Abstract

Medikament-Kalender, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Blister-Verpackung für Medikamente (Tabletten, Pillen, Kapseln) vorgesehen ist, bei der die Zahl der aus einem profilierten Unterteil mit Vertiefungen bestehenden Gefache durch sieben teilbar ist.

Description

  • Bei Patienten, die über einen längeren Zeitraum täglich Medikamente einnehmen müssen, tritt das Problem auf, dass sie sich im Laufe des Tages nicht mehr erinnern können, ob sie ihre täglich einzunehmenden Medikamente eingenommen haben oder nicht. Sehr oft sind ältere Patienten davon betroffen.
  • Bei Medikamenten – Tabletten, Pillen, Kapseln – die in Blister-Packungen verpackt sind, ist folgende Lösung dieses Problems möglich: Blister-Packungen bestehen normalerweise aus einem profiliertem Unterteil mit Vertiefungen (Gefache) für jede einzelne Tablette / Pille / Kapsel und einer aufgeklebten glatten Folie, meist Metallfolie die die einzelnen Medikamentengefache dicht abschließt.
  • Jedes einzelne Gefach der Blister – Packung wird fortlaufend mit den Wochentagen, beginnend mit Montag und endend mit Sonntag, in ausgeschriebener Form oder abgekürzt, in Deutsch oder einer anderen Sprache, gekennzeichnet. Die Anzahl der Medikamente in einer Blister-Packung sollte durch 7 teilbar sein. Der Patient, der sich bei der Entnahme der Medikamente an den vorgegebenen Wochentag hält, kann jederzeit feststellen, wann die letzte Entnahme erfolgte. Auch das evtl. Pflegepersonal hat bei diesem Verfahren eine bessere Kontrollmöglichkeit. Sind 2 Medikamente je Tag vorgeschrieben, so werden diese aus 2 Reihen mit der entspr. Tagesbezeichnung entnommen. Bei 3 Medikamenten täglich wird sinngemäß verfahren.

  1. Medikament-Kalender, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Blister-Verpackung für Medikamente (Tabletten, Pillen, Kapseln) vorgesehen ist, bei der die Zahl der aus einem profilierten Unterteil mit Vertiefungen bestehenden Gefache durch sieben teilbar ist.
