Abstract

Weiters ist aus der DE 44 01 027 A1 ein Tragtrommelroller bekannt, bei dem eine zusätzliche Presswalze zur Vermeidung eines Schlupfes zwischen Tragtrommel und Papier vorgesehen ist, wodurch die Staubentstehung speziell bei graphischen Papieren verhindert werden kann. Durch die zusätzliche laufende Anpressung kann eine derartige Vorrichtung nicht beim Aufrollen von Tissuepapier eingesetzt werden. Ebenso sind Umwickler z.B. aus der WO 2004/035441 A1 und der EP 0 498 039 A1 bekannt, bei denen mit Hilfe von zusätzlichen Stützwalzen eine Endrolle ohne seitliche Lagerung erzeugt wird. Claims (9)

  1. Process for reeling a paper web, particularly a tissue web, when starting the machine and after a web break, where the paper web tail (8) or the entire paper web is pressed onto the reel drum (5), and secured there, by means of an auxiliary roll (9) before the web is taken over by the horizontal reel (3), characterised by the auxiliary roll (9) being pressed against the reel drum (5) after insertion of the paper web into the space between the reel drum (5) and the auxiliary roll (9) and by being lifted off from the reel drum (5) after the paper web has been taken over by the horizontal reel (3), with the paper web tail (8) being diverted into a pulper after the reel drum (5) until the web has the required width.
  2. Process according to Claim 1, characterised by the auxiliary roll (9) being at a standstill.
  3. Process according to Claim 1, characterised by the auxiliary roll (9) being operated in creep mode.
  4. Process according to Claim 1, characterised by the auxiliary roll (9) being accelerated to production speed or any desired speed and/or operated at production speed or any desired speed.
  5. Process according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised by an adhesive being applied to the horizontal reel (3).
  6. Process according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised by the entire paper web (8) being taken over immediately on the horizontal reel (3).
  7. Device for reeling a paper web, particularly a tissue web, when starting the machine and after a web break, using a horizontal reel (3) and a reel drum (5), with an auxiliary roll (9) being provided in addition, to press a paper web tail (8) or the entire paper web onto the reel drum (5) and secure it there, characterised by the auxiliary roll (9) being arranged above the reel drum (9) and being designed such that it can be pressed onto the reel drum (5) and lifted off from the reel drum (5).
  8. Device according to Claim 7, characterised by the auxiliary roll (9) having a drive or a device to accelerate to production or any desired speed.
  9. Device according to Claim 7 or 8, characterised by an adhesive applying device (7) being provided in order to apply adhesive to the horizontal reel (3).
