Definitions
- the invention relates to a device according to claim 1, which is provided with a two-part working and functional unit, which is designed as a frame or table-like device.
- the device consists of a stationary ascertainable frame, which has two juxtaposed table-like support plates, which are arranged in this frame parallel to each other. These table-like support plates are movably mounted individually and independently of one another in the three space dimensions.
- At least one motor drive is provided which independently of one another displaces the table-like support plates at least in one dimension into randomized, oscillating-pulsating movements which describe elliptical or circular movement paths whose amplitudes may be different. In this case, the respective frequency of these movements can be changed.
- the invention also relates to a method according to claim 16.
- each of the two table-like support plates is arranged in their two-sided areas each on space movable, fork-shaped brackets, which receive bearings of mutual axle shafts of eccentric rollers for each of the two table-like support plates.
- limiting rollers are arranged above the mutual eccentric rollers. These limiting rollers have a gap "d" to the circumference of the respective associated eccentric role.
- the aforementioned eccentric rollers have a cylindrical shape and eccentric axle shafts.
- the eccentric rollers are each supported on a respective drive roller and one support roller. By the drive rollers, the eccentric rollers are placed in the same direction or non-synchronous, synchronous or asynchronous revolutions. Due to the eccentric mounting of the Axle shafts in space-movable, fork-shaped brackets put them in speed-dependent movements, which describe elliptical or circular trajectories.
- the said drive rollers are mounted in lateral movements of the frame by means of their drive shafts, and they are offset by at least one motor drive in the same direction synchronous revolutions.
- a modified exigtician also provides to put the drive rollers in non-synchronous synchronous or asynchronous revolutions.
- each of the two table-like support plates is arranged in their both-end areas on the respective associated fork-shaped brackets.
- These brackets can also have other than fork-shaped designs, and are provided with bearings of both sides axle shafts of the eccentric rollers.
- Buffers made of a resilient material or joints may be inserted between the fork-shaped supports and the table-like support plates, so that a small tiltability in the transverse direction is achieved; but it can also be made a solid connection, so that at the relevant point a tilting in the transverse direction is not given.
- a modified embodiment also provides that on each of the two table-like support plates extending in the X-axis longitudinal tilt axes are present, on which the cover plates are hinged tiltable by means of composite approaches. Instead of these longitudinal axes and longitudinal hinges may be arranged by means of which the support plates can be tiltably connected.
- the table-like support plates are movably mounted in the three space dimensions.
- At least one drive motor is sufficient, which displaces one or more components of the device in at least one dimension in vibration movements.
- the frequency of these oscillatory movements can be changed within certain limits.
- the amplitude of the oscillating movement can be variable within certain limits.
- the device can serve different purposes and be used in applications where it is important to act on objects, materials or substrates by rhythmic or arrhythmic mechanical shock or vibration.
- coarse-grained bulk material singling or sorting operations can be initiated or carried out, or in fine-grained or powdery bulk material mixing or homogenization suggestions can be achieved.
- fine-grained or powdery bulk material mixing or homogenization suggestions can be achieved.
- the two-sided support plates or the cover plates connected thereto are connected by a rigid or compliant body by means of hinged connections, independent, pulsating and divergent random or randomized movements can be achieved for this body by these shock or vibration effects ,
- the device can also be used as a training / fitness device as well as a medical therapy device for persons or animals, in particular in order to increase their coordination ability and / or to stimulate certain muscles.
- Documents EP 0575305, WO 93/24092, US 4873966 and US 4858599 also describe various devices which can also be used as training / fitness equipment.
- An interesting area of application is in particular the loosening and relaxing of the muscles of high-performance athletes, especially ski jumpers and downhill runners.
- Another interesting area of use is the stimulation of the muscles of Parkinson's disease patients. It has been shown that symptoms such as Rigor or tremor are favorably influenced.
- the device can be further used to solve various tasks in different fields. If objects, materials or substrates are exposed to said rhythmic or arrhythmic jerking or oscillating effects, the various changes mentioned can be caused thereby, for example, in the case of solids also effects on their crystalline structures are possible.
- the device can be provided according to further features with at least one fastening device for releasably shock and vibration-proof connecting a receptacle for a vessel or a holder.
- the attachable vessel can serve to receive pourable, intended for processing Good; with the holder can be solid or the like. Materials for processing impact and vibration proof connected to the device.
- the fastening device may comprise a receptacle which comprises a shoe attached to the support plate or cover plate, which serves for the composite-proof placement or insertion of the object to be fastened.
- the fastening device may include straps and / or straps with buckles, or it may be provided with support brackets with adjustable brackets.
- fastening devices in particular straps and / or bands with buckles can serve for fastening of human or animal limbs.
- a device with fastening devices formed in this way is particularly suitable as a training / fitness device or therapy device of the type described above.
- Fig. 1 the device is shown in side view without cover.
- the device has two spaced apart in their longitudinal direction and extending transversely to the longitudinal direction drive shafts 1, which are synchronously driven by a motor drive 16/17, consisting of drive motor 16 and drive belt 17 in the same direction of rotation.
- a motor drive 16/17 consisting of drive motor 16 and drive belt 17 in the same direction of rotation.
- Each of the two transverse drive shafts 1 each carry a drive roller 2 on both sides.
- the two drive shafts 1 are synchronously connected to each other by means of a toothed belt connection 15 in the same direction of rotation.
- Fig. 1 the right side of the arrangement shown in Fig. 1 is shown in fragmentary detail. There are the corresponding side of the drive shaft 1 and seated on this drive roller 2 can be seen.
- the eccentric roller 3 can be seen in Fig. 2, which is supported on the drive roller 2 and in addition to a support roller 4 rolling. It can be seen in FIG. 2 that the eccentric roller 3 has an eccentric axle shaft 5. Due to the rotation of the eccentric roller 3 whose axle shaft 5 performs at each revolution of an oscillating, an elliptical or circular path descriptive movement in at least the size of the eccentricity. This movement, referred to below as elliptical, is composed of a simultaneously vertical and horizontal movement which is transmitted to the bearing points 6 of the axle shafts 5.
- This bearing 6 is mounted in a fork-shaped holder 7.
- the fork-shaped holder 7 thus also experiences an oscillating as elliptical-shaped vertically and horizontally directed recurring movement.
- a side walk is called, which is rigidly mounted and fixed to the frame 20 is connected.
- the bearings 9 for supporting the journal 10 of the support roller 4 and the limiting roller 11 are arranged.
- the eccentric roller 3 can stand out during its rotation of the drive roller 2 and the support roller 4, on which the eccentric roller 3 rests, because of the centrifugal forces occurring. This lifting is not harmful, but even desirable under special conditions. Thereby, the uniformity of the rotational movements of the eccentric roller 3 is interrupted for fractions of seconds, and thus their speed changed as desired by the slip caused thereby irregular.
- the limiting roller 11 has the task to limit the vertical lifting strokes and the lifting of the eccentric roller 3 upwards. Between the eccentric roller 3 and the limiting roller 11, a gap “d" is kept free, which can be seen in Fig. 2. This gap "d" also limits the maximum amount of lifting of the eccentric 3.
- the nonuniformity of the rotational movement generated thereby is also transferred to the fork-shaped holder 7, and by the inertia or interaction of the shocks and vibrations exposed objects, persons, animals, materials or substrates which are located on the support plate 8 and are secured thereto. These effects are facilitated by the fact that the support plate 8 is also movable or tiltable in the transverse direction, since the eccentric roller 3 due to their distance "d" to the limiting roller 11 allows sufficient clearance.
- Fig. 3 shows the device in side view.
- the right side corresponds in all essential features to the illustration of FIG. 2.
- the illustration on the left corresponds to the left side of FIG. 1.
- the named right Side of the illustration of Fig. 3 shows the same features and elements of Figure 2: 1 is the drive shaft and 2 denotes the drive roller.
- the eccentric roller 3 is also supported here on the drive roller 2 and the support roller 4.
- the eccentric roller 3 is mounted with its axle shaft 5 here in the fork-shaped holder 7, which is designed to be spatially movable.
- the eccentric roller 3 is intended; it is between 1 and 50 mm and causes - as mentioned above - that the eccentric roller can lift off and thereby the shocks and vibrations of the eccentric roller 3, depending on the respective instantaneous distance "d" different degrees and at different time intervals (thus in variable frequencies) to the fork-shaped holder 7, which is so intended.
- the space-movable, fork-shaped holder 7 carries at its upper flattened end at least one buffer 13, which consists of an elastically yielding material.
- the support plate 8 is superimposed, which is tilted by this storage due to the thus created further degree of freedom in the transverse direction to the longitudinal extent of the device within certain limits.
- the buffer or buffers 13 serve to accommodate the longitudinal displacement, which is transmitted from the fork-shaped holder 7 on the support plate 8. In place of the buffer 13 may also be a joint.
- the training manner to be compared of the right-hand illustration of FIG. 3 is not provided with a buffer 13. Rather, the support plate 8 connected to the space movable fork-shaped holder 7 is not in this case in the transverse direction tiltable, since the support plate 8 (see Figure 3) by means of a screw 23 is rigidly connected to the fork-shaped holder 7. Nevertheless, a tilting movement of the support plate 8 screwed with the fork-shaped holder 7 in the transverse direction is very possible and intended, since the eccentric roller 3, as described above, allows a corresponding degree of freedom due to its distance "d" to the limiting roller 11.
- the Figure 3 also shows on the right side in all features a mirror image training manner as the execution on the left side. Therefore, the mirror image corresponding features are provided with matching reference numerals.
- the drive shaft with 1 and the drive roller is designated 2.
- the eccentric roller 3 is also supported here on the drive roller 2 and the support roller 4.
- Above the eccentric roller 3, the limiting roller 11 is also arranged in compliance with the distance "d".
- Fig. 4 shows a cross section through the device.
- the common drive shaft 1 is recognizable for both side by side and parallel to each other arranged part versions, which are mounted one behind the other on the frame 20 in the longitudinal direction of the device.
- On the drive shafts 1 of the two juxtaposed part versions sits each a drive roller 2.
- the overlying limiting rollers 11 are mounted in the side walls 12 with their journals 10 in the bearings 9. Also tilting movements of the support plates 8 are possible because the eccentric rollers 3 has a further degree of freedom because of their distance "d" to the limiting rollers 11.
- the support plates 8 are fixed by means of the screw 23, and these are located in the middle of the tiltable bearing arrangements of the cover plates 14. These are hingedly mounted in the tilting bearings 24 about the longitudinal axes "x" tilted within narrow limits. This results in a further degree of freedom of the cover plates 14, which are movable at limited tilt angles in the transverse direction.
- FIG. 5 A modification of the embodiment shown in Figure 4 is shown in Figure 5.
- the support plates 8 is not rigidly connected to the fork-shaped brackets 7, but connected in the transverse and longitudinal direction on the buffers 13 or joints with the brackets 7. These serve to accommodate the longitudinal displacement, which is transmitted from the fork-shaped holder 7 on the support plate 8.
- FIG.6 A further modified embodiment is shown in Fig.6.
- the support plates 8 are provided with double-sided U-shaped longitudinal rails 27, the U-openings facing inward, and in which rollers or bearings 28 are guided, which are connected by means of journals 29 to the fork-shaped brackets 7.
- This rail connection serves to accommodate the longitudinal displacement, which transmits on the fork-shaped holder 7 on the support plate 8.
- the device is designed such that the two adjacent support plates 8 limited elliptical movements in the vertical and horizontal direction and the cover plates 14 connected to the cover plates 14 also elliptical movements in the vertical and horizontal directions and about longitudinal axes.
- x can perform tilting movements and that they are independently offset in shock or vibration elliptical movements of different frequency.
- the elliptical movements may be different in shape.
- Both "d" of the eccentric roller 3 given to the limiting roller 11 corresponding degree of freedom additionally tilted.
- FIG. 7 shows the modified embodiments illustrated in FIGS. 5 and 6 of the connection of one of the cover plates 14 with its associated support plate 8 in a lateral perspective view View.
- the cover plates 14 are tiltable about the x-axis.
- the tilting bearings are connected by means of screws 31 on the support plate 8.
- the cover plates 14 are therefore within narrow limits as indicated by dashed lines in the transverse direction movable.
- FIG. 8 shows a modified embodiment compared to FIG. 7.
- the cover plates 14 are held in the center of the support plates 8 by means of the bolts 35 on an elastic intermediate bearing disc 36 spatially movable.
- these crescent-shaped slots 37 are incorporated, which are guided in fixed fixing bolts 38 and limit their movement ranges.
- FIGS. 9 and 10 show the embodiment of FIG. 8 with additional devices which make it possible to partially or completely restrict the movements of the cover plates 14 on the support plates 8.
- 40 denotes a slider having a horizontal slot 41.
- the slider 40 can be advanced so far in the longitudinal direction that the slot 41 wholly or partially receives a lug 42 of the cover plate 14 in itself. If the slider 40 is fully advanced, then the approach 42 is fixed therein, so that the cover plate 14 is fixed and can not move. If the mobility of the cover plate 14 are only limited, the slider 40 is only partially advanced and held in this position by means of the adjusting screw 43.
- FIG. 10 One of these modified training mode of the total or partial restriction of the mobility of the cover plate 14 on the support plate 8 is shown in FIG. 10.
- two sliding pieces 44, 45 are provided with rising ramp-like inclined surfaces 46, 47, by means of which the respective cover plate 14 can be wholly or partially fixed during advancement.
- FIG 11 shows a schematic partial side view of the device according to one of FIGS. 1 to 3, in which three different positions a) to c) of the fork-shaped holders 7 due to the eccentricity of the axle shafts 5 or eccentric rollers 3 are illustrated. From these positions, the different elliptical movements of the fork-shaped movements of the fork-shaped holders 7 and thus the attached to these pads 8 can be seen.
- FIG. 12 shows a design according to FIG. 4, in which the eccentric roller 3 has a spherically shaped mantle surface instead of the cylindrical mantle surface.
- the size of the crown can be between 1.00 mm and 10.00 mm.
- Another modification may also consist in that except the eccentric roller 3 and the limiting roller 11 has a spherical mantle surface.
- FIG. 13 shows a modification of FIG. 1.
- the eccentric roller 3 is driven only indirectly by a drive roller 2, because the eccentric roller 3 rests on a conveyor belt 21, which is driven by a drive roller 2. Since the eccentric roller 3 rests directly on the conveyor belt 21, the eccentric roller 3 is driven by this conveyor belt.
- the drive train is transferred from the drive motor 16 and the drive belt 17 via a drive roller 2 by means of a conveyor belt 21 directly to the resting on the conveyor belt 21 eccentric rollers 3.
- FIG. 14 shows the overall device with the two cover surfaces 14, which are juxtaposed in a cutout 48 in the upper side 49 of the complete cover 50 with objects u. dergl. are acted upon or loadable.
