Claims (8)

  1.   2. Changeur de bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'introduction (03) est disposé dans la zone supérieure du changeur de bobines (01), entre ses parois de bâti.
  3. Changeur de bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'introduction (03) est disposé sur le chemin de la bande, entre le changeur de bobines (01) et un premier groupe d'impression (04), et présente un dispositif de régulation (14) et un rouleau de traction (12), en ce que des valeurs de consigne différentes, en tant que valeurs de tension mécanique dans la bande (FEZW.fonctionnement, FEZW, réduite), sont susceptibles d'être affectées au dispositif de régulation (14), à l'aide d'un moyen de commande (05) pour différents états de fonctionnement d'un ou plusieurs groupes d'impression (04) disposés en aval, en ce qu'une valeur réelle de tension mécanique dans la bande, du chemin de la bande, en aval du rouleau de traction (12) dans le flux, est amenée au dispositif de régulation (14), et en ce qu'un signal, représentant la vitesse machine, est amené au régulateur (14).
  4. Changeur de bobines selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'introduction (03) est réalisé avec un rouleau de traction (12) à régulation de la vitesse de rotation, avec une régulation, superposée, de la tension mécanique dans la bande.
  5. Changeur de bobines selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les différentes valeurs de consigne (FEZW.fonctionnement, FEZW, réduite) sont conservées dans le dispositif de régulation (14) ou le moyen de commande (05) hiérarchiquement supérieur.
  6. Changeur de bobines selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les valeurs de consigne conservées sont modifiables.
  7. Machine à imprimer équipée de groupes d'impression offset pour l'impression de journaux, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un changeur de bobines selon la revendication 3.
  8. Machine à imprimer, dans laquelle plusieurs groupes d'impression (04) sont disposés de façon empilée les uns au-dessus des autres, et le défilement de la bande à travers les groupes d'impression (04) s'étendant sensiblement verticalement, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un changeur de bobines selon la revendication 3.
