  • a hand tool machine which has a vibration-damped, supported by springs in relation to the housing strap handle.
  • extensions of two leg portions of the strap handle extend into a cavity of the housing where they act via connectors on pivot arms whose movement is damped by springs.
  • the two pivot arms connected by a coupling member in the form of an axis.
  • Within the hollow handle there is arranged a switch for switching on and off the power tool.
  • the present invention seeks to find a solution that allows to fit the bow handle of hand tool of the type mentioned with a switch, without affecting the function of a arranged in the region of the switch coupling member.
  • a preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the coupling member is formed on a part of its length as a laterally open hollow profile, while the rest of the coupling member may be formed either as a solid component or as a hollow profile closed on all sides to give the coupling member a high bending stiffness.
  • the coupling member is formed at least over part of its length as a rectangular box profile, the opposite side cheeks are expedient aligned parallel to each other and adjacent outer sides of the switch housing, while the bottom of the box profile is disposed on the side facing away from the switch housing of the coupling member.
  • the switch housing can dive far into the coupling member, which in its longitudinal direction despite the recess has a high bending stiffness and therefore allows the transmission of considerable contact forces from the strap handle into the housing of the power tool.
  • the switch is disposed in the vicinity of a pivot joint of the coupling member, where this is supported within the handle and stiffened by the support and where the movement path of the coupling member during a relative movement of the strap handle with respect to the hand tool least is, which can reduce the depth of immersion of the switch housing in the recess and thus also their depth.
  • the coupling member advantageously has two aligned, coaxial to the pivot axis of the pivot bearing pivot pin, which over the opposite Projecting side cheeks of the box section and each protrude into opposite bearing openings of the strap handle.
  • the switch is inserted into an opening of the housing of the machine tool facing the front boundary wall of the strap handle and has a projecting beyond the yoke of the strap handle, against the force of a spring in relation to the switch housing pivotable actuator which in a handle opening between the strap handle and the Housing protrudes.
  • Hand-held power tool 2 shown schematically in the form of a hammer drill or a percussion hammer consists essentially of a housing 4, a tool holder 6 for receiving a tool 8, and a drive device (not shown) enclosed by the housing 4 for rotating and beating driving of the tool holder 6 Tool 8.
  • the drive device consists in a known manner of an electric drive motor which rotatably drives the tool holder 6 via a reduction or manual transmission, and also from the drive motor driven striking mechanism with which the tool 8 can be acted upon in the tool holder 6 with a force acting in a working direction A of the machine tool 2 impact force.
  • the housing 4 is provided at its end facing away from the tool holder 6 front end with a strap handle 10 which is used together with a near the tool holder 6 at 12 releasably attached to the housing 4 auxiliary handle 14 for gripping and holding the machine tool 2.
  • the hanger handle 10 encloses together with the housing 4 a handle opening 16 for a hand of an operator and facilitates especially in vertical operation, ie vertical working direction A and downwardly directed tool 8, the holding and guiding the machine tool 2, while the auxiliary handle 14 is preferred is used in horizontally oriented or flat inclined working direction A.
  • the bow-shaped handle 10 On its side facing the handle opening 16, the bow-shaped handle 10 is provided with a switch 18 with which the hand-held power tool 2 can be switched on and off without letting go of the handle 10.
  • the housing 4 has two parallel, rearwardly to over the rear end face of the housing 4 projecting projections 20, 22 which are rigidly connected to the housing 4 and project into the hollow interior of the strap handle 10.
  • the hanger handle 10 consists essentially of a direction perpendicular to the working direction A of the power tool 2 hollow yoke 24, which is taken for use of the power tool 2 by the user with one hand, and two parallel to the working direction A of the power tool 2 hollow leg portions 26, 28, the their ends adjacent to the housing 4 are open, so that the extensions 20, 22 of the housing 4 in the leg portions 26, 28 can dip.
  • the hanger handle 10 In order to avoid that, for example, caused by the percussion of the machine tool 2 vibrations of the housing 4 are transmitted to the hanger handle 10, which felt by the operator not only unpleasant is, but may also have health effects after prolonged exposure, dive the two extensions 20, 22 of the housing 4 with large lateral play S in the hollow leg portions 26, 28 of the hanger handle 10 a.
  • the hanger handle 10 is not supported directly on the extensions 20, 22 or on the housing 4, but via a helical compression spring 30, which provides for a vibration isolation between the hanger handle 10 and the housing 4.
  • the two elongate coupling members 34, 36 are housed in the hollow interior of the yoke portion 24 of the strap handle 10, wherein they are generally aligned transversely to the working direction A and the longitudinal center plane 32 of the power tool 2.
  • Each of the two coupling members 34, 36 is designed as a two-armed lever which is mounted in the vicinity of its center in a pivot joint 38 and 40, so that it is pivotable with respect to the bow handle 10.
  • the front end of each coupling member 34, 36 pointing away from the longitudinal center plane 32 is articulated at the free end of the adjacent extension 20 or 22 via a pivot joint 42, 44, while the opposite inner end ends of the coupling members 34, 36 form a fork joint 46.
  • the front end of a coupling member 34 is formed as a fork 48, in which a spherical thickening 50 at the front end of the other coupling member 36 engages movable.
  • the fork joint 46 allows a certain longitudinal displacement of the two coupling members 34, 36 with respect to each other when they are pivoted in a relative movement between the strap handle 10 and the housing 4 about the pivot axes of the pivot joints 38 and 40.
  • the coupling member 36 is formed as a solid coupling rod, which is provided not only at its inner end but to form the pivot joints 40, 44 in the middle and at the outer end with a thickening
  • the coupling member 34 is on a portion of its length between his outer, hinged to the extension 20 front end and its inner, fork-shaped front end as a hollow hollow box profile open on one side with two parallel side walls 54 and a perpendicular bottom 56 formed as in Fig. 3 shown.
