Claims (9)

  1. Procédé d'enroulement d'une nappe de papier, surtout de papier ouate, au démarrage de la machine ou après une rupture de la nappe, où la queue de la nappe (8) ou bien la nappe entière se trouve pressée contre le tambour-porteur (5) et y retenue moyennant un rouleau auxiliaire (9), avant que la nappe soit prise par le tambour (3) caractérisé en ce que le rouleau auxiliaire (9) est pressé contre le tambour-porteur (5) après insertion de la nappe de papier dans l'espace entre le tambour-porteur (5) et le rouleau auxiliaire (9) et est relevé à partir du tambour-porteur (5) suite à la prise de la nappe de papier par le tambour (3), la queue de la nappe de papier (8) étant déversé dans un pulpeur après le tambour-porteur (5) jusqu'à ce que la nappe a la largeur requise.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau auxiliaire (9) est en arrêt.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau auxiliaire (9) travaille à vitesse de fluage.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau auxiliaire (9) est accéléré à la vitesse de production ou à n'importe quelle vitesse souhaitée et/ou opéré à la vitesse de production ou à n'importe quelle vitesse souhaitée.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que de la colle est appliquée sur le tambour (3).
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la nappe de papier (8) entière est prise par le tambour (3) immédiatement.
  7. Dispositif d'enroulement d'une nappe de papier, surtout de papier ouate, au démarrage de la machine ou après une rupture de la nappe, en utilisant un tambour (3) et un tambour-porteur (5), un rouleau auxiliaire (9) étant pourvu en outre, pour presser une queue de nappe de papier (8) ou la nappe entière contre le tambour-porteur (5) et pour la y retenir, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau auxiliaire (9) est disposé au-dessus du tambour-porteur (5) et est étudié en vue de son pressage contre le tambour-porteur (5) et le relèvement à partir du tambour-porteur (5).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau auxiliaire (9) a un entraînement ou a un dispositif d'accélération à la vitesse de production ou à n'importe quelle vitesse.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'application de colle (7) est prévu pour l'application de la colle au tambour (3).
