Claims (12)
- Selbsttätig sperrende und lösende Verbindungsbaugruppe zum Verbinden zweier Bauteile, von denen wenigstens eines ein Durchgangsloch (96) aufweist, insbesondere zum Verbinden zweier Eckbeschläge von Seefrachtcontainern,
welche Verbindungsgruppe an einem der Bauteile (84) befestigbar ist und einen Haltekopf (8) aufweist, der beim Absenken dieses Bauteils auf das andere der Bauteile (100) durch das Durchgangsloch (96) hindurch bewegbar ist und dieses mit einer Haltefläche (26) hintergreift,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Verbindungsbaugruppe (82) an dem einen Bauteil (84) schwenkbar gehalten ist und beim Bewegen des Haltekopfes (8) durch das Durchgangsloch (96) hindurch verschwenkt wird, und
dass die Verbindungsbaugruppe eine Einrichtung (42, 50, 52) aufweist, mit der die Verschwenkbarkeit in dem Zustand, in dem die Haltefläche (26) das Durchgangsloch hintergreift, bei Vorliegen vorbestimmter Bedingungen sperrbar ist. - Verbindungsbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen Schaftbereich (4), der an einem Ende in einem Hammerkopf (6) und am anderen Ende in dem Haltekopf (8) endet, wobei
der Hammerkopf zwei Anlageflächen (10, 12) aufweist, von denen eine erste, an der Seite der Verbindungsbaugruppe, an der die Haltefläche (26) ausgebildet ist, ausgebildete Anlagefläche (10) in axialer Richtung des Hammerkopfes einen größeren Abstand von dem Haltekopf hat als eine zweite an der anderen Seite der Verbindungsbaugruppe ausgebildete Anlagefläche (12), so dass die Verbindungsbaugruppe nach Einschieben des Hammerkopfes durch ein Langloch (88) des einen Bauteils (84) und Verdrehen bezüglich einer axialen Richtung (A) der Verbindungsbaugruppe schräg an dem einen Bauteil hängt,

einen Verriegelungsmechanismus (42, 50), der beim Absenken des oberen Bauteils auf das untere Bauteil ein Verriegelungsglied (50) in den Zwischenraum zwischen der ersten Anlagefläche (10) und die Gegenfläche (90) des oberen Bauteils (84) bewegt, und
eine Sperreinrichtung (52), die eine Bewegung des Verriegelungsgliedes aus dem Zwischenraum heraus bei einer Entfernung der beiden miteinander verbundenen Bauteile voneinander sperrt, wenn sie über ein vorbestimmtes Maß hinaus aus einer Normallage um eine horizontale Achse verkippt oder mit einer horizontalen Komponente beschleunigt wird. - Verbindungsbaugruppe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaftbereich (4) in einem Bereich (76) mit vermindertem Querschnitt ausgebildet ist, der ein Verdrehen des Schaftbereichs im Langloch (88) des einen Bauteils ermöglicht, und der Bereich mit vermindertem Querschnitt über eine Nase (78) in den Hammerkopf (6) übergeht, welche Nase nach Verdrehen der Verbindungsbaugruppe und Absenken der Anlageflächen (10, 12) des Hammerkopfes in Anlage an eine Gegenfläche (80) des einen Bauteils (84) eine Verdrehsicherung bildet.
- Verbindungsbaugruppe nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der von der Haltefläche (26) abgewandten Seite der Verbindungsbaugruppe an dem Schaftbereich (4) eine geschrägte Führungsfläche (32, 24) ausgebildet ist, die bei Anlage an die Wand des Durchgangsloches (96) des unteren Bauteils (100) die schräg hängende Verbindungsbaugruppe verschiebt und/oder in Richtung einer senkrechten Lage verschwenkt.
- Verbindungsbaugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ansatz des Schaftbereiches (4) als ein Flansch (16) ausgebildet ist, dessen Querschnitt etwa einem Querschnitt entspricht, der bei aufeinanderliegenden Bauteilen (84, 100) durch abgeschrägte Ränder (94) von deren Durchgangslöchern (88, 96) gebildet ist.

- Verbindungsbaugruppe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verriegelungsmechanismus einen mit dem Verriegelungsglied (50) zusammenwirkenden Fühlhebel (42) aufweist, das beim Absenken des oberen Bauteils (76) auf das untere Bauteil (88) in Anlage an das untere Bauteil kommt und dadurch derart bewegt wird, dass das Verriegelungsglied in eine Verriegelungsstellung in den Zwischenraum zwischen der ersten Anlagefläche (10) und der Gegenfläche (90) des oberen Bauteils (84) bewegt wird.
- Verbindungsbaugruppe nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungsglied (50) eine Ausnehmung (74) aufweist, in die bei in seiner Verriegelungsstellung befindlichem Verriegelungsglied ein Stössel (58) der Sperreinrichtung einragt, dessen Bewegbarkeit bei sperrender Sperreinrichtung (52) gesperrt ist.
- Verbindungsbaugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fühlhebel (42) an einer Außenseite einen Vorsprung (104) aufweist, der bei schräg an dem einen Bauteil (84) hängender Verbindungsbaugruppe (82) zumindest annähernd in Anlage an einer Wandung des Langlochs (88) dieses Bauteils (84) ist.
- Verbindungsbaugruppe nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung (104) bei schräg an dem einen Bauteil (84) hängender Verbindungsbaugruppe (82) in Folge der Federkraft in elastisch nachgiebiger Anlage an der Wandung des Langloches (88) ist.
- Verbindungsbaugruppe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegbarkeit des Verriegelungsgliedes (50) aus dem Zwischenraum heraus manuell sperrbar ist.
- Verbindungsbaugruppe nach Anspruch 7 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein manuell betätigbares Blockierbauteil (114; 140) vorgesehen ist, mit dem der Fühlhebel (42) in einer Stellung blockierbar ist, in der sich das Verriegelungsglied (50) in dem Zwischenraum befindet.
