Definitions

  • the invention relates to a blanket with divided or stitched, parallel to an edge of the blanket extending, filled with a heat insulating material, elongated chambers, wherein the adjacent and mutually remote chambers attached to at least one of the two surfaces of the blanket forming sheet-like, in particular sewn, are so that at a bend or curvature of the sheet material in the sense of a bulge of the chambers thereon adjacent boundaries or walls of these chambers apart movable or moved and at an opposite curvature or bending the boundaries or walls of the filled chambers are juxtaposed.
  • the blanket defined at the outset is characterized by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.
  • the subdivision of the elongated chambers transversely to their longitudinal extent and the formation of individual chambers thus creates additional points that can be moved apart when bulging the ceiling and their located on the fabric chambers, so that at correspondingly more places this cover heat can pass, while at reverse use of the ceiling these places by the mutual approach and touch a good insulating effect. It can therefore be given off more heat in the summer with a corresponding turning position of the blanket, as it is possible with a ceiling with only longitudinally extending elongated chambers and lateral boundaries of these chambers.
  • the invention makes use of the fact that a human body under such a cover in its longitudinal direction due to the anatomy causes a bulge also transversely to the cover and not only in its longitudinal direction.
  • the anatomy of the user can be taken into account in a simple manner, since larger parts of the body during sleep run approximately parallel to the sleeping pad and thus a bulge in this area not done in the transverse direction.
  • the rectangular individual chambers thus simultaneously take into account the anatomy of the user and achieve the additional effect that the number of subdivisions and the chambers can be limited, so that the production price and production cost of such a cover measured by the improved effect, especially in summer, remains limited.
  • the feature combination according to the invention thus represents a good compromise between the improvement of the heat transfer properties and the required manufacturing effort.
  • the chambers retain their shape to a great extent even during use, without, however, making the top itself stiff and unwieldy.
  • the boundaries of the chambers and the individual chambers also extend to the transverse partitions up to the fabric web and lie against each other over their whole surface when the curve or curvature moves relative to one another.
  • the heat insulation of the blanket in its "winter position" is correspondingly good, in which the chambers face the sleeper, because then all the chambers lie against one another at their boundaries or optionally even are pressed against each other, so that in the region of the chamber boundaries in this position no larger amount of heat can escape than in the area of the chambers themselves.
  • At least the arranged directly on the edge of the blanket, extending parallel to this edge elongated chambers can not or only near its one or both ends.
  • the edges of the blanket often do not cover the body itself, but form a conclusion to the mattress, so that at these edges hardly a bulge takes place and practically no body heat has to be dissipated in the summer.
  • a subdivision of these marginal chambers and the associated production costs can be saved.
  • additional heat in the summer position can be delivered at such a location.
  • the blanket can thus have more subdivisions at the points, which in use due to the anatomy of the user of this with more heat, while other sites, for example, in the leg area or especially at the lateral boundaries may be less often divided so that longer single chambers are provided there. Also, the length of the individual chambers in the area of the shoulders, chest and torso of a user may be less than in the leg area, wherein individual ones of the individual chambers may possibly even have a square shape or in the longitudinal direction of the chambers a shorter dimension than the width of the chambers equivalent.
  • the blanket can thus be designed to the effect that it has more subdivisions there and accordingly more individual chambers, where a user gives off more heat with his body or in summer has a correspondingly lower need that his body heat is retained.
  • the filled chambers may be parallel to the longer edges of the rectangular blanket and the division of these chambers into single chambers may be oriented parallel to the shorter edges of the blanket.
  • the blanket is mainly curved about an axis which runs approximately in its longitudinal direction, while additional curvatures in the transverse direction take place at individual points determined by the body of the user.
  • corresponding interspaces or subdivisions are provided between all chambers, which are moved apart in the summer position and open up and allow corresponding heat passages.
  • the subdivisions of the longitudinally extending parallel chambers can be at least partially aligned with each other, which is especially favorable for the production. If, for example, three longitudinally extending middle chambers of a covering corner are to be subdivided several times, all of these subdivisions of these three chambers can continue each other, ie form individual chambers of matching sizes next to one another.
  • the length of the partitioned individual chambers may be about one and a half to three times, in particular twice as large as their width. This results in a subdivision of a blanket in five or seven extending in their longitudinal direction chambers to favorable dimensions of the individual chambers with a sufficiently large number of subdivisions, which can move apart in summer to allow correspondingly much heat to escape, without the production cost too much enlarge.
  • a particularly expedient embodiment of the invention may consist in that the cross section of the filled chambers or individual chambers is approximately trapezoidal and that diverge in a flat-laid blanket, the facing boundaries or walls of adjacent chambers or individual chambers of the fabric. If the chamber were provided in cross-section with an approximately arcuate boundary, as they result in the stuffing of a normal bulging fabric, would result in normal use possibly even in upward-oriented chambers that the filling flattened and thus the chambers in their peripheral areas so are filled high, that there is little or no space between them, so that the desired effect, in this position to let more heat through, does not occur or in too small a degree.
  • the chambers are provided with a defined trapezoidal cross-section which can be sufficiently stabilized by appropriate seams, the desired angular space between immediately adjacent chambers remains even if the cover is flat or even lying flat, and even more so if the cover is curved and has chambers on its upper side.
  • the boundaries or walls of the individual chambers located at the subdivisions of the chambers can diverge from the plane of the continuous fabric of the cover in cross section and / or the longitudinal sections of the individual chambers can also be substantially trapezoidal, so that even at these subdivisions the desired effect occurs with sufficient certainty.
  • Claim 11 relates to a measure by which it is achieved that the individual chambers are as close to each other as possible in the region of their greatest extent, which is located directly on the fabric.
  • Claim 12 gives an indication of the angle or angles at which the walls and boundaries of the chambers and individual chambers may be arranged approximately to form their approximately trapezoidal cross-sections.
  • Claim 13 relates to an expedient possibility of how the walls of the chambers and individual chambers made of strips or pieces of fabric and can be connected to another piece of fabric or the flat sheet and sewn to form relatively dimensionally stable chambers.
  • Claim 14 relates to the configuration of the mutually facing end faces of the individual chambers, which are respectively arranged on both sides of a subdivision of a continuous chamber for forming these individual chambers.
  • Claim 15 includes a conceivable alternative in which the walls or boundaries of the chambers are not or hardly at an acute angle to the flat fabric, so the cross-section of the chambers are not trapezoidal, but nevertheless spreads at a bulge of the chambers, the boundaries and a reverse bulge pressed together.
  • the cover has more individual chambers than in the edge areas, since the middle area of the cover covers above all the body of a user, so that there the need for heat dissipation in summer is particularly large, while the edge areas predominantly next to the body the user come to rest.
  • a blanket generally designated 1 serves to retain the body heat of a sleeper 2 and to keep the sleeper warm.
  • the blanket 1 is applicable in two opposite layers, where they are in 3 and 4 in their application in the summer and in Figure 7 when used in winter.
  • the cover 1 has partitioned or stitched, parallel to their longer edges 3 extending, with a heat-insulating material such as feathers, down, wool or mixtures thereof, plastic fleece and so on filled elongated chambers 4, wherein these adjacent and mutually remote chambers 4 on one of the two surfaces of the cover 1 forming sheet-like fabric 5 are fixed, which fabric 5 in Figure 6 With them passing seams 6 is visible, which seams 6, the chambers 4 and yet to be described single chambers 7 limit.
  • the chambers 4 are thus sewn onto this fabric 5, which gives them a defined Abessung and shape.
  • Fig.1 to 4 recognizes that at a bend or curvature of the sheet 5 in terms of a bulge of the chambers 4, as can be seen in Figure 4 recognizes adjacent boundaries or walls 8 of these chambers 4 apart or moved and at an opposite curvature or bending according to Figure 7 these boundaries or walls 8 of the individual filled chambers 4 are approximated and placed against each other.
  • Fig.1 and 5 extend the boundaries 8 and 9 of the chambers 4 and the individual chambers 7 also on the transverse partitions to the fabric web 5 and are at a zuratbedorfden curvature or curvature surface, in particular over the entire surface together, as in Figure 7 is shown.
  • the blanket 1 an insulating effect as a comparable blanket without division into chambers 4 and 7 individual chambers so that they can keep the heat well in winter.
  • the individual chambers 4 and individual chambers 7 diverge so that heat can escape between them.
  • the arranged in the central region of the blanket 1 parallel chambers 4 are each divided into individual chambers 7 in the transverse direction, in the embodiment, the three middle chambers 4 are each divided into seven elongated individual chambers 7, but their length dimensions also for adaptation the anatomy of user 2 may be slightly different.
  • each at each edge 3 two such chambers 4 could not be divided or according to the embodiment, only near their respective end each divided once, so that in the area of the shoulder and / or the feet of a person 2 even the heat output in the summer application can be increased.
  • FIG. 7 shows that the chambers 4 and the individual chambers 7 as well as their dimensions and number are arranged in a corporeal manner, that is to say more individual chambers 7 are arranged in the region of the trunk of a person 2 in order to produce heat at the point where most heat is generated To be able to give off most of the heat in the summer.
  • the filled chambers 4 are parallel to the longer edges 3 of the rectangular blanket 1, which accommodates the anatomy of a user 2, an arrangement would also be possible in that these elongate chambers 4 are arranged parallel to the shorter edges 10.
  • the subdivisions of the chambers 4 are oriented in individual chambers 7 parallel to these shorter edges 10 of the blanket 1. These subdivisions are aligned with each other, which simplifies the production. Conceivable, of course, would be a staggered arrangement of the individual subdivisions.
  • the length of the partitioned individual chambers 7 is about one and a half times to three times, with individual individual chambers 7 about twice their width.
  • the longest single chambers 7 are in the middle of the blanket 1 or the chambers 4 having them.
  • Fig.1 and 5 is the cross-section of the filled chambers 4 and thus also of the individual chambers 7 approximately trapezoidal, wherein the longer side of the respective trapezoid is formed by the web 5.
  • the mutually facing boundaries or walls 8 of adjacent chambers 4 start apart from the material web 5.
  • Fig.2 and 6 go the boundaries or walls 8 and 9 filled chambers 4 and 7 individual chambers on the fabric web 5 of a common line or seam 6 from.
  • a practically uniform thickness of the blanket 1 is also achieved in the area of these walls 8 and 9, especially in the winter application.
  • the angle or angles at which the walls and boundaries 8 and 9 are arranged to the continuous panel 5, due to the trapezoidal cross-section each acute angle, have such a size that the walls or boundaries 8 and 9 at the curvature of the web 5, in which the chambers 4 and 7 individual chambers are arranged on the inside of the curvature, touch and the already mentioned continuous insulation surface is formed.
  • each facing walls 8 are parallel, immediately adjacent chambers 4 formed of a common strip or fabric piece, which is connected at its center to the flat panel 5 or sewn, so that at the thus formed respectively free edges of the corresponding strip or Stoff Anlagens the top of the filled chambers 4 and 7 can be connected as an integral or separately attached further piece of fabric, attached or sewn. According stable is made of fabric each chamber 4 or 7.
  • the square or rectangular cover 1 with parallel filled with insulating material chambers 4 has at least the middle continuous chambers. 4 Subdivisions through which in the longitudinal direction of the chambers 4 adjacent single chambers 7 are formed.
  • the walls and boundaries 8 and 9 of the chambers 4 and 7 of the individual chambers run at just spread ceiling of a common panel 5 carrying them, so that a curvature or curvature of the blanket 1, in which the chambers 4 and 7 individual chambers on the inside of Curvature lie, these boundaries and walls 8 and 9 are placed against each other, while at a reverse curvature, these walls or boundaries 8 and 9 from each other. Lying these walls and boundaries 8 and 9 together, the heat insulation of the blanket 1 is better than the reverse arrangement, so that especially the latter arrangement is advantageously used in summer or at higher temperatures.
