Claims (11)
- Dispositif de bouchage de bouteilles (2) ou récipients similaires avec respectivement une capsule à vis (3), avec au moins une position de bouchage (5) formée à la périphérie d'un rotor (4) pouvant être entraîné de manière rotative autour d'un axe de machine ou de rotor vertical (RA), laquelle présente une tête de vissage (6) pouvant être entraînée en rotation pour monter la capsule à vis (3) respective sur le récipient à boucher par vissage ainsi qu'un porte-récipient (8), avec un élément de levage (11) pour chaque position de bouchage (5) qui peut être déplacé dans un premier sens de levage pour approcher verticalement le porte-récipient (8) correspondant avec le récipient à boucher de la tête de vissage (6) ainsi que dans un deuxième sens de levage opposé au premier pour éloigner le porte-récipient (8) avec le récipient bouché de la tête de vissage (6), avec une commande par came (12, 14) pour le mouvement de levage de l'élément de levage (11) ainsi qu'avec au moins un élément formant ressort (16) sollicitant le porte-récipient (8) vers la tête de vissage (6),
caractérisé en ce que
l'élément de levage (11) peut être déplacé dans les deux sens de levage exclusivement et de manière forcée par la commande par came (12, 14) et en ce que le porte-récipient (8) est relié par entraînement à l'élément de levage (11) par le biais d'au moins un élément formant ressort (16). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la commande par came présente au moins deux surfaces de commande (14.1, 14.2), dont une surface de commande (14.1) commande de manière forcée le mouvement de levage de l'élément de levage (11) dans l'un des sens de levage et l'autre surface de commande (14.2) commande de manière forcée le mouvement de l'élément de levage (11) dans l'autre sens de levage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces de commande (14.1, 14.2) sont formées par les surfaces latérales d'une rainure de commande (14) commune.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé par au moins un galet de came (12) coopérant avec les surfaces de commande (14.1, 14.2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de levage (11) est une tige de levage (11) axialement mobile pour le mouvement de levage et orientée avec son axe dans le sens du mouvement de levage respectivement parallèlement à l'axe du rotor (4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un élément formant ressort (16) agit entre le porte-récipient (8) ou un élément support (9) présentant ce porte-récipient et la tige de levage (11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un élément formant ressort est un ressort de pression (16) entourant la tige de levage, lequel ressort s'appuie avec une extrémité contre un élément (9.2) du porte-récipient (8) guidé sur la tige de levage (11) ou un élément support (9) présentant ce porte-récipient et avec une deuxième extrémité contre un support de ressort (17) prévu au niveau de la tige de levage (11) et précontraint le porte-récipient (8) dans le premier sens de levage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une butée (11.1) limitant le mouvement du porte-récipient (8) dans le premier sens de levage par rapport à l'élément de levage (11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la butée (11.1) est prévue au niveau de l'élément de levage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs positions de bouchage (5) sont formées à la périphérie du rotor (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la commande par came est prévue sous le porte-récipient (8).
