Claims (8)

  1. Procédé d'émission d'un appel d'urgence en fonction d'un critère d'accident prédéfini, des données de capteur dynamiques étant émises conjointement avec l'appel d'urgence, lesquelles ont été enregistrées peu de temps avant et/ou après la survenance d'un critère d'accident et permettent de déduire les conclusions sur la situation d'accident, et la transmission des données de capteur dynamiques après un accident établissant automatiquement ou sur demande par une centrale (7) et/ou un utilisateur individuel (9) une liaison vocale et/ou vidéo afin de procéder à une interrogation des victimes ou une prise en charge des victimes, même si une victime ne devait plus être en mesure d'atteindre ou d'activer les éléments de commande.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les données de capteur dynamiques sont transmises vers la centrale (7) ou vers des utilisateurs individuels (9), par exemple des forces d'intervention, conjointement avec l'appel d'urgence.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les données de capteur dynamiques sont préparées avant la transmission, c'est-à-dire notamment combinées et/ou corrélées.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les données de capteur dynamiques sont acquises et enregistrées par des capteurs qui sont de toute façon habituellement prévus dans le véhicule automobile.
  5. Dispositif d'émission d'un appel d'urgence en fonction d'un critère d'accident prédéfini, ayant les caractéristiques suivantes :
    - un détecteur de collision (5),
    - des détecteurs de véhicule (1, 2, 3),
    - une mémoire (4) pour l'enregistrement dynamique des données des détecteurs de véhicule (1, 2, 3),
    - un dispositif de transmission (8) pour émettre un appel d'urgence conjointement avec les données enregistrées des détecteurs de véhicule (1, 2, 3) en cas de déclenchement du détecteur de collision (5) et pour établir automatiquement ou sur demande par une centrale (7) et/ou un utilisateur individuel (9) une liaison vocale et/ou vidéo afin de procéder à une interrogation des victimes ou une prise en charge des victimes, même si une victime ne devait plus être en mesure d'atteindre ou d'activer les éléments de commande.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par des moyens pour combiner et/ou corréler les données dynamiques enregistrées des détecteurs de véhicule (1, 2, 3, 5).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé par des moyens pour invoquer (7, 8, 9) les données enregistrées des détecteurs de véhicule (1, 2, 3, 5) .
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé par des moyens (7, 8) pour établir une liaison vocale et/ou vidéo sur appel par une centrale (7) et/ou par des utilisateurs individuels, par exemple des forces d'intervention (9).
