Claims (7)
- Procédé de fonctionnement d'un dispositif d'introduction (03) d'une machine à imprimer présentant dans le chemin de bande plusieurs groupes d'impression (04) empilés verticalement les uns au-dessus des autres, une valeur réelle d'une tension mécanique dans la bande (S1), sur le chemin de bande, entre le rouleau de traction (12) et un premier groupe d'impression (04), étant déterminée et amenée à un dispositif de régulation (14), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'introduction (03) est réalisé avec un rouleau de traction (12) à régulation de vitesse de rotation, avec superposition d'une régulation de tension mécanique dans la bande, en ce que des valeurs de consigne différentes les unes des autres, pour la tension mécanique dans la bande (S1) à établir au moyen du dispositif d'introduction (03), sont attribuées au dispositif de régulation (14), pendant le fonctionnement de la machine à imprimer, en fonction d'une position de fonctionnement d'un ou plusieurs groupes d'impression (04) installés en aval du dispositif d'introduction (03), sur le chemin de la bande, en ce que dans une phase, au début du démarrage de la machine, le rouleau de traction (12) est d'abord exploité sans activation de la régulation de tension mécanique dans la bande, et en ce que dans une phase, au début du démarrage de la machine, le rouleau de traction (12) est d'abord exploité de manière synchrone à la vitesse de machine.

- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, lors du démarrage de la machine, lorsque les emplacements d'impression sont encore rétractés, une faible valeur de tension mécanique dans la bande (FEZW, réduite) pour la tension mécanique dans la bande (S1), entre dispositif d'introduction (03) et un premier groupe d'impression (04) installé en aval, est attribuée, et une plus forte valeur de tension mécanique dans la bande (FEZW, exploitation) est attribuée et mise en corrélation avec un placement sous pression.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, lors de la diminution de régime de la machine à imprimer, lorsque les emplacements d'impression sont encore sous pression, une plus forte valeur de tension mécanique dans la bande (FEZW, exploitation) pour la tension mécanique dans la bande (S1), entre dispositif d'introduction (03) et un premier groupe d'impression (04) installé en aval, est attribuée, et une faible valeur de tension mécanique dans la bande (FEZW, réduite) est attribuée, en corrélation avec un dégagement de la pression.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que, pendant le fonctionnement avec une faible valeur de tension mécanique dans la bande (FEZW, réduite), ainsi qu'avec une plus forte valeur de tension mécanique dans la bande (FEZW, exploitation), la machine à imprimer est exploitée à des vitesses de rotation supérieures à une vitesse de rotation zéro et par rapport à un processus d'introduction.
