Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Aufwickeln einer Papierbahn, insbesondere Tissuebahn, bei Anfahren der Maschine und nach Bahnabriss, wobei der Papieraufführstreifen bzw, die gesamte Papierbahn vor Übernahme auf den Tambour durch eine Hilfswalze an die Tragtrommel gepresst und dort fixiert wird. Bei diesen bekannten Verfahren wird vorerst nur ein Streifen aufgewickelt, wodurch nach dem Breitfahren der Papierbahn über die Maschinenbreite eine Ungleichheit entsteht. Außerdem können dabei Lufteinschlüsse auftreten, zu einem Verlaufen der Bahn führen können. Weiters ist aus der DE 44 01 027 A1 ein Tragtrommelroller bekannt, bei dem eine zusätzliche Presswalze zur Vermeidung eines Schlupfes zwischen Tragtrommel und Papier vorgesehen ist, wodurch die Staubentstehung speziell bei graphischen Papieren verhindert werden kann. Durch die zusätzliche laufende Anpressung kann eine derartige Vorrichtung nicht beim Aufrollen von Tissuepapier eingesetzt werden. Ebenso sind Umwickler z.B. aus der WO 2004/035441 A1 und der EP 0 498 039 A1 bekannt, bei denen mit Hilfe von zusätzlichen Stützwalzen eine Endrolle ohne seitliche Lagerung erzeugt wird.
