Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a hand tool with vibration-damped handle, which has two legs extending approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis of the power tool and which is resiliently coupled to the machine housing.
  • thermoplastic elastomeric plastic to connect to the machine housing. So far, it is usual to connect the handle in two places with the machine housing. Even if one or more coupling points are provided with damping means, still finds a relatively high coupling of vibrations from the machine housing to the handle instead.
  • GB 1 549 771 and DE 41 04 917 A1 is in each case a hand tool with a vibration-damping handle known which has two approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis of the power tool running leg and is resiliently coupled to the machine housing.
  • a substantially aligned perpendicular to the machine longitudinal axis lever is articulated with one of its two ends on each leg, and the levers are hinged at their other ends to a lying between the two legs of the handle portion of the machine housing.
  • the handle devices shown here have disadvantages because on the one hand many parts are required and on the other hand, injury risks arise from the open structure.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object to provide a hand tool with a handle of the type mentioned, which is coupled with the simplest possible means largely vibration-damped to the machine housing of the power tool.
  • the hinged to the individual legs of the handle levers are the same length. This ensures that the relative movement between the handle and the machine housing has almost exclusively a component in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the power tool. There are almost no movement components in other directions, which could bring an additional acceleration to the hand of the operator.
  • An improvement in the guidance and stability of the handle can be achieved that are articulated on the machine housing and on each of the two legs of the handle, two parallel, aligned substantially perpendicular to the machine longitudinal axis lever.
  • the ends of the legs of the handle are resiliently supported on the machine housing.
  • a further advantageous embodiment for vibration damping of the handle is that between the handle and the machine housing one or more electrically controllable or controllable actuators are arranged, which damp a vibration of the handle in that they counteract a resulting from the vibration of the machine housing force or movement.
  • FIG. 1 schematically is a hand tool not according to the invention, for. B. a hammer drill or chisel or the like.
  • the hand tool consists of a machine housing 1, in which the machine drive is located, and a handle 3 coupled to the machine housing 1.
  • the handle 3 is U-shaped and has two legs 5 and 7, which run approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis 9 of the power tool ,
  • the ends of the legs lead 5 and 7 of the handle 3 in molded on the machine housing 1 pockets 11 and 13 into it. In these pockets 11 and 13, the ends of the two legs 5 and 7 are supported by spring elements 15 and 17 against the machine housing 1. These spring elements 15 and 17 receive the force exerted on the handle 3 by the operator pressing force.
  • An advantageous embodiment for vibration damping of the handle is that between the handle 3, in addition to the springs 15, 17 or without springs, and the machine housing 1, one or more electrically controllable or controllable actuators are arranged, which thereby vibration of the handle 3 dampen that they counteract a resulting from the vibration of the machine housing 1 force or movement.
  • Such actuators are z. B. known from the EP 0 206 981 A2 or the WO 98/21014 ,
  • a lever 19, 21 is articulated so that it is pivotable in the direction of the longitudinal axis 9 of the power tool.
  • the two levers 19 and 21 are the same length.
  • the legs 5 and 7 remote from the ends of the levers 19 and 21 are hinged to the machine housing 1 in a lying between the two legs 5 and 7 area so that they are aligned substantially perpendicular to the machine longitudinal axis 9.
  • the articulation points 23 and 25 of the two levers 19 and 21 on the machine housing 1 are close together.
  • Tilting or tilting of the handle can be avoided by means which synchronize the levers 19 and 21 in their movement.
  • lever mechanism results in a very strong decoupling of the handle 3 against vibrations of the machine housing 1, which are caused for example by a striking mechanism.
  • the decoupling of the handle relative to the machine housing arises from the fact that because of the lever mechanism no direct connection points between the handle 3 and the machine housing 1 are required to give the handle 3 a high stability.
  • the levers 19 and 21 ensure that the handle 3 can perform a relative movement relative to the machine housing 1 almost exclusively in the direction of the machine longitudinal axis 9. Other components of movement, eg. B. tilting or tilting of the handle 3 is almost impossible due to a high degree of synchronization of the two lever movements.
  • the distance d between the articulation points 35 and 37 of the two levers 19 and 21 on the horizontal legs 5 and 7 of the handle 3 in a range of about 0 changes ,1 mm.
  • This slight change in the distance d between the articulation points 35 and 37 can be absorbed by the fact that the handle 3 is constructed or consists of such a material that it allows a certain elastic deformation.
  • FIG. 2 illustrated embodiment of a power tool with a vibration-damped handle is similar to that in the FIG. 1 illustrated embodiment except for the articulation of the two levers 19 and 21 on the machine housing 1. While in the embodiment in the FIG. 1 the two levers 19 and 21 adjacent pivot points 23 and 25 have the levers 19 and 21 in the in the FIG. 2 illustrated embodiment, a common pivot point 39 on the housing 1st D. h. the two levers 19 and 21 are rotatably mounted on the housing 1 on a common axis 39.
  • FIG. 3 is another embodiment of a hand tool with vibration-dampened handle 3 shown. All parts in this embodiment, which have the same function as in the embodiments described above, have the same already in the FIGS. 1 and 2 used reference numerals. On the related to the FIGS. 1 and 2 described details will therefore not be discussed in more detail.
  • the main difference of this in FIG. 3 illustrated embodiment with respect to the embodiments described above is in the lever mechanism that connects the handle 3 with the machine housing 1. While in the embodiments according to the FIGS. 1 and 2 each leg 5, 7 is connected only via a lever to the machine housing 1, are hinged to the leg 5 of the handle 3 and to the machine housing 1 two parallel levers 41 and 43 and to the leg 7 and the machine housing 1 are also two parallel lever 45 and 47 articulated.
  • Each of the two legs 5, 7 is connected via a so-called parallel oscillator 41, 43 and 45, 47 resiliently connected to the machine housing.
  • the parallel oscillators 41, 43 and 45, 47 lend the handle 3 a stable backlash-free storage and very strongly suppress unwanted movement components. which deviate from a movement of the handle in the direction of the machine longitudinal axis 9.
  • opposing levers 41, 45 and 43, 47 of the two parallel oscillators each have a common pivot point 49, 51 on the machine housing 1.
  • the respective opposing levers 41, 45 and 43, 47 can also, as in the embodiment of the FIG. 1 , have adjacent articulation points and also be provided at their ends with curves, which have interlocking serrations. For a very high synchrony of the movements of the two legs 5 and 7 of the handle 3 is achieved.
