapel wird mit einem in der Mitte der Sammelmappe und nahe dem Falz beweglich angebrachten, im Wesentlichen U-förmigen Klemmelement aus elastischem Material, das über die Außenflächen der Sammelmappe greift, zwischen deren Boden und Deckel verklemmt, und zwar ohne dass das eingelegte Papier in unerwünschter Weise beschädigt wird.
  • Das Dokument FR 1 456 927 A offenbart ein Klemmelement mit einem Klemmschenkel und einem Halteschenkel, wo die Klemmkarte des Klemmschenkees zur Verbessenung der Klemmwirkung in einer Ausgangslage in eine Nut des Haltescherkees hineinragt.
  • Bei einer aus der EP 0 609 568 bekannten Klemmmappe umfasst das aus elastischem Material, beispielsweise Kunststoff oder Blech, bestehende Klemmelement einen im Wesentlichen ebenen Halteschenkel, der an seinem oberen Ende um eine senkrechte Achse schwenkbar am Mappenboden gehalten ist, und einen längsseitig über einen Verbindungssteg einstückig an den Halteschenkel angeformten, federnd ausgebildeten Klemmschenkel. Der Halteschenkel ist länger als der Klemmschenkel ausgebildet, wobei an einem oberen verlängerten Ende des Halteschenkels eine Öffnung zu dessen schwenkbarer Befestigung am Mappenboden ausgebildet ist. In eingeschwenktem Zustand des Klemmelements sind der Mappenboden und der Mappendeckel und das zwischen diesen befindliche Schriftgut zwischen dem Halte- und dem Klemmschenkel verklemmt. Nach dem Herausschwenken befindet sich das Klemmelement nicht mehr im Eingriff mit dem Boden und dem Deckel der Klemmmappe, so dass der Papierstapel oder Teile von diesem entnommen werden können oder auch neues Schriftgut hinzugefügt werden kann oder der entnommene Papierstapel durch einen größeren oder kleineren ersetzt werden kann.
  • Die bekannten Klemmmappen mit schwenkbarem oder auch aufschiebbarem Klemmelement sind jedoch insofern nachteilig, als eine bereits für einen stärkeren Papierstapel benutzte Klemmmappe zur Fixierung eines weniger starken Papierstapels nicht ein weiteres Mal zufriedenstellend eingesetzt werden kann, da die Klemmkraft des Klemmelements bzw. die elastische Klemmwirkung des Materials inzwischen nachgelassen und sich die Klemmöffnung zwischen Halte- und Klemmschenkel zwischenzeitlich geweitet hat und somit das Schriftgut herausrutschen kann. Einer Verringerung der Klemmspaltweite steht eine in diesem Fall erschwerte Handhabung des Klemmelements entgegen.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Klemmmappe mit schwenkbarem Klemmelement so weiterzuentwickeln, dass auch bei wiederholter Benutzung mit verringerter Papierstapeldicke ein sicheres Verklemmen des Schriftgutes gewährleistet ist und darüber hinaus eine einfache Handhabung des Klemmelements gewährleistet ist.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe mit einer gemäß den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 ausgebildeten Klemmmappe gelöst.
  • Bei einer gattungsgemäßen Klemmmappe besteht der Grundgedanke der Erfindung darin, dass die Klemmkante des Klemmschenkels unter die Klemmebene des Halteschenkels abgesenkt ist, das heißt, die Klemmspaltweite einen negativen Wert hat, so dass auch bei einer gegenüber dem zuvor eingeklemmten Schriftgutstapel verringerten Stapelhöhe eine ausreichende Klemmkraft gewährleistet ist. Die negative Klemmspaltweite wird vorteilhafterweise dadurch erreicht, dass der elastische Klemmschenkel mit seiner Klemmkante in einen im Halteschenkel ausgebildeten Klemmschlitz oder in eine gerundete Halteschenkelnut eintaucht, so dass der Papierstapel nicht nur reibschlüssig, sondern aufgrund einer im Papierstapel über dem Klemmschlitz oder in der Halteschenkelnut ausgebildeten kleinen Vertiefung bzw. Einbeulung auch formschlüssig gehalten wird. Ein schwenkbar ausgebildetes Klemmelement ist vorzugsweise an seinem unteren Ende an die Klemmmappe bzw. den Mappenboden angelenkt, so dass das Klemmelement ergonomisch vorteilhaft angeordnet und auch bei der erfindungsgemäß verbesserten Klemmwirkung mit einer Hand leicht beweglich ist. Das Klemmelement kann aber auch aufschiebbar an der Klemmmappe gehalten sein.
  • Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen und zweckmäßige Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgend beispielhaft beschriebenen Ausführungsform einer Klemmmappe sowie den Unteransprüchen.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Die Klemmmappe 1 umfasst einen Mappenboden 15 und einen mit dessen in der Zeichnungsebene linker Kante über einen Falz 2 verbundenen Mappendeckel 3. Aus dem Mappendeckel 3 ist ein von dem Falz 2 ausgehendes Fenster 4 ausgeschnitten. Im Bereich des Fensters 4 ist ein Klemmelement 5 um einen Drehpunkt 6 schwenkbar angebracht. Das im Wesentlichen U-förmig ausgebildete Klemmelement 5 besteht aus einem Halteschenkel 7 und einem mit diesem über einen Verbindungssteg 8 einstückig verbundenen, zum Halteschenkel 7 hin gewölbt abgesenkten Klemmschenkel 9. Das Klemmelement 5 besteht aus elastisch verformbarem HartKunststoff. Der Halteschenkel 7, dessen Innenfläche der Außenfläche des Mappenbodens gegenüberliegt und der länger als der Klemmschenkel 9 ausgebildet ist, weist in seinem über den Klemmschenkel hinausgehenden unteren Abschnitt 10 eine Bohrung 11 auf, über die das Klemmelement 5 durch einen Niet (nicht dargestellt) mit dem Mappenboden 15 schwenkbar verbunden ist. In der in Fig. 1a dargestellten ausgeschwenkten Position kann Schriftgut eingelegt oder entnommen werden. In der in Fig. 1b wiedergegebenen aufgeklappten Darstellung der Klemmmappe 1 übergreift das Klemmelement 5 den Mappenboden sowie eine nach dem Ausschneiden des Fensters 4 in diesem verbliebene, mit dem Falz 2 verbundene Lasche 21. Ein in die Klemmmappe 1 eingelegter Schriftgutstapel 16, der im Bereich des Fensters 4 auch von der Lasche 21 abgedeckt wird, wird somit von dem federnd ausgebildeten Klemmelement 5 in dessen eingeschwenktem Zustand mit der freien Klemmkante 12 festgeklemmt. Wenn das Klemmelement 5 in Richtung des Pfeils 13 von dem Falz 2 weggeschwenkt wird, liegt das Schriftgut frei in der Klemmmappe 1 und kann ganz oder teilweise entnommen werden.
  • Selbst bei einer deutlichen Verringerung der Höhe des Schriftgutstapels bleibt die Klemmwirkung des wieder eingeschwenkten, den Mappenboden und den Schriftgutstapel (nebst der im Fenster 4 verbliebenen Lasche 21) übergreifenden Klemmelements 5 aufgrund seiner - nachfolgend erläuterten - speziellen Ausbildung dennoch erhalten. In dem Halteschenkel 7 befindet sich, wie die Figuren 2 bis 4 zeigen, ein parallel zu dessen Vorderkante verlaufender, der Klemmkante 12 gegenüberliegender Klemmschlitz 14, in den die Klemmkante 12 gemäß Fig. 2 in eingeschwenktem Zustand des Klemmelements 5 eintauchen kann, so dass die Klemmspaltweite einen negativen Wert "a" annehmen kann und somit die Klemmwirkung erhöht werden kann. Weil der Mappenboden 15 und der Schriftgutstapel 16, wie Fig. 3 zeigt, oberhalb des Klemmschlitzes 14 liegen und diesen abdecken, drückt die Klemmkante 12 den Schriftgutstapel 16 nebst Lasche 21 geringfügig in den Klemmschlitz 14, das heißt unter die Klemmebene 19 des Halteschenkels 7, so dass einerseits die Klemmwirkung erhöht und das Schriftgut zudem nicht nur reibschlüssig gehalten wird, sondern in einer leichten Vertiefung 17 auch formschlüssig verankert wird. Durch die Kombination aus reibschlüssiger und formschlüssiger Fixierung wird ein bei der weiteren Benutzung in der Höhe verringerter Schriftgutstapel 16 immer noch sicher in der Klemmmappe 1 gehalten.
  • Für die einfache Handhabung der Klemmmappe ist dabei die leichte Betätigung des Klemmelements 5 aufgrund des unten liegenden Drehpunktes 6 von Bedeutung. Das Klemmelement 5 ist infolge des am unteren Ende des Halteschenkels 7 vorgesehenen Drehpunktes 6 ergonomisch vorteilhaft angeordnet und kann daher leicht mit einer Handbewegung betätigt werden. Zudem sind die Klemmkante 12 des Klemmschenkels 9 und die Vorderkante 18 des Halteschenkels 7 wulstartig gerundet, um die Beweglichkeit des Klemmelements 5 zu erleichtern und eine papierschonende, gut gerundete Vertiefung 17 in dem Schriftgutstapel 16 zu schaffen. Außerdem ist ein Teil der zum Drehpunkt 6 weisenden Stirnseite des Klemmschenkels 9 maulartig (Einführungsmaul 22) geöffnet, damit das Klemmelement 5 beim Einschwenken bequem aufgeschoben werden kann.
  • Die Figuren 5 und 6 zeigen noch eine andere Ausführungsform eines schwenkbar ausgeführten Klemmelements 5, bei dem in den Halteschenkel 7 - anstelle des Klemmschlitzes 14 - eine Halteschenkelnut 20 eingeformt ist, so dass die Klemmkante 12 des Klemmschenkels 9 unter die Klemmebene 19 des Halteschenkels 7 abgesenkt werden kann. In der Schnittdarstellung gemäß Fig. 6 ist die gut gerundete Ausbildung der Klemmkante 12 sowie der Halteschenkelnut 20 und der Vorderkante 18 des Halteschenkels 7 erkennbar.

Claims (9)

  1. Klemmmappe für ungelochtes Schriftgut, bestehend aus einem Mappenboden (15) und einem Mappendeckel (3) sowie einem den Mappenboden und -deckel schwenkbar oder verschiebbar übergreifenden, im Wesentlichen U-förmigen, elastischen Klemmelement, das einen am Mappenboden angreifenden Halteschenkel (7) und einen an diesem über einen Verbindungssteg (8) elastisch gehaltenen, zur Vorderkante des Halteschenkels (7) hin abgesenkten Klemmschenkel (9) mit einer Klemmkante (12) aufweist, die sich im Klemmzustand in einer gegenüber einer Ausgangslage angehobenen Klemmposition befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Verbesserung der Klemmwirkung die Klemmkante (12) des Klemmschenkels (9) in der Ausgangslage über eine Klemmebene (19) des Halteschenkels (7) hinaus abgesenkt ist.
  2. Klemmmappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halteschenkel (7) eine nahe und parallel zu dessen Vorderkante (18) verlaufende, der Klemmkante (12) des Klemmschenkel (9) gegenüberliegende Halteschenkelnut (20) aufweist.
  3. Klemmmappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halteschenkel (7) einen nahe und parallel zu dessen Vorderkante (18) verlaufenden, der Klemmkante (12) gegenüberliegenden Klemmschlitz (14) aufweist.
  4. Klemmmappe nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmkante (12) kürzer als die Halteschenkelnut (20) oder der Klemmschlitz (14) ist und in diese(n) in der Ausgangslage abgesenkt ist.
  5. Klemmmappe nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteschenkelnut (20) oder die Längskanten des Klemmschlitzes (14) und die Klemmkante (12) gerundet ausgebildet sind.
  6. Klemmmappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den von dem eingeschwenkten oder aufgeschobenen Klemmelement (5) belegten Bereich des Mappendeckels (3) unter Bildung einer am Mappenboden (15) verbleibenden Lasche (21) ein Fenster (4) eingeschnitten ist.
  7. Klemmmappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmelement (5) aus einem duroplastischen oder metallischen, elastisch verformbaren Material besteht.

Klemmmappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein schwenkbar ausgebildetes Klemmelement (5) mit seinem Halteschenkel (7) in einem Drehpunkt (6) am Mappenboden (15) gehalten ist und ein zum Drehpunkt (6) weisender Teil des Klemmschenkels (9) aufgewölbt ist, um ein Einführungsmaul (22) zur Erleichterung des Einschwenkes des Klemmelements (5) zu bilden.
  9. Klemmmappe nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehpunkt (6) unten am Klemmelement (5) vorgesehen ist.
