Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种在多轧辊-轧机机座中弯曲轧辊的装置,该装置带有在进料侧和出料侧、固定在轧辊装配件和机架窗口之间、可由调整设备加载的弯曲组件。
这种类型的装置用作使工作辊弯曲的执行机构,用于调整轧制产品的平整度。在此执行机构对带材棱边部位的轧辊间隙几何尺寸有直接影响,其中工作辊围绕其上方辊子的边缘正弯曲,围绕轧件的边缘负弯曲。
从德国专利文献22 50 953可以获知一种轧机机座,其带有工作辊和支承辊和一个辊子弯曲系统,在轧机机座中,工作辊的装配件在锚定在机架窗口内的组件之间被引导,并且连接起来以通过组件配备的可双向作用的活塞-气缸-系统调整工作辊辊身,其中在每个组件上都有可垂直移动地被引导的一个上引导件和一个下引导件,而其中一个引导件容纳气缸,另一个引导件与活塞相连,这些引导件与装配件通过水平导向装置在垂直方向上形状配合连接,该水平导向装置在机座之间平行于轧辊延伸,用于更换轧辊。这样,为使轧辊弯曲,在每一侧必须有两个活塞-气缸-系统。
该装置在实际应用中被证明是可行的。但其缺点是必须在传动侧和工作侧,以及在进料侧和出料侧都布置气缸。由于每一侧的这些可移动的支承不可避免地产生了高摩擦力,该摩擦力另外对平整度的调整有不利影响。
本发明的目的在于降低这类系统中的摩擦力。
为实现该目的,一个轧辊机架的弯曲组件配备了一个活塞气缸,相对的轧辊机架的弯曲组件配备了一个垂直定位的装置。
通过借助垂直定位的装置,最好是心轴升降传动装置定位和锁定弯曲组件,产生了一个旋转中心,装配件可围绕该旋转中心摆动。为将传动侧和工作侧的弯曲力导入弯曲组件,还需各配备一个气缸。
在轧机机座中只使用两个气缸来将弯曲力导入弯曲组件,由此明显降低了摩擦力。
通过该心轴升降传动装置也补偿了轧辊的磨损部位。
根据本发明的装置也可用于使六辊轧机机座中的中间轧辊弯曲。可也设想用于可逆式轧机机座中。
从属权利要求给出了本发明的其它有利设计方案。
附图中示出了本发明的一个实施例。
图1示出了从传动侧看到的四辊轧机机座的侧视剖面图。
图2示出了图1轧机机座工作辊平面的俯视图。
在轧机机座1内,工作辊3,3a由支承辊2,2a支承。工作辊的装配件4,4a通过弯曲组件5,5a,5’,5a’与轧辊机架6,6’相连。在弯曲组件5’和5a’之间设置了一个心轴升降传动装置10,该传动装置可通过驱动装置12定位和锁定。
弯曲组件5和5a通过活塞气缸7相连,活塞气缸的活塞9支承在弯曲组件5a内,而其连杆8安装在弯曲组件5内。弯曲组件5,5a,5’和5a’一方面与工作辊3,3a的装配件4,4a相连,另一方面与轧辊机架6,6’以已知的方式相连。
穿过的轧件的轧制方向通过双箭头11示出。为调整平整度,用心轴升降传动装置定位和锁定弯曲组件5’,5a’,同时将弯曲组件5和5a相连的活塞气缸7导入必要的弯曲力。
本发明不局限于使用心轴升降传动装置,而是可以使用任何垂直定位的机构,例如带有强制导向装置的楔形物,带有夹头和位置传感器的气缸或者偏心轴。
Claims (4)
1.用于在多轧辊-轧机机座中弯曲轧辊的装置,该装置带有进料侧弯曲组件和出料侧弯曲组件,这些组件固定在轧辊装配件和机架窗口之间,可由调整设备设置,其特征在于,一个轧辊机架(6)的弯曲组件(5,5a’;)备有一个活塞气缸(7),相对的轧辊机架(6’)的弯曲组件(5’,5a’)备有一个可垂直定位的系统(10)。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的装置,其特征在于,通过可垂直定位的系统(10)可垂直调整轧辊更换位置。
3.根据权利要求1或2中所述的装置,其特征在于,活塞气缸(7)分别由在一个弯曲组件(5)中配备的活塞(8)和另一个弯曲组件(5a)配备的连杆(9)组成。
4.根据权利要求1至3中所述的装置,其特征在于,可垂直定位的系统(10)构造为心轴升降传动装置,带有强迫导向装置的楔形物,带有夹头和位置传感器的气缸;偏心轴或用于垂直定位的其它机构。
