Claims (11)
- Behälter (1) mit einem schließbaren Deckel (2), insbesondere zur Aufnahme einer Mülltonne, enthaltenda) ein Vorspannelement (5), welches den Deckel (2) in seine geöffnete Stellung drängt;b) ein Arretierungselement (3), welches den Deckel (2) in seiner geschlossenen Stellung fixieren kann, wobei die Fixierung durch eine Druckbetätigung des Arretierungselementes aufgehoben werden kann.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Arretierungselement ein federnd am Behälter angebrachter Rasthaken (3) ist, welcher in seinem Ruhezustand in eine Hinterschneidung (7) des Deckels (2) eingreift, wenn der Deckel sich in seiner geschlossenen Stellung befindet. - Behälter nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rasthaken (3) im Wesentlichen S-förmig gebogen ist, und dass ein Ende (3a) des Rasthakens (3) am Behälter (1) fixiert ist. - Behälter nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hinterschneidung des Deckels (2) durch eine Abkantung (7) des Deckelrandes gebildet wird. - Behälter nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorspann element eine Gasdruckfeder (5) ist, die vorzugsweise zwischen einer Behälterinnenwand und der Innenseite des Deckels (2) angebracht ist. - Behälter nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Deckel (2) eine Mitnahmevorrichtung (6) angeordnet ist, welche mit dem Klappdeckel einer im Behälter (1) angeordneten Mülltonne oder dergleichen gekoppelt werden kann. - Behälter nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine als Tür ausgebildete Seitenwand (4) aufweist. - Behälter nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Arretierungselement einen Fußhebel zur Druckbetätigung mit dem Fuß enthält. - Deckelkonstruktion für einen Behälter, insbesondere einen Behälter nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, enthaltenda) einen Basisdeckel (24) mit einer im Wesentlichen flachen Oberseite (25);b) ein Verkleidungselement (21), welches die Oberseite des Basisdeckels (24) überspannt;c) mindestens einen Abstandshalter (23a, 23b), welcher an der Oberseite des Basisdeckels (24) angeordnet ist und eine Außenkante (22a,22b) mit einer vorgegebenen Kontur aufweist, an welche sich das Verkleidungselement (21) anlegt.
- Deckelkonstruktion nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei Abstandshalter (23a, 23b) aufweist, deren Außenkante durch Polsterelemente (22a, 22b) abgedeckt wird.
- Deckelkonstruktion nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstandshalter durch ein Winkelblech (23a, 23b) gebildet wird.
