Description
The present invention relates to a hand tool, in particular a drill and / or percussion hammer, with a housing and a vibration-damped, with respect to the housing movable and resiliently supported U-shaped bow handle.
In particular, in portable power tools with a beating drive, such as drill hammers, chippers and the like, the power tool can be exposed to considerable vibration. If these vibrations are transmitted to a handle used to press the hand tool against a workpiece, this is not only perceived as unpleasant by the operator, but may also result in health damage on prolonged exposure. Therefore, for the linear vibration damping of rotary hammers so far mostly double shell housing used in which the entire hammer is suspended in its working direction resiliently in an outer shell. However, this construction is relatively expensive and therefore expensive.

By accommodating one or more coupling members in the interior of the hollow bow handle, the space required in the interior of the housing of the power tool and thus the overall length can be reduced, which in turn required for handling the power tool force can be reduced. However, such an arrangement has hitherto been possible only in those hand tool machines in which the switch handle was provided no switch, since the space inside it was not sufficient to accommodate both the housing of an inwardly projecting housing of the switch and one or more coupling links enable.
Proceeding from this, the present invention seeks to find a solution that allows to fit the bow handle of hand tool of the type mentioned with a switch, without affecting the function of a arranged in the region of the switch coupling member.
This object is achieved by the features in claim 1. By providing the coupling member in the region of the switch with a recess into which a switch housing of the switch projecting into the inside of the bow handle can dip, the switch can be attached to the handle with simple means without any impairment of the function of the coupling member.
A preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the coupling member is formed on a part of its length as a laterally open hollow profile, while the rest of the coupling member may be formed either as a solid component or as a hollow profile closed on all sides to give the coupling member a high bending stiffness.
Preferably, the coupling member is formed at least over part of its length as a rectangular box profile, the opposite side cheeks are expedient aligned parallel to each other and adjacent outer sides of the switch housing, while the bottom of the box profile is disposed on the side facing away from the switch housing of the coupling member. In this way, the switch housing can dive far into the coupling member, which in its longitudinal direction despite the recess has a high bending stiffness and therefore allows the transmission of considerable contact forces from the strap handle into the housing of the power tool.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the switch is disposed in the vicinity of a pivot joint of the coupling member, where this is supported within the handle and stiffened by the support and where the movement path of the coupling member during a relative movement of the strap handle with respect to the hand tool least is, which can reduce the depth of immersion of the switch housing in the recess and thus also their depth.
In order to ensure good support of the coupling member in the pivot bearing, the coupling member advantageously has two aligned, coaxial to the pivot axis of the pivot bearing pivot pin, which over the opposite Projecting side cheeks of the box section and each protrude into opposite bearing openings of the strap handle.
Preferably, the switch is inserted into an opening of the housing of the machine tool facing the front boundary wall of the strap handle and has a projecting beyond the yoke of the strap handle, against the force of a spring in relation to the switch housing pivotable actuator which in a handle opening between the strap handle and the Housing protrudes.

The drive device consists in a known manner of an electric drive motor which rotatably drives the
The
On its side facing the handle opening 16, the bow-

The
In order to avoid that, for example, caused by the percussion of the
The two
