Definitions
- the invention relates to a facade consisting of the Façade elements bearing profiles on which at least partially spaced a fastening channel provided is and the facade element is held by a pressing bar, wherein the pressing bar by fastening means in the fastening channel is fastened and wherein at least between the Façade element and the profile is arranged a seal.
- the facades described above are well known. They are executed, for example, as mullion-transom constructions.
- the profiles can be made of wood, for example, Aluminum or steel.
- welded mounting profiles use, for example, schraubkanalartig Act.
- To avoid contact corrosion is doing the in cross-section substantially U-shaped mounting channel directly, that is with the underside of the U ⁇ s at least in sections on the steel profile, for example by a Welded connection attached.
- a gasket Between the façade element and the profile is a gasket, In particular, a U- or hat-shaped seal provided, the encloses the fastening channel.
- the mounting channels in the longitudinal direction vertically or horizontally run and straight at the vertical arrangements the plugged seal during assembly does not stop, because this only loosely placed on the mounting channel.
- Facade element mounted and fixed by the pressing bar is the facade element against the leg ends of the hat-shaped Seal pressed, and so the seal also in their position established.
- the lateral ends of the seal so unfavorable from the profile stand out that this does not automatically by the facade element be pressed against the profile, but in unwanted Jammed way. This inevitably leads to disassembly of the facade element, to then realign the seal again.
- the invention has therefore set itself the task of a facade to provide that easily and as error free as possible can be mounted.
- the invention is based on a Facade, as described above, and proposes a facade, consisting of facade elements supporting profiles, in particular Steel profiles before, on which at least partially spaced a fastening channel is provided and the Façade element is held by a pressing bar, which fastened by fastening means in the mounting channel is and wherein at least between the facade element and the Profile a seal is arranged and being between seal and profile a single or multi-part bar is arranged which is characterized by the fact that the bar predominantly extends laterally adjacent to the mounting channel.
- the disadvantages the known from the prior art solutions are completely eliminated this solution. This, that the bar predominantly extends laterally next to the fastening channel, can now center the seal accordingly and fix.
- the fixing screws do not need to be driven in driven into the screw through the bar and the seal become. Rather, a perfect fixation and Centering the seal can now be made.
- the inventive design of the facade, after which the Strip extends predominantly laterally next to the fastening channel, is particularly favorable because also the Seal located next to the mounting channel on the profile and in In this area the seal provides appropriate support needed through the bar.
- the strip also serves to aid the seal.
- the Gasket is passed through the ledge and becomes through the Strip preferably held in a position that the seal during assembly of the facade element not to jamming inclines.
- the insulation in the sealing area can be improved. For a certain flexibility of the seal it must not be made too thick. A stronger one But seal would basically improve the insulation effect.
- the strip which is arranged between the profile and the seal is and optionally, so for example in a further embodiment the invention, as a separate component of the seal is formed, it allows to improve the insulation effect, without reducing the flexibility of the seal, because the strip as a separate component between the seal and Profile is arranged and so the effective thickness of the insulation just in the weakened areas of the seal, in the area increases the profile and so the heat insulation is improved.
- the use of the proposed bar leads to a certain stiffening or fixation of the seal especially during assembly.
- the invention achieves that the seal remains in the desired area during assembly and not threaten to break. Furthermore, the sees Invention before that the seal is fixed to the bar. As a result, in addition, the risk of falling out of Gasket reduced. From this, as already from the first mentioned variant of the invention results in a clear simplified assembly and fewer assembly errors.
- the invention is for use in a steel facade not limited.
- the invention can also in the same way other facade systems are used.
- a development of the previously described facade provides that the strip interacts with the seal.
- This embodiment is achieved that a fixation of Gasket is given even better than this already by given the arrangement of the bar next to the mounting channel is.
- the strip is, for example, next to the screw arranged, wherein a two-sided arrangement is provided. At certain areas are both sides of the bar together connected, so that a fixation, for example, on the Fixing channel can be done.
- the bar and / or the Seal then have appropriate fasteners, with the help derer a holding interaction of the bar with the seal is effected. Thereby it is given that the seal is very safe now is anordenbar and slipping completely is avoided.
- Another embodiment of the invention is apparent characterized in that the strip on the fastening channel, in particular on the outside of the fastening channel is fastened. This is a simple and cheap Attachment of the bar given. The Slip safety is further increased.
- Another aspect of the invention is characterized in that the fastening channel in several connecting areas with the Profile is connected and located between the connection areas Air gaps extend.
- Air gaps extend.
- the temperature flow between the inner and outer facade area is interrupted, causing the insulation effect is positively influenced.
- the strip is in a preferred embodiment of the invention made of hard plastic (for example PVC or other, stable Plastics). At the same time this material offers also advantages in contact corrosion.
- the Strip also made of hard rubber. In principle it is also possible to form the strip of metal, in which case the Isolation effect is worse.
- the fastening channel in several connecting areas with the Profile is connected and located between the connection areas Air gaps extend into which protrude projections of the bar.
- the mounting channel on the steel profile pointwise or in certain Welded areas and it forms between them Welding areas, the connecting areas, corresponding air gaps out, through which the mounting channel of the profile is spaced.
- Cleverly has the bar corresponding Protrusions, which in this air column, thus in the Protruding areas under the mounting channels and also to Attachment or fixation of the strip on the profile or attachment channel can serve.
- the installation takes place after the welding of the mounting channel on the profile and a surface treatment of Profiles and before installing the seal. This is the bar in the air gap between the profile and the mounting channel inserted.
- the strip clamping means for fixing the bar on the profile or on the mounting channel having.
- the clamping means provide an easy to install or dismantling arrangement on the Strip.
- the bar to attach to the profile or on the mounting channel is.
- screws, plastic screws, Rivets be provided.
- the use of plastic screws contributes to the improvement of the insulation.
- the strip by gluing on the profile or to be arranged on the mounting channel. preferably, is provided that the projection of the bar the Carries clamping means. This makes it possible that the clamping means cooperates favorably with the mounting channel and so the strip and thus the seal holds in position.
- the Clamping means by at least one springy from the bar protruding leg is formed. This is easier Way the clamping means realized, this can, for example obtained by bending out of the flat strip material be or alternatively sprayed or glued to this.
- leg facing the profile Mounting channel side is applied.
- the thigh supports on the mounting channel from and jammed the bar between the mounting channel and the profile. By the springs the thigh but it is easily possible, the bar sideways pull out, with the legs just back away.
- the strip will provide a connection arrangement, In particular, has a connection cam, which with a corresponding connecting element, in particular a recess interacting in the seal.
- a connection cam which with a corresponding connecting element, in particular a recess interacting in the seal.
- a kinematic reversal is also conceivable which, for example, the bar has a recess, the with correspondingly protruding sealing parts of the seal interacting with each other.
- the strip with the seal firmly connected for example glued or integrally formed therewith.
- the invention is not limited to a two-part design. It is certainly provided that the seal carries the bar and so a fixation or support during assembly experiences.
- the strip at least in sections or extends over the entire length of the seal.
- the order This can be improved if the seal supported as possible over its entire length with the bar becomes. The risk that the seal jammed during assembly will decrease accordingly.
- the bar yes, not just an assembly aid, but also a Insulating effect to unfold able and of course this insulating effect over the entire seal length is recommended.
- the fastening channel is U-shaped in cross section or trough-shaped, with the mounting channel preferred forms a screw and in particular the lower portion of the mounting channel the leg a plant offers.
- the mounting channel can itself independently form a screw, in which the fastening means, for example, a screw, or a bolt or the like is screwed.
- the inner walls of the U-shaped channel with the threads of the fastener interacting areas Alternatively it is natural also possible to introduce a screw bar in the mounting channel or other types of attachment such as insert longitudinally adjustable sliding blocks and so on.
- the insertion of the projection of the Ledge in the air gap facilitates and at the same time a plant the leg formed for clamping or fastening.
- the strip of a strip holder on the profile or on the Fixing channel is held.
- the bar is arranged by the bar Elements are set on the profile.
- Variant is a separate component, namely the last holder provided, which ensures that the bar held on the profile is. It is also advantageous that the last holder below Circumstances significantly shorter than the strip itself and one Handling is therefore much easier.
- the last holder in the air gap clamped between profile or bar and mounting channel held is no additional Fasteners needed, the attachment runs very fast and easy and still reliable.
- the last holder is formed like a profile or clip. It is Furthermore provided that the last holder as a single part at least with a lateral part of the bar is connectable.
- the last holder one of the bottom the fastening channel has adapted contour, whereby in a simple manner results in a positive connection, namely, if the Strip holder pressed from below against the mounting channel if it is supported there.
- the form closure facilitates a safe and reliable installation.
- the strip holder by a Clip connection is to connect to the bar.
- Such Arrangement is very simple, without tools during assembly to accomplish and to reopen non-destructively.
- the last holder is e.g. as a cut profile product educated.
- the last holder is equipped so that both Bars are held.
- the last holder is preferred under arranged the mounting channel and is below this right and left to work together with the respective strips, in turn, the seal or the foot areas of the Hat seal that engages in the mounting channel holds.
- Fig. 1 The facade according to the invention is shown schematically in Fig. 1.
- the view shown here is a section through the vertical post.
- the facade is formed on the back by the profile 4, which here for example as I steel beam is executed.
- a fastening channel 3 provided at the outside, short transverse side of the I ⁇ s.
- the fastening channel is in principle slightly spaced from the profile 4 and only partially arranged Welded joints associated with this.
- the fastening channel is formed in cross-section substantially U-shaped and has a screw bar in this embodiment on, which is inserted longitudinally. But it is also one Arrangement possible, in which this separate screw bar is omitted and the fastening screw 9 as a fastener screwed directly into the wall of the mounting channel 3 becomes.
- the pressing bar against the Attachment channel 3 is pressed, wherein the pressing bar 6 on the Façade elements 7 acts and so the facade elements 7 against presses the profile 4 and so attached to the profile construction and stops.
- a Seal provided between the pressing bar 6 and the facade element 7 is a Seal provided. Also is between the facade element. 7 and the profile 4, a seal 2 is provided. The seal 2 is arranged on the inside of the facade.
- the seal 2 shown here is U-shaped in cross section or hat-shaped and overlaps the mounting channel 3. At the respective lateral edges of the seal 2 are provided correspondingly thicker areas, the sealing and if necessary interacting resiliently with the facade elements 7, if this by the pressure bar 6 against the profile. 4 be pressed.
- the hat-shaped seal shown here forms an inner, only by the fastening means. 9 permeated, uniform density level.
- the seal tends to be during assembly why it is cheap, with the help of According to the invention proposed strip 1, the position of the seal 2 to fix.
- the strip 1 can be used, for example, as a seal fixing or seal retaining strip may be formed.
- the strip 1 is essentially flat like a profile formed and has one-sided projecting projections 12 at the recessed strip areas 13 (see Fig. 2) connect. These recessed strip areas 13 are here designed so that this with the welds, to which the mounting channel 3 is connected to the profile 4, not collided. Incidentally, the projections 12 protrude into the air gap at least partially into it and fill the space between two at least partially adjacent welds.
- the bar 1 is therefore in plan view, for example, as Profile material, which sections, preferably in regular intervals, has receding ledge areas, which are obtained for example by a punching.
- connection arrangement having, with a corresponding connecting element interacting in the seal. Because the bar 1 is at least partially without the fastening channel 3, is achieved by the fact that the seal in position to Assembly is fixed and held. It is envisaged that as Connecting arrangement preferably, for example, a connection cam 10 is provided, which in a corresponding recess or fixing groove in the seal, thus clamping or holding intervenes. Of course, it is also a kinematic reversal conceivable, so an arrangement in which at the Seal protruding parts in a recess of the bar clampingly intervene.
- the strip clamping means for Attach the strip on the profile 4 or on the Attachment channel 3 has.
- These clamping means exist for Example of at least one springy, protruding from the bar Leg 11.
- This protruding leg 11 can thereby won in a simple manner from the last material by, for example, a corresponding leg molded or bent.
- the leg 11 is then on holding the lower portion 8 of the mounting channel 3 or clamped on.
- two legs 11 at provided the bar 1, which are arranged symmetrically to each other are and in the same way to that in the special case too trough-shaped fastening channel 3 lower area. 8 clamped against.
- Such a configuration allows a simple Mount the bar 1 and stabilizes the sufficient Seal and fix this.
- serve the legs 11 also to improve the insulation. They divide namely the air gap into several smaller voluminas, reducing the circulation is further prevented.
- the legs 11 are in the right part, preferably on the projections 12 (see Fig. 3 and Fig. 2). On the other Side, so in the left area of the bar 1 (see Fig. 3) the cam 10 either in sections or like a strip arranged longitudinally.
- Fig. 2 are two substantially identical strips 1, 1 ' shown. These are so interlocked that the projection 12th the left bar 1 in the recessed last area 13th the right bar 1 'and vice versa.
- the arrangement is but chosen so that the length of the projection 12 is smaller is the length of the recessed last region 13, resulting in a free space 5.
- this space 5 is the weld between the mounting channel 3 and the profile 4 provided, which is between the welding areas forming air gap alternately from the left as the right bar is filled optimally and reliably.
- Weld seam there is a corresponding measure specification of Weld seam, so that it is exactly in the recess of the free space 5 is arranged.
- the arrangement is preferably chosen so that to the Projections 12 of the bar 1 recessed strip areas 13th connect and the length of the projections 12 lower, preferably half or almost half the length of the receding ones Groin areas is.
- Such an embodiment is for one achieves that two corresponding, similar trained strips 1, 1 'from both sides under the mounting channel 3 in the forming air gap are insertable without obstructing another.
- a certain amount of play is accepted for the assembly to facilitate, namely, if the length of the projections almost the Half the length of the recessed groin areas corresponds.
- connection areas ie those areas in which the mounting channel 3 is connected to the profile 4, at a constant distance are arranged and this distance of the spacing of the projections 12 substantially corresponds. It will be a grid predetermined, within which arranged the connection area is.
- the connection area is for example the area in which the weld is arranged or the fastening screw or other fasteners for the Mounting channel on the existing of any material Profile is located.
- each a bar 1, 1 ' is arranged, whose protrusions 12 protrude into the air gap and the respective Projections 12 in the respective recessed strip areas 13 of the adjacent bar 1, 1 'protrude.
- Fig. 2 schematically in plan view. Schematically, above half of Fig. 2 in a side view of the both cooperating profiles 1, 1 'indicated, these are Also provided in Fig. 1.
- Fig. 4a is another alternative embodiment of Invention shown.
- the bar 1 is formed in several parts.
- the bar 1 is in the embodiment shown by the strip holder 19 attached to the profile 4.
- Of the Strip holder 19 is in turn supported on the bottom 30th of the mounting channel 3 and has such Residual stress, that the lateral ends, the nose 18 wear, exert a force in the direction of the profile 4 when the Bar 1 is pushed.
- the bar 1 is doing perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the mounting channel. 3 inserted under the nose 18, for which purpose the bevel 16 Conveniently helps.
- the whole arrangement is on it designed to require no tools during assembly.
- the nose 18 has a corresponding sliding surface to on the chamfer 16 not to catch or stagnate.
- the strip holder 19 also serves for attaching the right bar 1 and the left bar 1 ', in the same Way is formed.
- the bar 1 has a nose 18 receiving recess 17 into which the nose 18 due to the Internal stress springs in.
- Fig. 4b it is shown that the strip holder 19 only in short Areas, e.g. between two connection areas 40 in Air gap 41 is arranged by plugged. It's enough a few, individual strip holder 19 to attach the two To provide strips 1, 1 '.
- the hat-shaped seal 2 in particular in the foot areas 20 of the strip. 1 held reliably.
