Claims (16)
- Insert de support pour emballages avec les caractéristiques suivantes :- l'insert de support se compose d'une sous-construction cadre composée d'au moins deux éléments de surface (1) disposés de chant à une certaine distance l'un de l'autre ainsi que d'éléments de surface supplémentaires (5) disposés transversalement par rapport aux éléments de surface (1) précédemment mentionnés, reliés à d'autres éléments de surface (2, 5) à l'aide de fentes (7) correspondantes disposées sur un ou deux côtés ;caractérisé en ce que- les côtés avant des éléments de surface (1) disposés de chant prennent au moins en partie la forme des parties d'emballage qu'ils reçoivent ;- des éléments de rembourrage (2) en matériaux amortissants reposent sur les côtés avant des éléments de surface (1) et sont fixés à eux et les parties à transporter reposent sur eux ;- les éléments de rembourrage prennent la forme de tenons (3) ou d'évidements formés du côté du cadre ; et- les éléments de surface (1) possèdent des évidements (4) ou des tenons correspondants aux tenons (3) ou aux évidements des éléments de rembourrage (2).
- Insert de support selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'insert de support remplit entièrement la surface de base de l'emballage.
- Insert de support selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un insert de support formé de façon renversée par rapport à l'insert de support disposé en dessous forme le couvercle de l'emballage.
- Insert de support selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs inserts de support sont disposés les uns au-dessus des autres et forment une unité d'expédition de plusieurs couches.
- Insert de support selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que des éléments de rembourrage supplémentaires sont placés entre les éléments de surface supplémentaires (5) longitudinaux et/ou transversaux, lesdits éléments étant coincés dans les évidements rembourrés (8) situés dans les éléments de surface supplémentaires (5).
- Insert de support selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de surface supplémentaires (5) disposés transversalement dans la région des éléments de rembourrage (2) sont plus hauts que les éléments de surface (1) des éléments de rembourrage (2).
- Insert de support selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les tenons (3) des éléments de rembourrage sont plus grands que les évidements (4) correspondants des éléments de surface (1).
- Insert de support selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les tenons (3) des éléments de surface (1) sont plus grands que les évidements (4) correspondants des éléments de rembourrage (2).
- Insert de support selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les tenons (3) ou les évidements des éléments de rembourrage et des évidements (4) ou les tenons correspondants des éléments de surface (1) sont profilés de telle sorte qu'ils forment une jonction par complémentarité de forme et/ou de force non auto-amovible.
- Insert de support selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la sous-construction cadre est en carton ondulé, en carton, en bois, en métal ou en matière synthétique.
- Insert de support selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la sous-construction cadre se compose de plaques à chambres creuses en polypropylène.
- Insert de support selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de rembourrage (2) sont collés sur les côtés avant des éléments de surface (1).
- Insert de support selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de rembourrage (2) sont des mousses en polyuréthane (PUR), polypropylène (PP), polyéthylène (PE), caoutchouc mousse, caoutchouc poreux, latex, mélaminé, viscose, PVC, copolymères, mousse électro-conductrice ou antistatique.
- Insert de support selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de surface (1) disposés de chant et à une certaine distance forment un profilé en U (6) pour recevoir les éléments de rembourrage (2).
- Insert de support selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'intérieur de l'insert de support, des éléments de rembourrage (2) de formes différentes reçoivent par complémentarité de forme des parties d'expédition de formes différentes.
- Insert de support selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de rembourrage (2) sont au moins aussi larges que l'écartement extérieur des éléments de surface (1).
