Definitions
- the invention relates to a Tondachziegel specified in the preamble of claim 1 Art.
- Such a clay roof tile is from the DE 100 35 057 A1 known.
- this clay roof tile has a corner cutout in its foot area and a corresponding, further corner cutout diagonally opposite to its head section.
- the foot-side corner cutout is covered by the tile adjoining the waterfold side, with a cavity open on the foot side remaining between the tile following the waterfold side and the brick adjoining the foot side.
- On the roof surface impinging wind catches in the foot-side opening of the cavity and disturbs the water drainage described above.
- Next is disadvantageous to the well-known brick that he can not "postpone" under the next higher brick. This complicates later repair work on the roof.
- EP 1291476 A1 shows a roof tile with a Querverfalzung and transverse ribs, which can be postponed to another brick.
- the invention has for its object to provide a clay roof tile of the type mentioned, which is universally deployable and easily replaceable.
- the transverse ribs of the head-side Querverfalzung thus have from ementfalz detergent foot of the central shaft to the apex a first height and then to the deckfalz kiten foot of the shaft a second lower height.
- a secure engagement of juxtaposed bricks is achieved at the same time low height in the coverage area of the laid bricks.
- the Tondachziegel can laterally offset an underlying clay roof tile, ie
- the brick can be covered in a bandage.
- the contour of the Tondachziegels formed by the head rim, Wasserfalzrand, Deckfalzrand and complicatrand is a closed rectangle with straight sides.
- the grooves of the water-side L jossverfalzung are not interrupted by a transverse rib, the water also runs from the channel formed by the Doppelverfalzung the Wasserfalzseite directly to the top of the underlying tile from. Because there is no cross-rib, the brick can be pushed below a next higher brick during partial repairs of the roofing.
- the field between the water shroud side and the central shaft and the field between the central shaft and the convex shroud side may each have at least substantially plane surfaces.
- plane surfaces In contrast to concave surfaces, which are equally possible, plane surfaces have the advantage that they dry faster and therefore do not lose as much.
- the central shaft On both sides of the central shaft are pointing inwards at the head edge, i. formed on the underside hanging nose.
- the head edge i. formed on the underside hanging nose.
- the hook-in noses are slip-proof in a recess of the underlying brick.
- the depression also increases the packing density of stacked bricks.
- the toe of the tile can have the necessary height for safely reaching over the head region of a downwardly adjoining tile, without the packing density of stacked tiles being reduced.
- the Querverfalzung may be formed in the region of the central shaft and the convex Deckfalzseite as dreirippige Doppelverfalzung.
- a covered roof is thus more opaque.
- the roof tile in the region of the transverse fold on both sides of the central shaft depending on a reduced thickness, disc-shaped nail area with a water-repellent border.
- the brick can also be nailed to the batten below him, if the tile has been cut, for example, to adapt to a predetermined roof length or to adapt to a dormer.
- the water-repellent border prevents water from first coming in contact with a nail that has rusted over time and then draining to the surface of the tile, creating rust marks on the brick surface.
- the nail remains "dry", it does not rust so quickly and it can Also, no water on the nail to flow down and promote rot in the batten.
- the inner cup edge transverse rib i. the transverse to the foot transverse rib on top of the head edge region, two spaced, directed to the foot area lugs as stops for the toe of the overlapping tile of the next higher row.
- a gap remains between the inner peripheral edge rib side and the foot rib of the overlapping tile. Through this gap, a capillary effect between the inner edge of the peripheral edge and the foot rib and thus a water entry into the head region of the brick is prevented.
- the lugs each consist of a sector of the borders of the nail areas.
- the clay roof tile in Fig. 1 has a rectangular outline, which is formed by the head edge 1, Deckfalzrand 2, foot edge 3 and Wasserfalzrand 4.
- the Wasserfalzrand 4 is followed by a double L jossverfalzung of three substantially straight, parallel longitudinal ribs 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 at. Between the longitudinal ribs 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 is in each case designed as a water drain gutter 4.4 or 4.5.
- the longitudinal ribs 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 and the gutters 4.4 and 4.5 form the Wasserfalz Symposium.
- the third, furthest inside, lying in the direction of the Deckfalzrandes 2 longitudinal rib 4.3 is the head margin side as the foot edge side slightly shortened, causing water from the basis of Fig. 2 closer explained head region through the channel 4.5 between longitudinal ribs 4.2 and 4.3 flows to a first, substantially flat plane 7.1a, which connects in the direction of the Deckfalzrandes 2 to the channel 4.5 and rounded in the themerand Scheme passes.
- On the flat plane 7.1a is further in the direction of the Deckfalzrandes 2 executed as a convex curvature wave 5, which is approximately in the middle between the Wasserfalzrand 4 and the Deckfalzrand 2.
- Deckfalz chart the shaft 5 is a first plane to 7.1a approximately congruent another level 7.1b. At this further level 7.1b, a convexly curved deck seam side 6 adjoins the seam edge 2.
- the shaft 5 and the convex Deckfalzseite 6 go foot edge side as well as the levels 7.1a and 7.1b rounded in a toe 3.2, which overlaps the head edge region of an adjacent Tondachziegels (see. Fig. 3 u. Fig. 6 ).
- the foot rib 3.2 rests on the rounded portion of an underlying brick (not shown).
- the in Fig. 2 enlarged head edge region of the Tondachziegels has a Querverfalzung of three mutually substantially parallel transverse ribs 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3.
- the head edge side first transverse rib 1.1 extends from the curved Deckfalzseite 6 to the channel 4.5 of Wasserfalz Kunststoffes.
- This first transverse rib 1.1 has a first height from the channel 4.5 to the waterfold-side foot of the shaft 5. From this foot to about the apex of the shaft 5, the first transverse rib 1.1 has a slightly lower height, which drops approximately to the height of the apex to a third, even lower level. This third height has the first transverse rib 1.1 to the deckfalz serveren foot of the shaft 5, from where it has up to the foot of the convex curvature of the Deckfalzseite 6 again the first height.
- the first transverse rib 1.1 has in each case an entry, which respectively forms a depression 1.6a and 1.6b formed as a pocket open on the periphery of the head.
- the bottom of these recesses 1.6a and 1.6b is used when stacking the Tondachziegels as a support surface for below the recesses 1.6a and 1.6b shaped hanging eyes 1.7a and 1.7b of the overlying, identical brick (not shown).
- the clay roof tile is suspended as usual in a roof batten (not shown).
- first transverse rib 1.1 each have a further transverse rib 1.2a and 1.2b, whose height contour is approximately equal to the contour of the first transverse rib 1.1 in the respective areas.
- the two transverse ribs 1.2a and 1.2b increase the opacity of the roof and the rain entry security.
- At the foot end of the two transverse ribs 1.2a and 1.2b is a further, substantially parallel to the first transverse rib 1.1, multiple interrupted transverse rib 1.3.
- the surface of the transverse rib 1.3 is approximately congruent with the surface of the transverse rib 1.2b and in the region of the shaft 5 with the surface of the transverse rib 1.2a.
- the transverse rib 1.3 is interrupted. In this interruption is a thickness-reduced, disc-shaped nail area 1.5b, around which a water-repellent border 1.4b is formed.
- the fußrand workede area or sector of this border 1.4b is used in the manner of a nose as a stop for the foot rib 3.2 of an overlapping tile the next higher row (not shown), so that this foot rib 3.2 is not applied directly to the transverse rib 1.3 and no capillary effect between the latter two Ribs arise.
- transverse rib is broken 1.3 of the water-repellent border 1.4a another thickness-reduced disk-shaped nail area 1.5a.
- a sector of the border 1.4a is designed as a stop for the foot rib 3.2 of an overlapping roof tile of the next higher row.
- the chamber formed by the first transverse rib 1.1, the third transverse rib 1.3 and the border 1.4a at the level of the first plane plane 7.1a has a connection to the second, ie the deckfold-side longitudinal channel 4.5 of the Wasserfalz Schemees.
- the channel 4.5 has a connection to the plane plane 7.1a (see. Fig. 1 ), so that the water flowing in the gutter is drained off to the surface of the tile.
- Fig. 3 shows the suspension lugs 1.7a and 1.7b of the head edge region and a first rib 2.1 and a second rib 2.2 on the underside of the Deckfalz Symposiumes.
- these two ribs 2.1 and 2.2 engage in the complementary channels 4.4 and 4.5 on the upper side of the Wasserfalz Kunststoffes the adjacent tile, with 4.4 and 4.5 at the bottom of the gutters room for draining water remains (see. Fig. 1 and Fig. 4 ).
- the brick has on its underside on the head edge a side stop 2.3 and Also the waterfold-side edge of the foot rib 3.2 is formed as a side stop 3.1.
- the clay roof tiles are covered in the dressing, then, as in Fig. 4 shown, the next higher clay tile offset by about half the brick width to the side. So that the clay roof tiles can be covered in the dressing are - as already described - the three transverse ribs 1.1, 1.2a and 1.3 reduced approximately from the apex of the shaft 5 to the deckfalzrand solutionen foot of the shaft in height (see detail B).
- Fig. 5 Some bricks are laterally cut to make it flush with a dormer. At least one of the nail areas 1.5a, 1.5b always remains, so that each brick can be secured with at least one nail.
- Fig. 6 shows a roofing with a pushed under the next higher clay tile bricks.
- the bricks can, until they hit the next higher batten, pushed (not shown). If several bricks are pushed, safe steps for the roofer arise.
- the tiles can be easily replaced.

Description

Fig. 1 , von unten.
Fig. 3 u.Fig. 6 ).
Fig. 1 undFig. 4 ).
- In
