Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a pole handle, in particular for walking sticks, trekking poles, alpine skis, cross-country poles, Nordic walking poles.
  • the pole grip has a grip body with a hook-like device for fastening a hand-holding device, in particular in the form of a wrist strap or a glove.
  • the present invention relates to a hand-held device which optimally cooperates with such a pole grip.
  • a hook is provided on the pole handle, and on the associated glove a rigid and formed of a metal sheet bow-shaped device is provided in the area between the thumb and forefinger.
  • the bracket is inserted with its long leg in a narrow slot of the hook, and the hook-like device of the bracket and thus the glove is fixed to the pole handle.
  • a stick handle is known in which the connection between the stick handle and a hand holding device is made by a rigid ring or strap, which is attached to the hand-held device, inserted into an arranged in the hand-held device surface of the handle recess in the form of a horizontal slot can be.
  • This slot is arranged perpendicular to the axis of the handle and must be made narrow for a good attachment, it is correspondingly cumbersome to insert the hand-held device respectively attached to the rigid bracket for attachment to the pole grip in this slot. It must be taken for this purpose, an accurate positioning of the bracket relative to the slot, which is extremely impractical in practice.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object to provide an improved with respect to the prior art pole grip.
  • it is about a stick handle for walking sticks, trekking poles, alpine skis, cross-country poles, Nordic walking poles to improve, and this a handle body with a hook-like device for attachment of a hand holding device, in particular in the form of a wrist strap or a glove.
  • a core of the invention is thus to use substantially no material deformations on the hook for a self-locking mechanism for attaching a hand-held device on the pole handle, but rather mechanisms in which a corresponding latching means when inserting a loop, ring or eye-shaped device in a latched Position is either shifted or twisted.
  • this latching means which in particular is less prone to wear, which is optionally adjustable, and which has a lower temperature dependence with respect to the forces.
  • the hook-like device is arranged on the pole handle in the upper area, wherein the hook-like device comprises a preferably substantially parallel to the pole axis (but there may also be a specific inclination:) arranged holding mandrel or retaining pin, which from the handle body to form an insertion slot is arranged offset to the hand side, wherein preferably the depth of the insertion slot is greater than the width and the thickness of the retaining pin or retaining pin.
  • Spaced does not mean that mandatory the retaining pin or retaining pin must emerge from the contour of the handle body, it is also possible to put in holding mandrel or retaining pin in a specifically provided for this, upwardly and rearwardly open recess in the handle body.
  • the hook-type device advantageously has a width in the range of 3-15mm, preferably in the range of 4-10mm, with the hook-like device Particularly preferably at least in sections perpendicular to the pole axis has a substantially oval or rectangular (optionally with rounded edges) cross-section, wherein preferably the short main axis is directed to the handle body.
  • the insertion slot has a depth in the range of 5-30 mm, preferably in the range of 10-15 mm. It is for example possible to provide a slight bulge in the hook-like device immediately opposite to the latching means.
  • the hook-like device is integrally formed on the handle body.
  • the hook-like device in combination with the mechanism described below, in which a recess in the pole grip for receiving the mechanism is provided, it is preferable to make sense to form the hook-like device as a separate component. This is then fastened via fastening means on the handle body, preferably after the mechanism has been inserted into the recess of the handle body.
  • the hook-like device below the hook has a mounting plate by means of which the hook-like device from the hand side to the handle body (for example by means of a screw, rivet or a clip mechanism) can be attached.
  • a recess is provided in the grip body from the side of the hand, in which a displaceably (or rotatably) mounted element, in particular preferably in the form of a locking block, is arranged on or in which latching means, wherein these latching means may be formed either integrally with the locking block, or as a separate component, in the latter case, this separate component, for example in the form of a retaining lug, either fixedly connected to the locking block or via a movable mechanism.
  • the locking block (and / or a locking means provided therein) is advantageously guided displaceably parallel to the direction of the recess, but it is also possible to support it in a rotating manner.
  • the locking block is a spring (also comprising generally resilient element), in particular preferably via a coil spring (or a Leaf spring), clamped against the arranged in front of the recess hook-like device. This leads to the already mentioned self-locking mechanism.
  • the locking block (and / or locking means provided therein) can be moved from the outside via at least one operating knob releasing the Diseinrastung against the spring force, which are particularly preferably provided in the handle body laterally elongated holes to recess over which both sides arranged actuating buttons are operatively connected to the locking block, for example by a firm connection between these two elements via a web or pin.
  • at least one sliding, rotating or tilting operating knob in or on the handle body front or rear e.g. be provided on both sides of the hook-like device, in the upper region of the handle, which is in operative connection with the locking block, for example by a fixed or rotatable connection between these two elements via a web or pin

  • the latching means can preferably be designed in such a way that, in the case of a load extending beyond a normal utilization force, in the direction of the opening of the hook-like device Emergency release of the loop, ring or eye-shaped device takes place.
  • This is similar to a mechanism known in the ski bind industry.
  • This can be realized either by an elastic deformation of this nose or in the region of this nose, or, and this is the preferred variant, because much better controllable and possibly even adjustable by the retention nose to a preferably horizontal and substantially perpendicular to the opening direction of Recess arranged axis is rotatably mounted. A twisting is possible upwards only against a defined and as previously mentioned preferably adjustable force to release the area upwards.
  • the retaining lug can be clamped with a leg spring, with an elastomer spring or with a spiral spring or with a combination of such resilient elements for the area of the final rotational position, wherein this tension is particularly preferably adjustable, so that a safety triggering is only possible with a force of more than 80.degree. 250 N takes place.
  • a further analogous embodiment of the pole grip is characterized in that the retention nose is slidably mounted, allowing displacement while releasing the area against a defined and preferably adjustable force as indicated above, and preferably the force via a spring or a resilient element is guaranteed.
  • a safety release can also be realized by means of a deflection in the region of the hook-like device.
  • the hook-like device can be designed so that it can be tipped or released by releasing the area to the side of the hand against an elastic force about an axis.
  • This resilient region may e.g. be realized by a leaf spring or an elastic portion (targeted elastic soft plastic portion or the like).
  • Hand holding devices which are in the saddle area between thumb and Forefinger have a movably configured loop or eyelet.

  • This locking block 6 is guided displaceably in the recess 4, wherein it is clamped by a spring 7 in the direction of the opening of the recess 4.
  • the spring 7 is a spiral spring, which is guided on the one hand in the recess in a stop bore 8, which is designed as a cylindrical blind hole, and on the other hand on a guide pin 19 on the locking block 6.
  • the recess 4 also has two continuous slots 17, which lead laterally out of the handle body 3.
  • the locking block 6 in turn has holes in these regions, in each of which an actuating button 9 can be attached on each side.

This results in that the operating knob 9 can be moved from the outside via manipulations of the operating buttons 9. This is such that in the normal position the locking block 6 is due to the force of the spring 7 in the maximum position to the hand side, this maximum position is preferably determined by the hand-side end of the elongated hole 17. From the outside, the locking block 6 can be pushed against the force of the spring in the recess 4, thereby releasing the locking mechanism for the hand-held device.
  • a hook-like device This consists of a retaining pin 14, which is arranged manually.

  • the mounting plate 16 is below the retaining pin 14 and can be used in a designated recess in the pole handle 3 and fixed therein.
  • This modular construction is preferred, since thus the retaining pin 14, which is naturally arranged in front of the recess 4, can be placed when the elements which must be arranged in the recess 4, have been inserted into the recess 4.
  • the locking block 6 in turn also has a recess 24 which is bounded laterally and downwardly, but is open at the top.

This leg spring rests on the one hand on the bottom of the recess 24, and on the other hand on the back of the Safety trigger element 12.
  • the safety trigger element 12 is thus held by the spring force in its closed position, ie in that position in which the retaining lug 11 of the safety trigger element 12 together with the retaining mandrel 14 defines a closed area 15, in which the loop of the hand-held device comes.

  • the safety trigger element 12 may be downwardly, as in particular Figure 1c ) and f), have a notch at the bottom to better catch the cable in area 15.
  • the hand-holding device has a loop 33, which is guided over the retaining pin 14. If the loop 33 is guided from above over the retaining pin and pulled down, the entire locking block 6 shifts into the recess 4, because the oblique upper edge of the safety trigger element 12 pushes the locking block 6 against the spring force at a pressure from top to bottom to the rear, and the gap between the retaining pin and handle body is released. If the loop has reached the area 15, the entire locking block snaps back against the retaining pin 14 due to the spring force of the spring 7, and the area 15 is closed. Thus, an automatic attachment / locking of the hand-held device on the handle body, without further manipulation would be required.
