Claims (6)
- Procédé de formation d'une armature d'angle résistante à la flexion pour construction en béton armé, composé d'au moins deux éléments d'armature en forme de U (5) et de forme plus ou moins identique, qui sont formés par cintrage plus ou moins rectangulaire des extrémités dépassant des traverses longitudinales les plus externes (3), organisées en une grille régulière, d'un élément de grillage (1) présentant nettement plus de barres transversales (3) que de traverses longitudinales (2), où dans un premier temps un premier des éléments d'armature en forme de U (5) est placé avec son extrémité fermée dans le coin d'un raccord d'angle à renforcer, que les extrémités ouvertes de l'U dans le sens de l'autre profil d'une section de paroi ou de plancher (8, 7) à raccorder au jonction en équerre, dans une deuxième étape, le seconde élément d'armature en forme de U (5) est fileté avec ses traverses longitudinales (2) le long des traverses longitudinales (2) du premier élément d'armature en forme de U (5),
qu'il réside avec son extrémité fermée (6) dans la zone de l'extrémité fermée (6) du premier élément d'armature (5) et tourne avec son extrémité ouverte dans le sens du profil d'une seconde section de paroi ou de plancher (8, 7) à raccorder au joint d'équerre et où, dans un troisième temps les éléments d'armature ainsi imbriqués (5) sont coulés dans du béton ou entouré par d'autres moyens. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans la première étape une série d'éléments d'armature en forme de U (5) de forme identique, dans lesquelles sections des traverses longitudinales (2) dépassent des barres transversales les plus externes (3) sont organisées en rangées frontales l'une contre l'autre et sont poussées l'une dans l'autre avec les sections en saillie des traverses longitudinales, pour que les barres transversales les plus externes des premiers éléments d'armature en forme de U voisins adjacents entrent en contact et que par la suite le même nombre de seconds éléments d'armature en forme de U sont enfilés selon la deuxième étape vers la rangée composée des premiers éléments de renfort et analogues aux premiers éléments d'armature sont poussés frontalement les dans les autres.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que dans chaque cas les premiers éléments d'armature en forme de U (5), de préférence de même que les second éléments d'armature (5) sont liés ensemble par ligature des barres transversales la deuxième extrémité adjacentes (3) d'éléments d'armature en forme de U voisins.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les premiers éléments d'armature (5) sont portés sur un socle pour la fixation d'une paroi (8) verticalement avec leur extrémité fermée (6) et les seconds éléments d'armature sont enfilés horizontalement sur les premiers éléments d'armature.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les seconds éléments d'armature (5) sont guidées avec leur extrémité fermée (6) entre les extrémités parallèles recourbées des barres transversales (3) des premiers éléments d'armature et qu'une bande de jonction (12) est insérée dans un espace intermédiaire entre les extrémités recourbées verticales des barres transversales, orientées à l'opposé de l'extrémité ouverte des seconds éléments d'armature en forme de U, tandis que l'extrémité fermée des seconds éléments de renfort en forme de U.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la bande de jonction (12) est liée à une partie supérieure des extrémités recourbées verticales adjacentes des barres transversales (3), en particulier ligaturées avec du fil de fer.
