Claims (11)
- Machine de bouchage de bouteilles ou récipients similaires avec des bouchons (3) par vissage, avec plusieurs positions de fermeture (5) formées à la périphérie d'un rotor (4) pouvant être entraîné autour d'un axe de machine vertical (MA), dont chacune présente respectivement un outil de fermeture (7) pouvant être entraîné de manière rotative par un entraînement (9) et servant à appliquer un bouchon (3) par vissage et un porte-récipient (6) ainsi qu'avec plusieurs éléments de fixation (16) prévus au niveau des porte-récipients (6), qui s'appuient lors de la fermeture avec des pointes ou tranchants (18.1) contre une surface du récipient, afin d'empêcher un entraînement par rotation du récipient lors de la fermeture, les éléments de fixation (16) étant constitués au moins au niveau de leur pointe ou tranchant (18.1) d'un matériau dur, résistant à l'usure, par exemple en métal fritté ou en céramique, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une section de fixation ou en pointe (18) formant une pointe ou tranchant (18.1) présente au niveau d'un côté (18.2) formant la pointe ou tranchant (18.1), une dépouille arrière ou une dépouille négative et en ce que les éléments de fixation (16) sont fixés au niveau du porte-récipient (6) de telle sorte que ce côté (18.2) forme par rapport à un sens de rotation (B) de l'outil de fermeture (7) lors de la fermeture du récipient respectif, le côté avant de la section en pointe (18) et/ou de l'élément de fixation (16).

- Machine de bouchage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de fixation (16) présentent au niveau d'une section de fixation (17) en forme de plaque par exemple, avec laquelle les éléments de fixation (16) sont maintenus au niveau du porte-récipient (6), la section de fixation ou en pointe (18) formant au moins une pointe ou tranchant (18.1), et en ce qu'au moins cette section en pointe (18) est constituée du matériau dur, résistant à l'usure, par exemple en métal fritté ou en céramique.
- Machine de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de fixation (16) sont fabriqués respectivement d'un seul tenant, en un matériau dur, résistant à l'usure, par exemple en métal fritté ou en céramique.
- Machine de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de fixation (16) respectif est reçu par correspondance de forme dans un logement (19) du porte-récipient (6) et est bloqué au niveau du porte-récipient (6) par au moins un élément de blocage ou de fixation amovible, par exemple par une vis de blocage ou de fixation (20).
- Machine de bouchage selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le logement pour l'élément de fixation (16) est formé par un évidement (19) adapté à la forme de la section de fixation (17) dans le porte-récipient (6).
- Machine de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le porte-récipient respectif (6) pour un maintien du récipient à fermer (2) est réalisé au niveau d'une bride (2.1) s'éloignant au-dessus de la surface extérieure du récipient, par exemple au niveau d'une bride (2.1) sous une ouverture de récipient et en ce qu'au niveau de l'appui pour la face inférieure de la section (6.1) formant la bride (2.1) du porte-récipient (6), un moins un élément de fixation (16) est prévu.

- Machine de bouchage selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de blocage amovible (20) est prévu à une distance du bord de l'ouverture du porte-récipient (6.2).
- Machine de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'autour d'un axe, qui est orienté sur le même axe ou parallèlement à l'axe de rotation de l'outil de fermeture (7), plusieurs éléments de fixation (16) sont prévus répartis avec leurs sections en pointe (18).
