Claims (4)
- Dispositif pour la flexion des cylindres dans une cage de laminage à plusieurs cylindres présentant des blocs de flexion (5, 5a ; 5', 5a') fixés à l'entrée et à la sortie entre les empoises des cylindres et les cadres des montants, pouvant être sollicités par des moyens de réglage, caractérisé en ce qu'un vérin à piston (7) est associé aux blocs de flexion (5, 5a) d'un montant (6) de cylindre et un dispositif de positionnement vertical (10) est associé aux blocs de flexion (5', 5a') du montant de cylindre (6') opposé.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une position de remplacement de cylindre est réglable verticalement via le dispositif de positionnement vertical (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les vérins à piston (7) sont à chaque fois constitués par un piston (8) disposé dans un bloc de flexion (5) et une tige de raccordement (9) vers l'autre bloc de flexion (5a).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de positionnement vertical (10) est réalisé sous forme d'un dispositif d'élévation à broche, sous forme d'une clavette avec un guidage forcé, sous forme d'un vérin avec tête de serrage et indicateur de position, sous forme d'un arbre excentrique ou sous forme d'un autre dispositif mécanique pour le positionnement vertical.
