- a pole grip especially for walking sticks, trekking poles, alpine skis, cross-country poles, Nordic walking poles, with a handle body and with a hook-like device for attaching a hand-held device, in particular in the form of a wrist strap or a glove, wherein in the hook-like device displaceable or rotatable latching means are arranged such that a substantially from above into the hook-like device (Rastdorn) inserted, loop, ring or eye-shaped device which is provided on the hand-held device, is self-locking fixed in the hook-like device.
- the hook-like device Rostdorn
- the problem of the rotatability of the device around the hook-like device is achieved by means are provided on the hook-like device, which is a twisting attached to the hook-like device loop, ring or eye-shaped device about the longitudinal axis of the hook-like device prevent by positive locking. It is concretely an improvement of a construction, as it is known from the WO 2006/066423 is known. According to the invention, these means may be means in the form of a groove extending in the hook-like device along the longitudinal axis, which then interacts with a corresponding rib on the hand-holding device by positive locking.
- these means may be means in the form of a rib extending along the longitudinal axis on the hook-like device, which then interacts with a corresponding groove in the hand-holding device by positive locking.
- a pole grip is characterized in that the means are designed in the form of a groove extending along the longitudinal axis in the hook-like device, and in that the groove is provided in the rear surface of the hook-like device facing away from the handle body and away from the top tip of the hook-like device, where the groove is designed to be open, extends over the entire length of the hook-like device downwards, and is closed at the lower end by a Nutbegrenzung.
- the groove above that area in which a loop, ring or loop-shaped device inserted into the hook-like device is caught in a slot between the hook-like device and the grip head is important not only for the insertion phase but also during use. If a corresponding rib is arranged on the hand-held holding device as preferred above the device, it engages out of this hand with a pivoting movement of the handle and in this pivotal phase also positively stabilizes against a twisting of the hand strap relative to the stick handle. Thus, stabilization is ensured over the entire range of motion within the scope of the intended use.
- this groove boundary with respect to the grip head is below that region in which a loop-shaped, ring-shaped or eye-shaped device inserted into the hook-like device is caught in a slot between the hook-like device and the grip head, arranged.
- a further preferred embodiment is characterized in that the groove over its length has a substantially constant width b transverse to the longitudinal axis of the hook-like device and at the upper end preferably has an upwardly widening region.
- a further preferred embodiment is characterized in that the groove has a recess in the groove bottom in the region of the groove boundary, preferably in the form of a circular or polygonal blind hole.
- This depression is preferably arranged below the region in which a loop-shaped, ring-shaped or eye-shaped device inserted into the hook-like device is caught in a slot between the hook-like device and the grip head, and serves for particularly good stabilization in that phase, where the hand grasps the stick handle.
- a specific guide pin is then provided on the hand-held device below the device, as will be explained below.
- the groove may be formed as a U-shaped groove with mutually parallel flanks and perpendicular thereto arranged groove bottom, or with easily to the groove bottom converging flanks, preferably the depth t of the groove to the groove bottom in the range of 0.5-4 mm, more preferably in the range of 0.75-1.5 mm.
- the width b of the groove is preferably in the range of 0.1 - 0.75 times the width B of the hook-like device at its half height between the tip and the area inserted into the hook-like device, loop, ring or eye-shaped device, preferably the width b 0.25 -0.5 times this width B corresponds to the hook-like device.
- the width b is in the range of 0.2-0.7 cm, very particularly preferably in the range of 0.3-0.7 cm.
- the length of the hook-like device measured from its tip facing the handle head to the area in which an inserted into the hook-like device, loop, ring or eye-shaped device is trapped in a slot between the hook-like device and the handle head, further preferably lies in Range of 2-4.5 cm, most preferably in the range of 3-4 cm.
- the width B of the hook-like device is in the range of 1-1.5 cm, and more preferably, it tapers to the tip over a length of 1.5-2 cm in a rounded shape.
- the cross-sectional area of the hook-like device is preferably oval or lenticular in shape with the long axis transverse to the pole grip and intended direction of travel, the short axis being in the range of 0.3-1.5 cm, preferably in the range of 0.5-1 cm, except in the tapered region on the tip side having.
- the present invention also relates to a corresponding hand-held device, in the sense of key / lock to the above-mentioned pole handle, in particular in the form of a glove or a hand strap for use with a pole grip as described above.
- a hand-holding device is characterized in that in the region between the thumb and forefinger a flexible, but nevertheless positionally stable, loop-shaped, ring-shaped or eye-shaped device is provided.
- it is an improvement of a hand-held device, as already from the WO 2006/066424 is known.
- the now proposed new hand holding device also has substantially parallel to the opening axis of the device above and / or below the device provided means which rotation of attached to a hook-like device loop, ring or eye-shaped device to the longitudinal axis of the hook-like device Prevent positive engagement when engaging in the groove in the hook-like locking device.
- the loop-shaped, ring-shaped or eye-shaped device which is inherently flexible but nevertheless stable in space, is a loop made of a flexible material which has sufficient inherent rigidity so that it is stabilized in a position in the space between thumb and forefinger , which allows easy insertion over the hook or retaining pin, and which is not or barely noticeable on the other hand in use.
- loops of multifilament braid, cable or wire which may optionally be coated on the surface.
- suitable as a material for such Loops also other elements such as with a fabric hose encased, low-stretch and tensile textile fibers or string or rope braided holding elements using corresponding low-expansion plastic materials such as aramid polyethylene, in particular harnessverstrecktes UHMWPE such as Dyneema etc.
- aramid polyethylene in particular harnessverstrecktes UHMWPE such as Dyneema etc.
- such cords may be provided with stiffening elements, such as a "monofilament nylon” core or braided stiffer material fibers such as nylon or thin metal wires. It turns out that a cable of a thickness in the range of 0.5-2.5 mm, preferably in the range of 1 - 2 mm is particularly well suited.
- the braided or twisted cable may be coated with another material, such as plastic.
- another material such as plastic.
- the loop is preferably between 5-20 mm, in particular between 5-10 mm over the saddle area between forefinger and thumb out.
- the direction of the loop is, so to speak, essentially the bisecting line between the direction of thumb and forefinger.
- the loop adjustable, this adjustability being intended, on the one hand, to tailor the length to the user, or else, if the loop is not needed, to retract it so that it is not noticeable during use. It is also possible to stow the loop when not in use in a designated also in the saddle area between index finger and thumb small pocket, which is provided in the hand-held device.
- the latter possibility is structurally particularly simple and in view of the inherent rigidity of the loop, the loop can be accommodated in such a pocket and, on the other hand, essentially supplied without special measures in the pocket when using the hand-held device, unless it is specially manipulated.
- the wire / the cable of the loop can be at least partially guided in or on the hand-held device towards the wrist. It is also possible to use a combination with an adjustable device, as used in the DE 19751978 C2 described to make. Instead of the rigid connecting element mentioned in this document, a flexible loop is simply provided. The loop is much less disturbing, especially when using the glove without interaction with the stick.
- the hand-held device is thus characterized in that the loop consists of a flexible plastic cord with inherent rigidity.
- the loop is attached to the hand-held device substantially immovable, the loop formed in itself but movable.
- the hand-held device can be a glove or else a hand strap which has three openings and which can be fastened to the hand, in particular preferably with the aid of a hook-and-loop fastener, a first opening being provided for the thumb. a second opening for the other fingers or the back of the hand, and a third opening of the wrist strap.
- a hand-holding device is now characterized in that the means for the positive interaction in use with the pole grip are formed in the form of a groove extending along the opening axis in the hand-holding device. This then interacts with a corresponding rib or projections in the respectively on the pole handle.
- these means may also be in the form of a rib extending along the opening axis and / or in the form of at least one projection arranged on this axis. These then interact with a corresponding groove or depression in the hook-like device of the pole grip.
- a further preferred embodiment is characterized in that the means in the form of a rib extending along the opening axis are formed on a region of the hand-held holding device facing the pole grip during intended use.
- This rib is preferably present at least on the side when used as intended above the device side, wherein the rib preferably has a length of 5-25 mm, in particular preferably in the range of 10-15 mm and a width preferably in the range of 0.2-0.7 cm , particularly preferably in the range of 0.3-0.7 cm.
- such a rib may be formed from a thermoplastic material and with a substantially rectangular or square cross-sectional area, EPDM, TPU, TPE.
- a thermoplastic material which has a broad base area and on which said rib is formed, typically in one piece.
- a guide pin can also be arranged on this base region, and this entire unit can then be fastened accordingly on a textile material of the wrist strap, whether by gluing and / or by sewing or both. Injection is possible.
- the base region can be formed between these two elements by a narrow web which connects rib and guide pin and runs through the region of the device. It is also possible that the guide pin is formed as a separate screw or rivet, which is screwed through the loop band respectively riveted or welded to the back.
- the rib can be provided by a sewn, welded, or glued fitting. This is sewn, welded or glued so that it forms an elongated, extending between the thumb and forefinger and the handle projecting rib.
- the rib can be formed by a flat material strip which encloses an elongated, extending along the opening axis, the rib curvature generating fitting. In this construction, the rib preferably extends from below the eyelet to above and through it.
- the fitting can be provided either via a separate strip of material that is sewn, glued or welded, and enclosing the fitting, but the fitting can also be in a multi-layered construction of the wrist strap in this area between the thumb and forefinger without separate additional strips of material are provided.
- the material strip is preferably a woven or felt-like textile strip, a plastic strip, or a leather strip, or a strip of a combination of such materials.
- the material strip if it is formed as a separate sewn-on element, longer than the fitting and the latter is preferably enclosed with a preferably circumferential seam, gluing and / or welding.
- the fitting can be formed from one or more monofilament or multifilament pieces, or plastic or metal. It preferably has a round, oval or polygonal cross-section and a diameter in the range of 1-6 mm, preferably in the range of 1.5-4 mm, the fitting is in order not to disturb between thumb and forefinger in use and the shape of the hand to adjust in use, bendable about its longitudinal axis, but provides the desired substantially non-elastic base for the rib perpendicular to the longitudinal axis.
- Such a hand-holding device may further be characterized in that the means further comprises a guide pin preferably with a substantially circular cross-sectional area, which is preferably arranged below the device during intended use, and which has a height which is preferably greater than the height of the Rib.
- the means further comprises a guide pin preferably with a substantially circular cross-sectional area, which is preferably arranged below the device during intended use, and which has a height which is preferably greater than the height of the Rib.
- no means are preferably arranged (apart from optionally from a web for connection of above-arranged rib and below arranged guide pin as mentioned above), but only when used as intended above, and also preferably below.
- the present invention relates to a stick handle set with a stick handle as described above and a hand holding device as described above, characterized in that the means on the pole handle and the means on the hand holding device are adapted to each other in terms of dimensioning, so that they engage in a form-fitting, when the hand-held device is attached to the pole grip.
- Such a stick handle set is particularly preferably characterized in that the means are designed such that they engage in the intended use pivotal movement of the hand holding device to the pole grip form-fitting above the loop, ring or eye-shaped device in the hook-like device.
- a first embodiment of a stick handle is shown with a wrist strap.
- the pole grip 1 is designed here as a Nordic walking or cross-country pole grip and has an elongated structure with a handle body 3 and on the front side 8 a soft grip area 2, for example, made of a softer material in a two-component injection molding together with the handle body a harder material can be produced, or in one downstream production step can be inserted into a recess in the handle body 3.
- the handle body has on the underside a recess 5 for a pole tube (not shown in the figures), at the lower end of this pole tube is typically arranged a pole tip.
- the handle in the region of the grip head that is to say above, has a slot 13 extending at an acute angle to the handle axis, so that a hook-like device 14 in the form of a retaining pin is set down from the pole grip.
- the tip 16 of this retaining pin is located slightly below the highest point of the pole grip.
- a block is arranged so as to be spring-biased, biased about an axis of rotation 10, and which can be actuated via the actuating button 9.
- This block 6 comprises an extension which passes through an opening to the slot 13 and in particular forms a retaining lug 11.
- the locking block is shown in the illustration FIG. 1 clamped by a spring against the retaining mandrel 14, that is, the operating knob 9 is not pressed down, so the retaining tab 11 is pressed against the holding mandrel 14 by this spring tension fitting.
- the lowest saddle point 17 defines the lowest position of a loop 26 inserted into this slot 13.
- a lower transition region 18 is present on both sides of the pole grip, which defines the transition to the outer surface of the grip body 3.
- a hand holding device such as in the FIGS. 3 and 4 can be attached to such a pole grip by the loop 26 of the hand-held device is pushed over the retaining pin 14, then self-locking displaced the locking bracket against the spring force into the pole grip into the loop has reached the area 15, the block in his, in FIG. 1 shown rest position snaps back and then there the loop is trapped in this area 15.
- the loop 26 is just adjusted so that it tightly engages under a certain tension the retaining pin 14, as for example in the FIGS. 6 and 7 is shown.
- a longitudinal groove 20 is arranged, which is designed to be open at the top, that is, in the region of the tip 16 of the retaining pin, at the bottom, however, is closed by a Nutbegrenzung 38.
- This groove 20 has two lateral flanks 21, and a perpendicular to these two flanks arranged groove bottom 20.
- the groove is preferably a U-profile with two mutually parallel flanks 21 respectively side walls of the groove, but the two side walls can also be slightly widening against each other, that means slightly converging to the groove bottom.
- this groove widens in a trumpet-shaped manner in an upper-side widening region 23.
- the Nutbegrenzung 38 is rounded.
- the groove bottom extends substantially over the entire length of the groove at the same height, in the region of the lowermost portion, ie concretely adjacent to the Nutbegrenzung 38, but in this case a blind hole-like recess 24 is provided, that is in this area the depth of the groove on a circular area slightly lower than in the above-arranged area.
- a blind hole-like recess 24 is provided, that is in this area the depth of the groove on a circular area slightly lower than in the above-arranged area. The function of this depression will be explained in more detail below.
- a hand strap is shown for cooperative complementary interaction with such a pole grip construction. It is a handgrip with three openings, an opening 32 as an insertion opening for the hand, a discharge opening 33 for back of the hand and fingers and an opening 34 for the thumb.
- the wrist strap has an adjusting mechanism 35, for example in the form of a textile strip guided through a hook and loop fastener and through a metal loop, which can be opened for adjustment and variably adjusted in length and fixed by the Velcro fastener.
- Such a hand strap 25 has now in the area between thumb and forefinger, that is in the corresponding saddle area of the hand, on the inside on a textile or leather portion 36 as a protective pad and above this via a textile strip, which is indicated by the reference numeral 31.
- a loop 26 Sewn into these textile strips is a loop 26, which, as already described above, is used to fasten the hand-held device to the pole grip.
- This loop 26 is typically a braided loop made of a highly tensile material such as Dyneema, which has some flexibility, and thus between thumb and Forefinger does not bother, but still has sufficient inherent stability that they without being manipulated in their position, can simply be put over the retaining pin 14 over.
- this loop is also very specifically sewn in the optimal position on the textile strips 31 and optionally arranged thereunder a second textile strip.
- a plastic attachment 30 is now provided in addition to this loop of a thermoplastic material.
- This is glued to the textile layer 31, molded and / or sewn and has on its outside over an elongated rib 28, which has a ready, which corresponds to the width of the groove 20 of the pole grip or just slightly narrower.
- the rib also has a depth which is also adapted to the depth of the groove 20 or just slightly smaller.
- the rib 28 is arranged above the loop 26 during intended use and, in the near area, also optionally has wedge-shaped extensions in the form of sawtooth-shaped elevations 37.
- This guide pin 27 has a greater height than the rib 28 and is e.g. also formed from the thermoplastic material of the cap 30, but may also be made of metal, e.g. Aluminum, and is connected to the region of the cap 30, where the rib 28 is disposed, via an optional narrow web 44.
- This narrow web thus connects the region of the guide pin 27 and that of the rib 28 and passes through the loop 26 therethrough.
- This web makes it possible to form the means for positively guiding the hand-held device to the pole grip construction in one piece, which is advantageous both in terms of stability but also in terms of production processes.
- FIGS. 6 and 7 From the FIGS. 6 and 7 are and the benefits of rib 28 and pin 27 can be seen.
- the lower position of the hand-held device on the pole handle is approximately in that position when the hand engages around the pole grip.
- the guide pin 27 is in deep engagement with the groove 20 in the pole grip, and in particular engages in the recess 24 specifically provided for this purpose.
- the rib 28 engages above the loop 26 and there into the groove 20.
- this upper region of the rib 28 in its form-locking interaction with the groove 20 not only serves to ensure that the loop 26 is rotated about the retaining mandrel even if the guide pin 27 should no longer be in engagement with the groove, for example but it also serves to ensure a controlled unwinding position of the hand strap for this pivotal position over the entire Abroll Scheme.
- a second embodiment is in the Figures 8-12 shown.
- the same reference numerals designate here the same elements as in the context of the embodiment in the previous figures.
- the embodiment is in particular in FIG. 9 indicated without the corresponding locking block in a central sectional view, so that in particular the depth t of the groove can be detected.
- there is no recess 24 in the groove bottom for a guide pin but the groove has the entire axial length over the same depth of the groove bottom.
- the guide pin must then also have no circular cross-section, but may be elongated with underside rounded to optimally complete the rounding in the groove boundary 38.
- FIG. 13 Another embodiment of a wrist strap with a guide element is in FIG. 13 shown in two different sections: in a) in a perspective view only on the area between the index finger and thumb, and in b) in a sectional view perpendicular to the opening axis 43 in the region of the eyelet 26.
- the textile strip 45 is on the one or more textile layers 31 of the Wrist strap sewn into this area and stretches as a strip from above the eyelet to slightly below.
- the elongated textile strip 45 covers below a likewise elongate and arranged parallel to the longitudinal axis of the textile strip 45 fitting 47 made of a pressure-stable material, here a cord portion of a multifilament aramid material, but which is preferably bendable about its longitudinal axis to some extent.
- This molding 47 causes the elongated textile strip 45 bulges in the region of the molding a rib 28 forming towards the handle.
- suitable for this molding is a cord section of a monofilament or multifilament material, for example aramid such as Kevlar® or Dyneema®.
- This molding 47 is covered by the textile strip 45 and a peripheral seam 46 and / or gluing, includes the molding 47 a.
