Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for vibration therapy with an at least partially designed as a vibration support treatment table, which vibrating devices act on the vibration support in such a way that the vibration support is excited to vibrate, with a first and second main component in the plane of the support surface and a third main component perpendicular to this contact surface.
  • a generic device is known for example from FR-A-1 571 954.
  • a treatment couch is also known which comprises a height-adjustable leg rest. With such a treatment couch it should be possible to treat vertebral displacements therapeutically.
  • the object of the invention is to improve the effectiveness of such a Perl extension and to open up new therapeutic possibilities in connection therewith.
  • This object is achieved in that a height-adjustable extendable leg rest device is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the treatment couch outside the oscillating support.
  • an optimal therapeutic effect is achieved by combining a so-called Perl extension, which is achieved due to the height-adjustable leg support device, with vibration therapy.
  • the Perl extension after the previous vibration treatment is opened a minimum of time, e.g. reduced about 1 minute. This also makes this particularly efficient extension type much more pleasant for the patient.
  • the vibration therapy device used is preferably one as described above, but in principle a significant improvement in Perl's extraction is also achieved by other types of vibration therapy devices.
  • the vibration excitation devices are driven simultaneously and with a constant frequency ratio. This avoids setting frequency combinations for the vibrations of different directions of vibration, which are therapeutically ineffective or at least impair the well-being of the patient.
  • the vibration support is positively coupled to the vibration excitation devices. This ensures that regardless of the possibly adjustable speed of the single drive provided and regardless of resonance phenomena, a very specific, defined and preselectable vibration amplitude is achieved in every direction.
  • a particularly effective form of therapeutic vibration so-called shock vibrations, is achieved through the forced coupling. Vibrations of this type loosen the muscles by hindering reflex formation (inhibition of the gamma loop of the spinal reflex arc). Detonation with simultaneous hyperemia is achieved. The detonation effect is achieved in particular by avoiding vibrations which are perceived by the patient as unpleasant, and a subjective setting option can also be provided by medical assistants simply by changing the drive speed.
  • the concept of the invention can be realized in that an eccentric approach running in a plane parallel to the oscillating support in there is a direct drive connection to the oscillating support.
  • a direct drive connection can be achieved in that the eccentric extension is surrounded, for example in the manner of a planetary gear, by ball bearings connected to the oscillating support, or in that the outside of the eccentric extension is designed as a needle roller bearing which rolls on a ring connected to the oscillating support.
  • an oscillation excitation device for generating a vertical oscillation is formed by a swash plate acting on the underside of the oscillating support.
  • the swash plate is conveniently arranged on the same drive shaft as the eccentric approach. In this way, it is structurally very simple to simultaneously implement forced couplings for a circular vibration in the plane of the treatment couch or the vibration support and perpendicular to it.
  • an eccentric weight is driven in rotation by the one drive and the rotary bearing of the eccentric weight is connected to the oscillating support in such a way that the axis of rotation of the rotary bearing is inclined by an angle ⁇ to the plane of the oscillating support.
  • the oscillating support carries out an oscillation which can be broken down into an elliptical oscillation in the plane of the supporting surface in accordance with the projection of the rotational movement of the eccentric weight and an oscillation perpendicular to the oscillating support.
  • the angle ⁇ is adjustable. This allows the composition of the three-dimensional vibration of the vibration support to be changed by making the component perpendicular to the vibration support relatively large at a very small angle between the vibration support and the axis of rotation compared to the amplitude of the vibration in the plane, while at a very large angle the plane Vibration predominates.
  • the headrest can be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the treatment couch and in this direction away from the oscillating support with a Tensile force can be applied.
  • a Tensile force can be applied.
  • a weight acts on the headrest by means of a deflection device and a pull rope or band. This measure ensures that a constant tensile force is exerted on the head even when the body is muscularly detonated due to the vibrations of the oscillating plate and lengthens in the process. This increase in length is compensated for by the weight moving slightly downwards while maintaining the tensile force.
  • the device shown in FIG. 1 comprises a treatment couch 1 with a support surface 2 for a patient 3, the support surface 2 resting on a base frame 4.
  • the support surface 2 comprises an oscillating support 5 and a leg support device 6 with a device 7 for height adjustment.
  • the vibrating support 5 is capable of circular vibrations in the plane of the support surface 2 and superimposed on vibrations perpendicular to it by means of an electric motor 8 of vibration excitation devices 9, 10.
  • the treatment couch 1 comprises longitudinally extending cushion parts 11 arranged laterally to the oscillating support 5 with an inclined surface 12 and a head cushion part 13 with a support surface 14 likewise inclined inwards.
  • the treatment table 1 comprises a base plate 15 made of wood, which is attached to a circumferential metal frame 18 via flanges 16 and screws 17.
  • the vibration pad 5 consists of a wooden plate 19 and a cushion pad 20.
  • the wooden support 19 rests on a metal frame 22 via four elastic buffers 21, which are sold under the name "Silent Block”.
  • Lugs 23 of this metal frame 22 projecting laterally outwards in turn carry elastic buffers 24 which form a suspension on a free leg 25 of the frame 18.
  • the frame 18 is in turn connected to a lower frame 27 as part of the base frame 4 via vertical struts 26.
  • the lower frame 27 has laterally projecting leg extensions 28, to which elastic buffers 29 are fastened, the other end of which is in turn fastened to a projecting leg 30 of a profile frame 32 standing on the floor 31.
  • the oscillating support 5 is supported on the floor 31 via three levels of elastic buffers 21, 24 and 28, the buffers 21 being loaded under pressure and the buffer blocks 24 and 29 under tension.
  • a shaft 36 mounted in a ball bearing 34 on a strut 35 of the base frame 4 is driven by means of a belt drive 33 via an electric motor 8 (see FIG. 1) fastened to the base frame 4.
  • a cylindrical eccentric extension 38 is attached eccentrically such that the central longitudinal axis 39 of this extension is offset by an amount A with respect to the central longitudinal axis 40 of the shaft 36.
  • a plurality of support pins 41 are attached, which support ball bearings 42, the outer ring 43 of which rests on the eccentric pin 38, so that the rotary movement of the shaft 36 via the eccentric shoulder 38 into a circular oscillating movement of the oscillating support 5 in whose level is implemented with the amplitude A in accordance with the eccentricity of the eccentric shoulder 38.
  • the eccentric shoulder 38 thus forms the first vibration excitation device 9 together with the ball bearings 42 and the pins 41.
  • a swash plate 44 is attached to the upper side of the eccentric shoulder 38, the upper side of which is inclined with respect to the normal to the longitudinal axis 39 of the eccentric shoulder 38 or the shaft 40. This upper side rests on a ball 45 which is mounted in the wooden plate 19 of the oscillating support 5 in the center Z of the oscillating support 5. Corresponding to the inclination of the swash plate 40, an oscillating movement perpendicular to its plane is transmitted via the ball 45 to the oscillating support 5 and superimposed on the circular oscillating movement in this plane, with an amplitude B corresponding to the maximum height difference of the swash plate 44.
  • the swash plate 44 together with the ball 45 forms the second vibration excitation device 10.
  • FIG. 8 shows a top view of the treatment table 1, from which it can be seen that an extendable leg support device 6 is provided in the leg area below the oscillating support 5, which is shown in more detail in FIGS. 1 and 9 and 10.
  • the leg support device 6 comprises a leg cushion 46 which is mounted on the top of a spindle 48 via a holding part 47.
  • the spindle 48 is mounted on a strut 49 of the base frame 4 by means of a bearing device 50.
  • an electric motor 51 is also attached, which drives a threaded nut 54 via a gear 52 and a chain drive 53, which is axially fixedly mounted on the strut 49, so that the rotary movement of the threaded nut 54, through which the spindle 48 is performed, a height adjustment of the spindle 48 and thus the cushion 46 is accomplished.
  • the holding part 48 comprises guide lugs 55 which are mounted in longitudinal ball bearings 56.
  • FIG. 12 shows how in the exemplary embodiment described an electric motor 8a is connected to a molded part 62 by means of a flange 60 and indicated screws 61, which in turn is screwed to the plate 19 of the oscillating support 5 via only indicated screws 63.
  • the molded part 62 has a recess 63 ', in which an eccentric weight 64 in the form of an eccentric disc is arranged on a shaft 65, which in the simplest case is the output shaft of the geared motor 8a.
  • the axis of rotation 65 'of the rotary bearing for the eccentric weight 64 formed by the shaft 65 extends at an angle ⁇ to the plane of the oscillating support 5. In the exemplary embodiment, this angle is approximately 45 °.
  • the molded part 62 can also be designed such that it pivots the eccentric weight 64 over an angular range ⁇ of e.g. 5 to 85 ° based on the level of the vibration support 5 allows.
  • the vibrations introduced into the vibration support 5 in the direction of the arrow 66 can be broken down into a component perpendicular to the plane in the vibration support 5 (component 67) and two mutually perpendicular components 68 in the plane of the vibration support 5, of which in FIG. 3 due to the Perspective, only one component is shown. In this way, the oscillating support 5 is excited to simple three-dimensional vibrations by means of a single drive.
  • a device cabinet 6 is provided in the area of the base frame 5 of the treatment table 1 below the head area.
  • a patient 70 shown in FIG. 13 rests with his trunk essentially on the oscillating support 20.

  • clamps 130 engage in FIG. 13, which are fastened to both lateral ends of a belt arrangement 140.
  • the belt arrangement 140 has a hammock-like cut and thus forms a support recess 150 in the state loaded by the head 80 of the patient 70.
  • a cable 160 engages on the belt arrangement 140, which is guided over a deflection roller 170 in such a way that it is first guided in the longitudinal direction to the rear and then vertically downwards, a weight 190 being attached to the end 180 of the cable is.
  • the deflection roller 170 is mounted on a support arm 200 which is attached to the rear of the base frame 50 or to the rear of the equipment cabinet 60.
