Claims (26)
- Tür oder Fenster (10) enthaltend einen Blendrahmen (11) und einen Flügelrahmen (12), wobei der Flügelrahmen (12) mittels eines Fensterbeschlages (20) an dem Blendrahmen (11) angeordnet ist, und
der Flügelrahmen (12) zumindest zwei unterschiedliche Stellungen (13, 14) zum Blendrahmen (11) einnimmt, nämlich
eine Schließstellung (13), in der der Flügelrahmen (12) mit seinen Seiten dicht am Blendrahmen (11) anliegt, wodurch eine Innenseite (15) des Fensters von einer Außenseite (16) des Fensters (10) getrennt ist, und
eine Offenstellung (14), in der der Flügelrahmen (12) insgesamt einen Abstand (17) zum Blendrahmen (11) aufweist oder zusätzlich zu seinem Abstand (17) auch ein seitlicher Abstand (18) zum Blendrahmen vorhanden ist, wodurch die Trennung zwischen Innen- und Außenseite (13, 14) des Fensters (10) aufgehoben ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fensterbeschlag (20) technische Mittel (21, 22, 23) enthält, durch die der Flügelrahmen (12) seine Offen- und Schließstellung (13, 14) erreicht, wobei er zuerst aus seiner Schließstellung (13) am Blendrahmen (11) auf einen Abstand (17) anhebbar ist und anschließend der Flügelrahmen (12) zum Blendrahmen (11) seitlich verschiebbar gehalten ist, und
dass der gesamte Fensterbeschlag (20) nur zwischen Flügelrahmen (12) und Blendrahmen (11) angeordnet ist, so dass der Fensterbeschlag (20) in der Schließstellung (14) des Flügelrahmens (12) nicht über den Flügelrahmen (12) hinausragt. - Fenster (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel des Fensterbeschlages zumindest eine Antriebsstange (21) und eine teleskopartige Führung (22) enthalten, wobei die Antriebsstange (21) den Flügelrahmen (12) relativ zum Blendrahmen (11) bewegt und die teleskopartige Führung (22) die Relativbewegung des Flügelrahmens (12) zum Blendrahmen (11) mitbestimmt.
- Fenster (10) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsstange (21) und die teleskopartige Führung (22) miteinander integriert sind.
- Fenster (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (21, 22) zusätzlich zumindest einen Hebel (23) enthalten, an dem zumindest ein Teil der teleskopartigen Führung (22) gehalten ist, wodurch der Flügelrahmen (12) zum Blendrahmen (11) anhebbar ist.
- Fenster (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsstange (21) eine Zahnstange (24) ist.
- Fenster (10) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zahnstange (24) einen linearen Zahnverlauf (25) aufweist.
- Fenster (10) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zahnstange (24) zumindest am Anfang des Zahnverlaufs (26) bogenförmig ist.
- Fenster (10) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zahnstange zumindest am Anfang des Zahnverlaufs (26) bogenförmig ist und der daran anschließende Zahnverlauf (25) linear ausgestaltet ist.
- Fenster (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsstange (21) eine Gewindestange ist.
- Fenster (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die teleskopartige Führung (22) eine Gleitführung ist.
- Fenster (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die teleskopartige Führung (22) eine Rollenführung ist.
- Fenster (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die teleskopartige Führung (22) einen linearen Verlauf (27) aufweist.
- Fenster (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die teleskopartige Führung zumindest am Anfang (28) bogenförmig ausgestaltet ist.
- Fenster (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die teleskopartige Führung zumindest am Anfang (28) bogenförmig ausgestaltet ist und der daran anschließende Führungsverlauf (27) linear ist .
- Fenster (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die teleskopartige Führung (22) zumindest zwei Führungsschienen (29, 30, 31) enthält.
- Fenster (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Hebel (23) bewegbar zwischen Blendrahmen (11) und teleskopartiger Führung (22) angeordnet ist.
- Fenster (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Hebel (23) bewegbar zwischen Flügelrahmen (12) und teleskopartiger Führung (22) angeordnet ist.
- Fenster (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Hebel (23) als bewegbares Teil in der teleskopartigen Führung (22) integriert ist.
- Fenster (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flügelrahmen (12) und/oder Blendrahmen (11) selbst zumindest einen Teil der teleskopartigen Führung (22) darstellt.
- Fenster (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fensterbeschlag (20) den Flügelrahmen (12) parallel verschiebbar (18) zum Blendrahmen (11) hält, sofern der Flügelrahmen (12) aus dem Blendrahmen (11) herausgehoben (17) worden ist.
- Fenster (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (21, 22, 23) des Fensterbeschlages (20) links- und rechtsseitig zwischen dem Flügelrahmen (12) und Blendrahmen (11) vorgesehen sind.
- Fenster (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine zusätzliche Stützrolle (32) zwischen Flügelrahmen (12) und Blendrahmen (11) zur Stabilisierung der Führung (22) angeordnet ist.
- Fenster (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fensterbeschlag (20) von der äußeren Oberfläche des Flügelrahmens (12) derartig verdeckt ist, so dass er nicht den direkten Witterungseinflüssen ausgesetzt ist.
- Fenster (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsstange (21) von einem Motor (41) angetrieben wird, so dass die Offen- und Schließstellung (13, 14) des Flügelrahmens (12) automatisch erreichbar ist.
- Fenster (10) nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor (41) im oberen oder unteren Blendrahmenbereich angeordnet ist
- Fensterbeschlag (20) für ein Fenster (10) oder eine Tür od. dgl. gemäß der Ansprüche 1 bis 25.
