Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung für Stickmaschinen, insbesondere Schifflistickmaschinen zum Ansticken von Pailletten (13) oder dergleichen, die in Form eines Bandes (15) zuführbar sind, mit einem intermittierend antreibbaren Warzenrad (19) zum Vorschub des Bandes (15), einer das Warzenrad (19) teilweise umgreifenden Führung (25) für das Band und einer Trennvorrichtung (31), um jeweils eine Paillette (13) vor dem Ansticken vom Band (15) abzutrennen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führung (25) von der Vorderseite des Bandes (15) und vom Warzenrad (19) weg beweglich ist und dass ein Kraftelement (27) vorgesehen ist, welches die Führung (25) im Betrieb der Vorrichtung in Führungslage hält, aber beim Auftreten einer vorbestimmten Gegenkraft unwirksam wird, so dass die Führung (25) vom Warzenrad (19) abgehoben wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Anschlag (37) vorgesehen ist, an welchem die Führung (25) in der Führungslage anschlägt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führung als Schwenkhebel (25) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkhebel (25) unterhalb des Warzenrads (19) verschwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kraftelement ein Magnet (27) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Magnet (27) an der Führung (25) angeordnet ist und dass der Anschlag (37) aus ferromagnetischem Material besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (37) als Magnet ausgebildet ist und die Führung (25) aus ferromagnetischem Material besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Magnet (27) zum Beispiel durch eine Schraube (39) verstellbar am freien Ende des Schwenkhebels (25) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine stationäre Führung (41) in Förderrichtung des Bandes (15) dem Warzenrad (19) nachgeschaltet ist, um das Band der Trennvorrichtung (31) zuzuführen.
- Vorrichtung für Stickmaschinen, insbesondere Schifflistickmaschinen, zum Ansticken von Pailletten (13) oder dergleichen, die in Form eines Bandes (15) zuführbar sind, mit einem Warzenrad (19) zum Vorschub dieses Bandes (15), einem von der Maschinensteuerung steuerbarem Antriebsorgan (21) für eine Welle (17) des Warzenrads (19), einer das Warzenrad (19) teilweise umgreifenden Führung (25) für das Band (15) und einer Trennvorrichtung (31), um jeweils eine Paillette (13) vor dem Ansticken vom Band (15) abzutrennen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führung als Schwenkhebel (25) ausgebildet ist, welcher zwischen Warzenrad (19) und Nadel (11) verschwenkbar gelagert ist, dass ein Magnet (27) am freien Ende des Schwenkhebels (25) angeordnet ist, und dass ein Anschlag (37) vorgesehen ist, an welchem der Magnet (27) in der Führungslage des Schwenkhebels (25) anhaftet.
- Stickmaschine mit einer Vielzahl von Vorrichtungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Warzenräder (19) auf einer gemeinsamen Welle (17) angeordnet sind, welche an ein von der Maschinensteuerung steuerbares Antriebsorgan, z.B. einem Servomotor (21), gekoppelt ist.
- Stickmaschine nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb der Welle (17) in der Mitte erfolgt.
- Stickmaschine nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennvorrichtung (31) eine stationäre Abschlagkante (43) und eine bewegliche Schlagplatte (45) aufweist.
- Stickmaschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bewegliche Schlagplatte (45) am Nadelstössel (47) angeordnet ist.
