Für den Versand von Elektromotoren von einem Autozulieferer zu einer Montagefirma sollen diese zu Verpackungseinheiten von jeweils 100 Stück in einer Versandverpackung zusammengefasst und sicher transportiert werden. In diese Versandverpackung aus Wellpappen und unvernetztem PE-Schaum werden 5 Lagen Elektromotoren zu jeweils 5 x 4 Stück pro Lage eingepackt. Jeder Elektromotor ist ca. 6kg schwer. Entsprechend der Konturen der zu versendenden Motoren werden die einzelnen Streifen in eine solche Form gebracht, dass deren Stirnseiten die Form der aufzunehmenden Motoren besitzen. Die einzelnen Wellpappestreifen besitzen in Abständen von etwa 100mm Aussparungen, in die Zapfen 3 von Polsterelementen 2 aus Schaumstoff auf einfache Weise eingedrückt werden. Die etwa 15mm dicken und 62mm breiten Polsterelemente 2 passen sich dabei sehr gut den Konturen der Stirnseiten der Flächenelemente 1 an. Support insert according to one of Claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the cushioning elements (2) are foams consisting of polyurethane (PUR), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), foam rubber, sponge rubber, latex, melamine resin, viscose, PVC, copolymers, electrically conductive foam or antistatic foam.
  14. Support insert according to one of Claims 1 to 13, characterized in that the planar elements (1) arranged on edge and at a distance are formed by a U-shaped profile (6) for the purpose of receiving the cushioning elements (2).
  15. Support insert according to one of Claims 1 to 14, characterized in that differently shaped cushioning elements (2) receive differently shaped shipping parts in a form-fitting manner within the support insert.
  16. Support insert according to one of Claims 1 to 15, characterized in that the cushioning elements (2) are at least as wide as the outer distance separating the planar elements (1).
