Abstract
Claims (12)
- Manche de canne (1), en particulier pour cannes de randonnée, marche alpine et nordique, comportant un dispositif de retenue de main (17), comme une boucle ou un gant, qui peut être fixé de manière dissociable au manche de canne (1) à l'aide d'un élément de couplage (12) fixé au dispositif de retenue de main (17), le manche de canne (1) présentant une extrémité supérieure (22) et une extrémité inférieure (23) à laquelle ou sur laquelle un tube de canne peut être fixé et/ou est fixé,
étant prévu dans le manche de canne (1) un élément de retenue (4) qui présente au moins deux rainures (19) latérales et ouvertes essentiellement en sens inverse et s'étendant du moins par endroits du haut vers le bas par rapport au manche de canne (1) ,
l'élément de couplage (12) se fixant à l'élément de retenue (4) présentant deux saillies correspondantes s'engrenant latéralement dans ces rainures (19), cet élément de couplage se présentant sous forme d'un élément rigide,
caractérisé en ce que
l'élément de couplage (12) se présente sous forme d'une bride ou d'une pince qui dispose d'un évidement (20) sous la forme d'un orifice traversant, l'orifice traversant étant ouvert dans son sens d'extension vers le côté tourné vers l'élément de retenue (4) de manière à ce qu'il y ait deux saillies (21) latérales, adaptées aux rainures (19). - Manche de canne (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de couplage (12) peut être enclenché de manière dissociable avec l'élément de retenue (4).
- Manche de canne selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux rainures (19) de l'élément de retenue (4) sont ouvertes dans leur sens d'extension à leur première extrémité de manière à ce que l'élément de couplage (12) puisse être inséré à cette première extrémité des rainures (19) et que les deux rainures (19) de l'élément de retenue (4) soient fermées dans leur sens d'extension à leur seconde extrémité de manière à ce que l'élément de couplage (12), après avoir été inséré, vienne en butée à cette seconde extrémité, cette position de butée définissant l'état dans lequel l'élément de couplage (12) est fixé pour utilisation à l'élément de retenue (4).
- Manche de canne (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités ouvertes des rainures (19) sont ouvertes vers le haut et que les extrémités fermées des rainures (19) sont fermées vers le bas de manière à ce que l'élément de couplage (12) se fixant sur l'élément de retenue (4) soit glissé par le haut sur l'élément de retenue (4), les rainures (19) présentant de préférence une profondeur de l'ordre de 0,5 à 5 mm, en particulier de préférence de l'ordre de 1 à 3 mm, et une largeur de préférence de l'ordre de 0,5 à 5 mm, en particulier de préférence de l'ordre de 1 à 3 mm.
- Manche de canne (1) selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de couplage (12) est réalisé en un bloc.
- Manche de canne (1) selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice traversant se présente sous forme angulaire, ovale ou ronde.
- Manche de canne (1) selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de retenue (4) est posé au niveau de l'extrémité supérieure (22) du manche de canne (1) sur le côté main (2) du manche de canne (1), sur la face extérieure du manche de canne (1) ou est disposé moulé sur celui-ci, l'élément de retenue (4) présentant préférentiellement deux rainures (19) dotées d'un fond et s'étendant sur ses faces opposées essentiellement du haut vers le bas par rapport au manche de canne (1) et ouvertes latéralement vers l'extérieur et l'élément de retenue (4) ayant de manière particulièrement préférentielle une longueur s'étendant dans le sens d'extension du manche de canne (1) et qui est au moins supérieure, en particulier de préférence 2 à 10 fois supérieure, à la largeur de l'élément de retenue (4) perpendiculairement au sens d'extension du manche de canne.
- Manche de canne (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de retenue (4) dispose d'une traverse de retenue (14) s'étendant du haut vers le bas et fixée ou moulée sur le manche de canne (1) et d'un évasement (15) s'étendant du haut vers le bas, la largeur de la traverse de retenue (14) étant inférieure à la largeur de l'évasement (15), la largeur de la traverse de retenue (14) étant inférieure à la largeur de l'évasement (15), la largeur de la traverse de retenue (14) étant de préférence de l'ordre de 1 à 10 mm, en particulier de préférence de l'ordre de 2 à 5 mm, et la largeur de l'évasement (15) de préférence de l'ordre de 2 à 15 mm, en particulier de préférence de l'ordre de 2 à 15 mm, en particulier de préférence de l'ordre de 3 à 10 mm, l'évasement (15) et éventuellement la traverse de retenue (14) étant un rail linéaire ou courbé composé de préférence de métal ou de plastique dur et fixé au manche de canne (1) du côté main par correspondance géométrique et/ou mécanique.
- Manche de canne (1) selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le manche de canne (1) dispose au niveau de son extrémité supérieure (22) d'un évidement (5) dans lequel est disposé un mécanisme de verrouillage, en particulier de préférence sous forme d'un levier de verrouillage (8), qui bloque en s'enclenchant automatiquement l'élément de couplage (12), en particulier de préférence en s'aidant au moins indirectement de la force de rappel d'un ressort, dans la position fixée à l'élément de retenue (4) et lequel mécanisme de verrouillage ou levier de verrouillage (8) peut être actionné par l'utilisateur en débloquant l'élément de couplage (12) depuis l'extérieur, en particulier de préférence depuis la face supérieure du manche de canne (1).
- Manche de canne (1) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le levier de verrouillage (8) est un levier de verrouillage (8) s'appuyant en rotation par un axe (10) et qui dépasse sensiblement par son extrémité supérieure (22) du manche de canne (1) par un orifice supérieur (6) de l'évidement (5) et qui sort par un orifice inférieur (7) de l'évidement (5) sous forme d'un bec de verrouillage (11) de manière à ce que le l'élément de couplage (12) puisse être inséré par le haut sans actionnement supplémentaire du levier de verrouillage (8) avec enclenchement automatique du bec de verrouillage (11).
- Manche de canne selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de retenue de main (17) se présente sous forme d'un gant ou d'une boucle, l'élément de couplage (12) étant, dans le cas d'un gant, fixé de préférence au niveau situé entre le pouce et l'index et étant de préférence, dans le cas d'une boucle, une boucle qui peut être fixée à la main de l'utilisateur à l'aide d'une fermeture agrippante.
- Canne de randonnée, marche alpine et/ou nordique comportant un manche de canne selon une des revendications 1 à 11.
