Definitions
- the invention relates to a shaving system for an electric hair removal device, in particular for an electric shaver. Furthermore, the invention relates to a hair removal device, in particular an electric shaver, with such a shaving system.
- Shear systems are used in various embodiments in electric shavers. In the design of the shear systems considerable effort is sometimes driven to achieve the most thorough shave. A difficult problem is the reliable removal of hair lying flat against the skin and it is already known shear systems, which are equipped with specially developed for this purpose construction elements.
- the CA 1 134 706 in the case of an electric razor, it is known to arrange a computing element centrally between two cutting regions of a rough cutter arranged at a lateral distance from each other.
- the pre-cutter has a stationary outer knife and a movable inner knife.
- the computing element is attached to the stationary outer knife and has over this knife protruding tines.
- the computing element serves to raise ingrown hair and thus make it accessible for the cutting process.
- an electric shaver with at least one shaving head known.
- the shaving head has a movable knife, which is covered by a perforated protective plate.
- brushes are fixedly arranged in each case before the entry slots of the protective plate, the tips of which protrude beyond the plane of the protective plate. The brushes are to facilitate penetration of the hair in the perforation of the protective plate.
- the JP 10-323463 discloses a shaving system for an electric shaver having a fixed knife and a movable knife.
- the fixed blade is U-shaped in cross-section and has a plurality of slots.
- the movable knife slides on the inside of the fixed knife.
- a comb is arranged, which is fixedly connected to the fixed blade and which has a height which is less than the top of the fixed blade. Through the comb lying hair should be erected and fed to the slots of the fixed knife.
- the shaving head for a blade razor known.
- the shaving head has a blade for severing hair near the skin.
- the shaving head on a manipulator which moves the hair when cutting along the blade and against the skin.
- the manipulator is driven by a gear and has teeth and intervening recesses.
- the US 2,568,047 discloses a blade razor in which guide rollers are disposed on both sides adjacent to the blade.
- the guide rollers have outer elevations and trenches on the outside and are set in rotation during shaving by the skin contact.
- the rotating guide rollers move the skin and the stubble in a movement relative to the cutting edge of the blade and thereby support a clean cut.
- the invention has for its object to form a shearing system for an electric hair removal device so that the most thorough and gentle hair removal is possible.
- the inventive shaving system for an electric hair removal device in particular for an electric shaver, has at least one shaving unit with an upper blade and a lower blade, which are set in motion relative to each other. Furthermore, the shearing system according to the invention has at least one feeding device arranged upstream of the shaving unit. The peculiarity of the shear system according to the invention is that the feeding device is set in motion relative to the upper blade.
- the invention has the advantage that a very effective hair removal is achieved.
- long and / or closely fitting to the skin hairs are detected and removed with a relatively high probability of shear system according to the invention.
- Another advantage is that with the shear system according to the invention in comparison to known systems, a very short cut is possible, d. h. that the hair is severed very close to the skin surface.
- the delivery device may include a plurality of delivery elements that are correlated to the geometry of the upper blade. These feeding elements are preferably at least in a skin contact area of a plastic material. This has the advantage that a very good skin care is guaranteed.
- the feed elements of the feed device can be arranged laterally next to the shaving unit. It is particularly advantageous if the supply device rests laterally only partially in contact with the shaving unit. By a small contact surface between the feeder and the shaving unit, the friction can be kept low, so that the additional power consumption for driving the feeder is relatively low.
- the upper knife may alternately have successive webs and cutting openings, wherein the feed elements of the feed device are respectively upstream of the webs.
- This has the advantage that hair from the region of the webs with the help of the feed elements are supplied to the cutting openings and thus can also be separated.
- the webs are in particular shaped so that the cutting openings extend from the side of the upper blade, on which the lower blade is arranged to the environment. This shaping facilitates the threading of the hair into the cutting openings.
- the webs include an angle with a cutting edge of the lower blade. This edge-edge joints between the lower blade and the upper blade can be avoided and also the Einfädeleffizienz be positively influenced.
- the movement of the feeding device is parallel to a direction in which the webs and cutting openings of the upper blade follow each other.
- the frequency of the oscillating movement of the feeding device may in particular correspond to the frequency of the relative movement between the upper blade and the lower blade.
- the amplitude is preferably chosen smaller than the amplitude of the relative movement between the upper blade and the lower blade.
- a coupling mechanism for transmitting the relative movement between the upper blade and the lower blade may be provided on the feeding device.
- the delivery device may in particular be in the form of a comb, the tines of which are oriented essentially perpendicular to a plane which is provided in the shaving unit for forming a skin contact.
- the tines can reach with their free ends to the intended level of skin contact level.
- the invention further relates to an electric hair removal device, in particular to an electric shaver, with the shear system according to the invention.
- Fig. 1 shows a first embodiment of an inventive shaving head 1 of an electric shaver in a perspective view.
- An enlarged section of Fig. 1 is in Fig. 2 shown.
- the shaving head 1 has a housing part 2 and two shearing foils 3 arranged at a distance from one another. Between the shear sheets 3, a pre-cutter 4 is arranged.
- the pre-cutter 4 serves to shorten comparatively long and / or closely fitting to the skin hair so that they can easily penetrate into the perforation of the shear foil 3.
- the pre-cutter 4 has a cutting comb 5 and a cutting blade 6 arranged within the cutting comb 5.
- the cutting comb 5 has a plurality of mutually parallel, U-shaped webs 7, which are separated by intervening slots 8 for the hair entry from each other. By a central web 9, the webs 7 in the middle of the cutting comb 5 are interconnected.
- the cutting blade 6 performs relative to the cutting comb 5 a linear oscillating movement transverse to the webs 7 of the cutting comb 5. By this movement, the threaded into the slots 8 of the cutting comb 5 hair are severed.
- a feed comb 10 is arranged on both sides next to the cutting comb 5, that is, between the cutting comb 5 and the two adjacent shaving foils 3.
- the shape of the Zustocked tanninmme 10 goes into detail Fig. 3 out.
- Fig. 3 shows a Zunaturalkamm 10 for the first embodiment of the shaving head 1 in a perspective view.
- the feed comb 10 has a plurality of tines 11 oriented parallel to one another. Furthermore, the feed comb has two holes 12 for screws or other fastening means and a projection 13 for coupling a drive element.
- Fig. 2 shows the tines 11 are aligned in the mounted state of the feed combs 10 substantially perpendicular to the back of the cutting comb 5, the shaving on the skin. Consequently, the tines 11 of the feed combs 10 during the shaving run substantially perpendicular to the skin surface.
- the arrangement of the tines 11 of the feed combs 10 correlates with the geometry of the cutting comb 5. In the illustrated embodiment, the correlation is formed so that each ridge 7 of the cutting comb 5 is preceded on either side by a tine 11 of the feed combs 10. This makes it possible to move hair out of the area in front of the webs 7 of the cutting comb 5 and to facilitate threading the hair into the slots 8.
- a particularly effective supply of hair from the land area to the slots 8 according to the invention is achieved in that the Zu manufactured tanninmme 10 are offset in a linear oscillating movement parallel to their Lssenserstrekkung.
- an amplitude is selected which is smaller than the amplitude of the cutting blade 6, and a frequency above about 50 Hz.
- the oscillating movement of the feed combs 10 can be generated by coupling to the drive of the cutting blade 6.
- the amplitude of the oscillating movement of the feed combs 10 can be adjusted in each case via the position of the coupling point. Due to the oscillating movement, the hairs detected by the feed combs 10 are moved out of their current position. In addition, while a torque is applied to the hair, which avoid the hair by increasing the angle to the skin surface. It comes thus by the oscillating movement of Zustocked tanninmme 10 in addition to a Aufrichthog the hair.
- the slits 8 of the cutting comb 5 By actively feeding the hair to the slits 8 of the cutting comb 5 by means of the oscillating feed combs 10, the slits 8 can be made narrower compared to systems without oscillating feed combs 10. This in turn opens the possibility to produce the cutting comb 5 with the same stability of a thinner material and thereby cut the hair shorter. In this way, a cut length of less than 0.2 mm can be achieved in the first embodiment. Such a short cutting length enables a simplification of the geometry of the shear foils 3.
- Fig. 4 shows a pre-cutter 4 including feed comb 10 for a second embodiment of the shaving head 1 in an exploded perspective view.
- the associated merged state is in Fig. 5 shown.
- Also in the second embodiment of the cutting comb 5 is provided with associated cutting blade 6.
- the cutting comb 5 is surrounded on both sides by a cross-sectionally U-shaped Zuglasskamm 10 which performs a linear oscillating movement and transmits this movement in a shave on skin and hair in its environment.
- the feed comb 10 does not lie laterally on the cutting comb 5, but only in the region of four circular imprints 14.
- openings 15 are formed for insertion of axles for driving or for attachment.
- the axles can be fixed axially by means of disks which can be arranged in the embossments 14 and thus do not require any additional installation space. Further design differences of the feed comb 10 in the first and second embodiments of the shaving head 1 will be discussed in more detail below.
- two side parts 16 of the cutting comb 5 two supports 17 for the cutting blade 6, a driving lever 18 and a booster lever 19 are shown.
- Fig. 6 shows the second embodiment of the shaving head 1 in a fragmentary cross section.
- the section refers to the precutter 4 including feed comb 10.
- the feed comb 10 comparatively solid trained, rounded prongs 11.
- a typical dimension of a tine 11 transverse to the longitudinal extent of the feed comb 10 is 1 mm. Perpendicular to the skin level, the dimension of the tines 11 is approximately 1.1 mm.
- the tines 11 are made of plastic by injection molding, for example of POM, and arranged on a cross-sectionally hook-shaped end region of the feed comb 10.
- the tines 11 are not arranged completely rigidly in the longitudinal direction of the feed comb 10, but slightly displaceable relative to the feed comb 10 in order to prevent warping of the feed comb 10.
- the tines 11 are in turn the webs 7 of the cutting comb 5 upstream.
- the cutting comb 5 is made of a relatively thin material as in the first embodiment. The material thickness is approx. 0.13 mm.
- the outer edges of the cutting comb 5 are not formed sharp-edged by the bending process used in the production, but have a rounding with a radius of 0.3 to 0.45 mm. Further details of the formation of the cutting comb 5 are based on the FIGS. 7 and 8 explained.
- Fig. 7 shows the pre-cutter 4 including feed comb 10 for the second embodiment of the shaving head 1 in a partial plan view.
- the cutting comb 5 in the second embodiment in contrast to the first embodiment, no central web 9, so that the slots 8 extend continuously over the entire width of the cutting comb 5. This facilitates in particular the threading of long hair.
- the webs 7 of the cutting comb 5 are not parallel to the cutting blade 6, but close with the cutting blade 6 an angle ⁇ of, for example, 4 degrees. As a result, an edge-edge impact between the cutting blade 6 and the cutting comb 5 is prevented during operation of the pre-cutter 4.
- the angle ⁇ and the geometry of the cutting comb 5 and the Zuglasskamms 10 are coordinated so that on both sides of the cutting comb 5, the tines 11 of the Zuglasskamms 10 in spite of the offset of the webs 7 of the cutting comb 5 are respectively the webs 7 upstream.
- Fig. 8 shows the pre-cutter 4 for the second embodiment of the shaving head 1 in a longitudinal section partially shown.
- the section shown comprises in each case a partial region of the cutting comb 5 and the cutting blade 6 arranged therebelow.
- the slits 8 of the cutting comb 5 extend from the side against which the cutting blade 6 rests to the side which results when a shaving is performed on the skin is applied.
- the width of the slots 8 on the skin side is typically 0.37 mm and on the side of the cutting blade 6 typically 0.30 mm.
- Fig. 9 shows the pre-cutter 4 for the second embodiment of the shaving head 1 in a side view.
- the feed comb 10 is not mounted in this illustration, so that the drive mechanism of the feed comb 10 is visible.
- the feed comb 10 is driven by a mechanical coupling to the cutting blade 6, which performs a linear oscillating movement.
- the driving lever 18 is connected at its one end via a first joint 20 with the structure of the cutting blade 6.
- the driving lever 18 is attached via a second hinge 21 at one end of the translator lever 19.
- the joints 20 and 21 can also be replaced by plastic hinges.
- the other end of the translator lever 19 is suspended by means of a pivot axis 22 on the cutting comb 5, so that the translator lever 19 driven by the driving lever 18 performs a pivoting movement about the pivot axis 22.
- a drive axle 23 for the feed comb 10 is fastened to the translator lever 19. It follows from this geometry that the amplitude of the movement transmitted to the feed comb 10 via the drive axis 23 is the smaller the closer the drive axis 23 is arranged to the pivot axis 22.
- the amplitude of the movement of the cutting blade 6 is reduced by the Theserhebel 19 approximately one-fifth, so that the Zugarkamm 10 performs a linear oscillating movement with the same frequency as the cutting blade 6, but reduced amplitude.
- the Zuglasskamm 10 performs a linear oscillating movement with the same frequency as the cutting blade 6, but reduced amplitude.
- an amplitude for the oscillating motion of the Cutting blade 6 of 2.2 mm based on the extreme deflections results for the Zuglasskamm 10 an amplitude of 0.44 mm also related to the extreme deflections.
- the feed comb 10 is suspended from the housing part 2 so that it can vibrate at its two end faces. This is in Fig. 10 shown.
- Fig. 10 shows the feed comb 10 for the second embodiment of the shaving head 1 in the region of one of its end sides in a perspective view.
- the end face is formed as a leaf spring 24 integrally connected to the feed comb 10.
- the leaf spring 24 has a perforation 25 into which, for example, a fastening screw for fastening the leaf spring 24 to the housing part 2 can be inserted.
