Claims (25)
- Stuhl, insbesondere Bürostuhl, mit einer Stuhlsäule (1), einem daran befestigten Sitzträger (2) und einer Rückenlehne (3), wobei eine Verstellmechanik vorgesehen ist, mit welcher die Rückenlehne (3) gegenüber der Vertikalen neigbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstellmechanik eine nach oben gewölbte Bogenführung (4) umfasst, welche starr mit dem Sitzträger (2) verbunden ist und auf welcher ein die Rückenlehne (3) tragendes Trägerelement (5) auf einer nach oben gewölbten Bogenbahn zur Neigungsverstellung der Rückenlehne (3) verfahrbar ist. - Stuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bogenführung (4) derart gewölbt ist, dass die Bogenbahn zur Neigungsverstellung der Rückenlehne (3) einen Schwenkradius > 0,5 m, vorzugsweise ≥ 1 m aufweist.
- Stuhl nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bogenführung (4) eine oder mehrere nach oben gewölbte, vorzugsweise stabförmige Schienen (4' bzw. 4") umfasst.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils eine Schiene (4', 4") seitlich links und rechts am Sitzträger (2) angeordnet ist.
- Stuhl nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sitzträger (2) über eine an der Stuhlsäule (1) befestigte Verstelleinrichtung gegen die Horizontale neigbar ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Synchronisierungsvorrichtung zur synchronen Neigungsverstellung von Sitzträger (2) und Rückenlehne (3) vorgesehen ist, und dass die Synchronisierungsvorrichtung eine mit einem Fluid betriebene Steuerungseinrichtung umfasst, die einerseits mit der Verstelleinrichtung zur Neigungsverstellung des Sitzträgers (2), andererseits mit der Verstellmechanik zur Neigungsverstellung der Rückenlehne (3) verbunden ist, und mittels derer bei einer Verstellung der Neigung des Sitzträgers (2) gegen die Horizontale ein Steuerungssignal an die Verstellmechanik zur Neigungsverstellung der Rückenlehne (3) abgegeben wird, welches eine Verstellung des Neigungswinkels der Rückenlehne (3) gegen die Vertikale auf einen vorgegebenen oder vorgebbaren, mit dem Neigungswinkel des Sitzträger (2) gegen die Horizontale in einem bestimmten Verhältnis stehenden Winkelwert bewirkt.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerungseinrichtung eine Pneumatik- oder eine Hydraulikeinrichtung mit einem Druckleitungssystem (10) zur Förderung von unter Druck stehendem Gas, insbesondere Luft, oder von unter Druck stehender Flüssigkeit, insbesondere Hydrauliköl, umfasst.
- Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstelleinrichtung zur Neigungsverstellung des Sitzträgers (2) ein pneumatisches oder hydraulisches Federelement (6), insbesondere einen Pneumatik- oder Hydraulikzylinder, zur Betätigung der Sitzträgerverstellung aufweist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (6) bei einer Verkippung des Sitzträgers (2) einen Druck- oder Saugimpuls auf die Steuerungseinrichtung gibt.
- Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstellmechanik zur Neigungsverstellung der Rückenlehne (3) ein pneumatisches oder hydraulisches Federelement (11', 11"), insbesondere einen Pneumatik- oder Hydraulikzylinder, zur Betätigung der Rückenlehnenverstellung aufweist.
- Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerungseinrichtung Steuerventile für eine Steuerung der Bewegungen der Verstelleinrichtung zur Neigungsverstellung des Sitzträgers (2) und der Verstellmechanik zur Neigungsverstellung der Rückenlehne (3) umfasst.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerventile so einstellbar sind, dass bei ihrer Betätigung eine vorzugsweise stufenlos wählbare Begrenzung, Dämpfung oder Rückstellung der Bewegungen der Verstelleinrichtung zur Neigungsverstellung des Sitzträgers (2) und der Verstellmechanik zur Neigungsverstellung der Rückenlehne (3) bewirkt wird.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerventile so einstellbar sind, dass bei ihrer Betätigung die Neigung des Sitzträgers (2) und/oder der Rückenlehne (3) in einer bestimmten, vorzugsweise wählbaren Winkellage fixiert bleibt.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerventile so einstellbar oder voreinstellbar sind, dass bei ihrer Betätigung die Neigungen des Sitzträgers (2) und der Rückenlehne (3) in einem bestimmten Winkelverhältnis der Verstellwinkel oder mit einem festen Relativwinkel zueinander verstellt werden können.
- Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstelleinrichtung einen an der Stuhlsäule (1) befestigten Trägerarm (7) umfasst, an dem über ein Gelenk (8) mit horizontaler Verschwenkachse der Sitzträger (2) verschwenkbar angebracht ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenk (8) mit der horizontalen Verschwenkachse an dem der Rückenlehne (3) abgewandten Vorderende des Sitzträgers (2), insbesondere parallel zu einer Vorderkante (2') desselben angeordnet ist.
- Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenk (8) mit der horizontalen Verschwenkachse unterhalb einer auf dem Sitzträger (2) vorgesehenen Sitzfläche bzw. unterhalb eines Sitzpolsters angeordnet ist.
- Stuhl nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sitzträger (2) um eine vertikale Achse drehbar an der Stuhlsäule (1) befestigt ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 18 sowie einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trägerarm (7) um eine vertikale Achse drehbar an der Stuhlsäule (1) befestigt ist.
- Stuhl nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Betätigungselement zur Verstellung der Neigung der Rückenlehne (3) gegenüber der Vertikalen seitlich links oder rechts am Sitzträger (2) angeordnet ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils ein Betätigungselement zur Verstellung der Neigung der Rückenlehne (3) gegenüber der Vertikalen seitlich links und rechts am Sitzträger (2) angeordnet ist.
