Abstract

Ein Möbelgriff für eine Frontblende (2) umfasst ein an einer Frontblende (2) montierbares Gehäuse (4), an dem eine Griffplatte (5) gehalten ist, wobei die Griffplatte (5) federnd in dem Gehäuse (4) gelagert ist und nach einem Eindrücken der Griffplatte (5) ein Ring (9) des Gehäuses (4) zum Öffnen der Frontblende (2) greifbar ist. Die Griffplatte (5) verschließt somit das Gehäuse (4), so dass sich darin keine Verschmutzungen ablagern. Zudem ist ein optisch geschlossenes Erscheinungsbild geschaffen.

Description

Möbelgriff für eine Frontblende
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Möbelgriff für eine Frontblende, mit ei- nem an einer Frontblende montierbaren Gehäuse, an dem eine Griffplatte gehalten ist.
Aus der DE 25 16 744 Al ist ein Möbel bekannt, bei dem an der Frontblende in eine Aufnahme ein Griffelement eingesetzt ist. Das Griffelement weist einen Hohl- räum auf, wobei nach innen hervorstehende Vorsprünge durch den Benutzer gegriffen werden können, wenn dieser seine Finger in das Griffelement einfügt. Nachteilig bei einem solchen Griffelement ist, dass der Innenraum des Griffelementes relativ leicht verschmutzen kann, und im Bereich der Griffelemente eine dunkle Öffnung verbleibt, was optisch nicht ansprechend ist.
Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung einen Möbelgriff für eine Frontblende zu schaffen, der Frontblende ein geschlossenes Erscheinungsbild gibt und gegen Verschmutzung geschützt ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird mit einem Möbelgriff mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
Erfmdungsgemäß ist die Griffplatte federnd in dem Gehäuse gelagert und nach einem Eindrücken der Griffplatte ist ein Rand des Gehäuses zum Öffnen der Front- blende greifbar. Die Griffplatte verschließt somit das Gehäuse, so dass sich in dem
Gehäuse keine Verschmutzungen ablagern. Zudem ist die Griffplatte ein Verschlussmittel für das Gehäuse, das ein optisch geschlossenes Erscheinungsbild schafft, so dass die Frontblende eine im Wesentlichen ebene Kontur haben kann. Insbesondere treten dadurch keine dunklen Öffnungen im Bereich des Griffelemen- tes auf.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die Griffplatte randseitig gegen einen Ring des Gehäuses gedrückt gehalten. Dadurch kann die Griffplatte allseitig umschlossen durch das Gehäuse umgeben sein und ist verliersicher an dem Gehäuse aufgenommen. Die Griffplatte kann dabei kreisrund oder auch als ovale, quadratische, rechteckige oder mehreckige Scheibe ausgebildet sein, so dass eine Bedienung des Möbelgriffes von unterschiedlichen Seiten her möglich ist und kein hinderliches Scharnier an einer Seite vorgesehen ist.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Aus führungs form weist die Griffplatte und das Gehäuse jeweils eine schräg zur Ebene der Frontblende ausgebildete Anlagefläche zur Zentrierung der Griffplatte auf. Dadurch ist die Griffplatte in einer vorbestimmten Position gehalten, wobei die schräge Anlagefläche beispielsweise in einem Winkelbe- reich zwischen 30° und 60° geneigt gegenüber der Ebene der Frontblende ausgebildet sein kann.
Um den Möbelgriff auf einfache Weise an einer Frontblende montieren zu können, ist das Gehäuse auf der zur Griffplatte gegenüberliegenden Seite durch eine Abde- ckung verschlossen. Dadurch besitzt der Möbelgriff eine geringe Anzahl von Bauteilen und kann leicht montiert werden.
Vorzugsweise ist die Feder durch ein Schaumstoffelement gebildet. Dies ist einerseits kostengünstig in der Herstellung und zudem kann die Griffplatte in unter- schiedliche Richtungen verschwenkt werden, um den Ring des Gehäuses greifen zu können. Das Schaumstoffelement kann dabei zwischen Griffplatte und Abdeckung angeordnet sein, vorzugsweise ist es mit der Griffplatte und/oder der Abdeckung verklebt. Dadurch kann der Möbelgriff auch als vormontierte Einheit in die Frontblende eingebaut werden.
Das Gehäuse kann dabei entweder an einer zylindrischen Durchgangsbohrung der Frontblende festgelegt werden, was eine einfache Montage bedeutet, wobei dann von außen ein nach innen hervorstehender Ring des Gehäuses sichtbar bleibt. Alternativ ist das Gehäuse gestuft ausgebildet und an einer gestuften Durchgangsöff- nung der Frontblende festgelegt. Dadurch kann der sichtbare Bereich des Gehäuses auf ein Minimum reduziert werden.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand von zwei Ausführungsbeispielen mit Bezug auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen: Figur 1 eine Explosionsdarstellung eines ersten Ausführungsbeispieles eines erfindungsgemäßen Möbelgriffes;
Figuren 2 und 3 zwei geschnittene Seitenansichten des Möbelgriffes der Figur 1;

Ein Möbelgriff 1 ist an einer Frontblende 2 eines Möbels, beispielsweise einer Möbeltür, einer Klappe oder einem Schubkasten raontierbar, an der eine zylindrische Durchgangsöffhung 3 vorgesehen ist. Der Möbelgriff 1 umfasst ein Gehäuse 4, das an der Durchgangsöffnung 3 festlegbar ist. In dem Gehäuse 4 ist eine Griffplatte 5 aufgenommen, die durch eine Feder in Form eines Schaumstoffelementes 6 zur Vorderseite hin gedrückt wird. Rückseitig ist das Gehäuse 4 mit einer Abdeckung 7 verschlossen.
In Figur 2 ist der Möbelgriff 1 in der Einbaussituation dargestellt. Das Gehäuse 4 besitzt an der Vorderseite einen nach innen gerichteten umlaufenden Ring 9, so dass die Öffnung in dem Ring 9 kleiner ausgebildet ist als der Durchmesser der
Griffplatte 5. Die Griffplatte 5 besitzt einen mittleren Abschnitt, der dicker ausgebildet ist als ein randseitig hervorstehender Ring 8, der an dem Ring 9 des Gehäuses 4 anliegt. In der Ruheposition wird die Griffplatte 5 durch das Schaumstoffelement 6 gegen den Ring 9 des Gehäuses 4 gedrückt, wobei der Durchmesser des Schaumstoffelementes 6 kleiner ist als der Innenraum des Gehäuses 4. Rückseitig ist der Möbelgriff durch eine Abdeckung 7 verschlossen, die größer ausgebildet ist als die Durchgangsöffhung 3 und einen nach außen gerichteten Rand 13 des Gehäuses 4 mit einem Endabschnitt 14 übergreift. Die Abdeckung 7 kann über ein oder mehrere Schrauben 15 an der Frontplatte 2 festgelegt sein.
In der Ausgangsposition bilden eine Oberfläche 12 der Griffplatte 5, eine Oberfläche des Ringes 9 des Gehäuses 4 sowie die Frontplatte im Wesentlichen eine gemeinsame ebene Oberfläche aus, die auch in einer einheitlichen Farbe gehalten sein kann. Der Innenraum des Gehäuses 4 ist durch die Griffplatte 5 gegen Verschmutzung geschützt. Wenn die Frontblende 2 geöffnet werden soll, kann die Griffplatte 5 gegen die Federkraft des Schaumstoffelementes 6 verschwenkt werden, wie dies in Figur 3 dargestellt ist. Dann wird der Ring 8 der Griffplatte 5 von dem Ring 9 des Gehäuses 4 abgehoben und der Benutzer kann nun von innen den Ring 9 grei- fen und die Frontplatte 2 nach außen ziehen. Aufgrund der kreisförmigen Ausbildung der Griffplatte 5 kann dieser an jeder beliebigen Stelle gegriffen und nach innen gedrückt werden.
Sobald die Öffnungsbewegung abgeschlossen ist und die Griffplatte 5 losgelassen wird, drückt das Schaumstoffelement 6 die Griffplatte 5 wieder in die Ausgangsposition zurück, wobei zwischen dem dickeren Abschnitt der Griffplatte 5 und dem Ring 8 eine schräge Anlagefläche 10 ausgebildet ist, die mit einer schrägen Anlagefläche 11 an dem Ring 9 des Gehäuses 4 zusammenwirkt, um die Griffplatte 5 zu zentrieren.
In Figur 4 ist das Griffelement 1 in der eingebauten Situation von der Vorderseite her gezeigt, wobei an der Frontblende 2 nur ein schmaler Abschnitt des Ringes 9 und die Griffplatte 5 zu sehen sind, die in einer Ebene mit der Frontplatte 2 angeordnet sind und somit ein geschlossenes Erscheinungsbild schaffen.
In Figur 5 ist der Möbelgriff rückseitig gezeigt, wobei hier nur die Abdeckung 7 zu sehen ist mit den Befestigungsmitteln, so dass auch von der Rückseite ein geschlossenes Erscheinungsbild vorhanden ist. In den Figuren 6 bis 10 ist ein zweites Ausfiihrungsbeispiel eines Möbelgriffes 1' gezeigt, bei dem im Wesentlichen die Gestaltung einer Durchgangsöffnung 3' an einer Frontblende T sowie das Gehäuse 4' modifiziert sind. Die Griffplatte 5, das Schaumstoffelement 6 und die Abdeckung 7 sind wie bei dem ersten Ausfuhrungs- beispiel ausgebildet.
Wie in den Figuren 7 und 8 zu sehen ist, wird die Griffplatte 5 wieder gegen einen hervorstehenden Ring 9 des Gehäuses 4' gedrückt, wobei an dem Ring 9 eine schräge Anlagefläche 11 ausgebildet ist, die mit der schrägen Anlagefläche 10 be- nachbart zu dem Ring 8 zusammen wirkt. Anders als bei dem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Durchgangsöffhung 3' jedoch nicht mehr zylindrisch ausgebildet, sondern umfasst eine Stufe, so dass der hervorstehende Ring 9 teilweise in der Frontblende 2' aufgenommen ist und nur mit einem schmaleren Ringabschnitt 16 über einen Wandabschnitt 15 der Frontblende 2' im Bereich des Gehäuses 4' her- vorsteht. Der Ringabschnitt 16 ist dabei an dem Rand 9 integral ausgebildet. Das
Öffnen und Schließen der Frontblende T erfolgt durch ein Eindrücken der Griff- platte 5 und ein Zurückbewegen der Griffplatte 5 durch entsprechende Federkraft des Schaumstoffelementes 6.
In Figur 9 ist der Möbelgriff 1 ' in der eingebauten Position gezeigt und von außen ist fast nur noch die Griffplatte 5 zu sehen, die in einer Ebene mit der Vorderseite der Frontplatte 2' angeordnet ist. Zwischen der Griffplatte 5 und der Frontplatte 2' ist nur noch der schmale Ring 16 des Gehäuses 4' angeordnet. Von der Rückseite ist nur die Abdeckung 7 an der Frontblende 2' zu sehen (Figur 10).
Die Griffplatte 5 und das Gehäuse 4 sind vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff ausgebildet und können in derselben Farbe wie die Frontplatte 2 gestaltet sein, so dass sich ein einheitliches Erscheinungsbild ergibt. Es ist natürlich auch möglich die Griffplatte 5 und das Gehäuse 4 aus Metall, Holz oder einem anderen Material zu fertigen.
Um das Griffelement als Baueinheit montieren zu können, kann das Schaumstoffelement 6 auch mit der Griffplatte und/oder der Abdeckung 7 verklebt sein. Dadurch wird auch verhindert, beim Öffnen der Abdeckung 7 das Schaumstoffele- ment 6 nach unten gleiten zu können, da es mit größerem Spiel innerhalb des Gehäuses 4 schwebend gehalten ist.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Möbelgriff für eine Frontblende (2, 2'), mit einem an einem an einer Frontblende (2, 2') montierbaren Gehäuse (4, 4!), an dem eine Griffplatte (5) gehal- ten ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Griffplatte( 5) federnd in dem Gehäuse (4, 4') gelagert ist und nach einem Eindrücken der Griffplatte (5) ein Rand (9, 17) des Gehäuses (4, 4') zum Öffnen der Frontblende (2, T) greifbar ist.
2. Möbelgriff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Griffplatte
(5) randseitig gegen einen Ring (9, 17) des Gehäuses (4, 4') gedrückt gehalten ist.
3. Möbelgriff nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Griff- platte (5) im Wesentlichen kreisrund, oval, quadratisch, rechteckig oder mehreckig als Scheibe ausgebildet ist.
4. Möbelgriff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Griffplatte (5) und das Gehäuse (4, 4') jeweils eine schräg zur Ebene der Frontblende (2, 2') ausgebildete Anlagefläche (10, 11) zur Zentrierung der
Griffplatte (5) aufweisen.
5. Möbelgriff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (4, 4') auf der zur Griffplatte (5) gegenüberliegenden Seite durch eine Abdeckung (7) verschlossen ist.
6. Möbelgriff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federn (6) durch ein Schaumstoffelement gebildet ist,
7. Möbelgriff nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schaumstoffelement (6) zwischen der Griffplatte (5) und der Abdeckung (7) angeordnet ist.
