Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine abgepackte Produktzusammenstellung umfassend mehrere unterschiedliche Medikamente oder dgl. sowie ein zugehöriges Verfahren zur Konfektionierung und Verpackung einer derartigen Produktzusammenstellung.
- Aus der
WO 2005/102862 A1 ist eine Blisterpackung für den wöchentlichen Medikamentenbedarf eines Patienten bekannt, der die Medikamente in einer nach Datum, Wochentag und Tageszeit (Morgen, Mittag, Abend und ggf. Nacht) geordneten Folge einnehmen soll. Die Aufnahmefächer der Blisterpackung zur Aufnahme der jeweiligen Medikamente sind in Matrixform angeordnet und haben sieben Tageszeilen mit jeweils mindestens drei Tageszeit-Fächern, die insgesamt durch eine zusammenhängende Blisterfolie verschlossen sind. An der Blisterpackung angebracht ist ein kartonförmiger Deckel, auf dem patientenindividuell die Zusammensetzung der einzelnen Tageszeit-Fächer sowie Verschreibungsinformationen betreffend die jeweiligen Medikamente enthalten sind. - Derartige Verpackungseinheiten sind für Patienten, die regelmäßig mehrere verschiedene Medikamente einnehmen müssen, eine Hilfe dafür, einerseits das Einnehmen wichtiger Medikamente nicht zu vergessen und andererseits auch einen zuverlässigen Überblick darüber zu behalten, welche Medikamente schon eingenommen worden sind, um eine unter Umständen schädliche Übermedikation zu vermeiden. Der in der
WO 2005/102862 A1 beschriebene Wochenblister unterstützt so zuverlässig eine bedarfsgerechte Medikation der Patienten und ist gleichzeitig preisgünstig herstellbar und mittels einer Bestückungsmaschine für eine große Zahl von Patienten individuell bestückbar. - Die Tageszeit-Fächer des in der
WO 2005/102862 A1 beschriebenen Wochenblisters geben dem Patienten auf einfache und eindeutige Weise an, zu welcher Tageszeit ein Medikament einzunehmen ist. Für die Wirksamkeit vieler Medikamente ist es jedoch bedeutsam, ob das Präparat vor, während oder nach einer Mahlzeit eingenommen wird. Diese zusätzliche Anwendungsinformation wird dem Patienten bei dem aus derWO 2005/102862 A1 bekannten Wochenblister durch aufgedruckte Anwendungshinweise auf einem Deckelabschnitt des Wochenblisters mitgeteilt. Diese schriftlichen Anwendungshinweise sind jedoch aufgrund der Vielzahl der notwendigen Angaben insbesondere für ältere und insbesondere sehbehinderte Patienten aufgrund der aus Platzgründen limitierten Schriftgröße ggf. schwierig zu lesen. - Es ist daher eine Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine abgepackte Produktzusammenstellung umfassend mehrere unterschiedliche Medikamente oder dgl. sowie ein zugehöriges Verfahren zur Konfektionierung und Verpackung einer derartigen Produktzusammenstellung vorzuschlagen, welche dem Patienten zusätzliche Anwendungsinformation zu dem jeweiligen Medikament liefert, ohne dass dieser schriftliche Hinweise lesen muß.
- Gelöst wird die Aufgabe durch eine abgepackte Produktzusammenstellung umfassend mehrere unterschiedliche Medikamente oder dgl., wobei die Form und/oder Farbe der Medikamente selbst eine Anwendungsinformation zu dem Medikament, beispielsweise einen empfohlenen Einnahmezeitpunkt in Bezug auf eine Mahlzeit angibt. Beispielsweise können vor einer Mahlzeit einzunehmende Präparate länglich, während der Mahlzeit einzunehmende kreisförmig und nach der Mahlzeit einzunehmende Medikamente dreieckig geformt sein. Wenn der Anwendungszeitpunkt bezüglich einer Mahlzeit egal ist, kann beispielsweise eine Kugelform vorgesehen sein.
- Alternativ läßt sich der Einnahmezeitpunkt bezüglich einer Mahlzeit auch durch eine Farbe codieren, z.B. gelb vor der Mahlzeit, grün währenddessen, blau danach und rot, wenn der Einnahmezeitpunkt egal ist. Für sehbehinderte Patienten ist die Formcodierung naturgemäß jedoch besser geeignet.
- Die Blisterpackung kann mit mehreren, durch eine Folie jeweils verschlossenen Aufnahmefächern zur Aufnahme einer Anzahl der Medikamente versehen sein, welche Aufnahmefächer jeweils einer bestimmten Anwendungszeit (morgens, mittags, abends und ggf. nachts) innerhalb des festgelegten Anwendungszeitraums zugeordnet sind. Die Aufnahmefächer der Blisterpackung können dabei in Matrixform mit einer Anzahl von Zeilen für Anwendungstage und Spalten für Anwendungszeiten während des Tages (morgens, mittags, abends und ggf. nachts) angeordnet sein. Die Blisterpackung kann vorzugsweise als Wochenblister für den Bedarf einer Woche ausgebildet sein.
- Die Blisterpackung kann Perforationsabschnitte aufweisen, die das Abtrennen einzelner (Tages-)Zeilen der matrixförmigen Blisterpackung erlaubt.
- Insbesondere kann die Produktzusammenstellung als personalisierte Produktzusammenstellung umfassend eine individuell festgelegte Medikamentenzusammenstellung für eine bestimmte Person für einen festgelegten Zeitraum ausgebildet sein.
- Bei den Produkten kann es sich um Medikamente, Vitaminpräparate, Nahrungsergänzungsmittel etc. handeln.
- Die Erfindung schlägt außerdem ein Verfahren zur Konfektionierung und Verpackung einer Produktzusammenstellung bestehend aus mehreren unterschiedlichen Medikamenten oder dgl. vor, wobei die Form und/oder Farbe der Medikamente selbst so gestaltet wird, dass sie eine Anwendungsinformation zu dem jeweiligen Medikament angibt.
- Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen im Detail beschrieben.

Figur 1 zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer erfindungsgemäßen personalisierten Blisterpackung 20. Diese ist als sogenannter Wochenblister ausgebildet zur Versorgung einer Person bzw. eines Patienten mit Medikamenten und ähnlichen Produkten wie etwa Vitaminpräparaten, Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln etc. für den Zeitraum von einer Woche. Selbstverständlich ist die Erfindung nicht auf einen bestimmten Zeitraum beschränkt. Für jeden Tag der Woche ist bei der insgesamt matrixförmigen Blisterpackung 20 eine durch eine Perforation 24 abtrennbare Zeile von in dem gezeigten Beispiel vier Aufnahmefächern 22 vorgesehen, die jeweils die anzuwendenden Produkte für "früh" ("morgens"), "mittags", "abends" oder "nachts" bzw. für "zum Frühstück", "zum Mittagessen", "zum Abendessen" und "vor dem Schlafengehen" enthalten. Je nach Anwendungsgebiet kann auch eine andere Zahl von Aufnahmefächern 22 vorgesehen sein. - Die - in dem in
Figur 1 gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel - insgesamt 28 Aufnahmefächer 22 sind aus einem vorzugsweise durchsichtigen thermoplastischen Material preiswert in Massenanfertigung durch Tiefziehen hergestellt und haben genügend Platz für jeweils eine Mehrzahl von Tabletten, Kapseln, Dragees etc. Alle Aufnahmefächer 22 können durch eine gemeinsame Folie 30, bspw. eine dünne Aluminiumfolie, verschlossen sein und mit Symbolen für die Einnahmezeit (morgens, mittags, abend, nachts) versehen sein. Weiterhin kann ein vorzugsweise klappbar an die Blisterpackung 20 angeformter Deckel (nicht dargestellt) zur Abdeckung der Folie 30 mit Beschriftungsflächen zum Aufdrucken von detaillierter Anwendungsinformation vorgesehen sein. - Der Patient kann durch Aufreißen der dünnen Folie bequem die zur jeweiligen Tageszeit einzunehmenden Produkte entnehmen. Durch die Perforation 24 sowohl der die Aufnahmefächer 22 bildenden Kunststoffplatine als auch der Folie 30 können von der Blisterpackung 20 Tagesstreifen zur bequemen Mitnahme abgetrennt werden.

Figur 2 zeigt den inFigur 1 abgebildeten Wochenblister 20 in Querschnittsansicht. Die vier Aufnahmefächer 22 für morgens, mittags, abends und nachts sind gut zu erkennen; ebenso die darin befindlichen Produkte 10. Diese haben unterschiedliche Formen (länglich, kugel- oder zylinderförmig oder dreieckig), die jeweils eine Anwendungsbedingung, beispielsweise den Einnahmezeitpunkt in Bezug auf eine Mahlzeit abgeben. -
Figur 3 zeigt beispielhaft vier unterschiedliche Produktformen, in der oberen Zeile in Seiten- bzw. teilperspektivischer Ansicht, in der unteren Zeile in Aufsicht.Figur 3a zeigt ein kugelförmiges,Figur 3b ein kreis- bzw. zylinderförmiges,Figur 3c ein längliches (zigarrenförmiges) undFigur 3d ein dreieckiges Präparat. So kann etwa die Zylinderform einen Einnahmezeitpunkt vor der Mahlzeit, die längliche Form während der Mahlzeit und die dreieckige Form nach der Mahlzeit angeben. Wenn der Einnahmezeitpunkt bezüglich einer Mahlzeit egal ist, kann beispielsweise die Kugelform verwendet werden. So kann sich der Patient auf einfache Weise orientieren, welche Präparate er vor, während und nach dem Essen einnehmen soll. - Alternativ/zusätzlich kann auch eine Farbcodierung (nicht in den Figuren dargestellt) der Einnahmezeitpunkte vorgesehen sein, beispielsweise gelbe Tabletten vor der Mahlzeit, grüne währenddessen, blaue danach und rot, wenn der Einnahmezeitpunkt egal ist..
- Anstatt des Einnahmezeitpunktes in bezug auf eine Mahlzeit kann im Rahmen der Erfindung durch Form und/oder Farbe auch andere Produktinformation codiert sein. Beispielsweise kann der Einnahmezeitpunkt in bezug auf eine Mahlzeit durch die Form und eine andere präparatspezifische Information durch die Farbe angegeben werden.
- So unterstützen die erfindungsgemäße abgepackte Produktzusammenstellung und das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren eine bedarfsgerechte Medikation des Patienten, so dass dieser länger in der Lage ist, sich selbst zu versorgen und nicht auf stationäre Pflege angewiesen ist.
Claims (16)
- Abgepackte Produktzusammenstellung umfassend mehrere unterschiedliche Medikamente (10) oder dgl., wobei die Form und/oder Farbe der Medikamente (10) selbst eine Anwendungsinformation zu dem jeweiligen Medikament (10) angibt.
- Abgepackte Produktzusammenstellung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Anwendungsinformation ein empfohlener Einnahmezeitpunkt in Bezug auf eine Mahlzeit ist.
- Abgepackte Produktzusammenstellung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 bestehend aus einer Blisterpackung (20) mit mehreren, durch eine Folie (30) jeweils verschlossenen Aufnahmefächern (22) zur Aufnahme einer Anzahl der Medikamente (10), welche Aufnahmefächer (22) jeweils einer bestimmten Anwendungszeit des Medikaments zugeordnet sind.
- Abgepackte Produktzusammenstellung nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Aufnahmefächer (22) der Blisterpackung (20) in Matrixform angeordnet sind mit einer Anzahl von Zeilen für Anwendungstage und Spalten für Anwendungszeiten während des Tages.
- Abgepackte Produktzusammenstellung nach Anspruch 4, wobei der festgelegte Zeitraum eine Woche ist und die Blisterpackung (20) als Wochenblister für den Bedarf einer Woche ausgebildet ist.
- Abgepackte Produktzusammenstellung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, aufweisend einen vorzugsweise klappbar an die Blisterpackung (20) angeformten Deckel zur Abdeckung der Folie (30) und mit Beschriftungsflächen zum Aufdrucken von Anwendungsinformation.
- Abgepackte Produktzusammenstellung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, aufweisend Perforationsabschnitte (24), die das Abtrennen einzelner Zeilen der matrixförmigen Blisterpackung erlaubt.
- Abgepackte Produktzusammenstellung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, die als personalisierte Produktzusammenstellung zur Verpackung einer individuell festgelegten Medikamentenzusammenstellung für eine bestimmte Person für einen festgelegten Zeitraum ausgebildet ist.
- Abgepackte Produktzusammenstellung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die Produktzusammenstellung Produkte wie Medikamente, Vitaminpräparate, Nahrungsergänzungsmittel etc. umfasst.
- Verfahren zur Konfektionierung und Verpackung einer Produktzusammenstellung bestehend aus mehreren unterschiedlichen Medikamenten oder dgl., wobei die Form und/oder Farbe der Medikamente (10) selbst so gestaltet wird, dass sie eine Anwendungsinformation zu dem jeweiligen Medikament (10) angibt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Anwendungsinformation ein empfohlener Einnahmezeitpunkt in Bezug auf eine Mahlzeit ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, wobei die Medikamente (10) für einen festgelegten Anwendungszeitraum in mehrere, durch eine Folie (30) jeweils verschlossene Aufnahmefächer (22) einer Blisterpackung (20) verpackt werden, welche Aufnahmefächer (22) jeweils einer bestimmten Anwendungszeit innerhalb des festgelegten Zeitraumes zugeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Aufnahmefächer (22) der Blisterpakkung (20) in Matrixform angeordnet sind mit einer Anzahl von Zeilen für Anwendungstage und Spalten für Anwendungszeiten während des Tages, in welche Aufnahmefächer (22) die Produkte entsprechend geordnet eingefüllt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, wobei der festgelegte Zeitraum eine Woche ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, wobei die Produktzusammenstellung eine individuell festgelegte Medikamentenzusammenstellung für eine bestimmte Person für einen festgelegten Zeitraum ist.
- Abgepackte Produktzusammenstellung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15, wobei die Produktzusammenstellung Produkte wie Medikamente, Vitaminpräparate, Nahrungsergänzungsmittel etc. umfasst.
