Abstract
Description
Es hat sich gezeigt, dass ein solches Auflockern den Zentriervorgang überraschend wirksam unterstützt, und zwar auch bei höheren Geschwindigkeiten, beispielsweise bei einer Durchlaufgeschwindigkeit von 1 m/s oder mehr.
Insbesondere erfolgt das Auflockern durch Rütteln des Schuppenstromes. Der Schuppenstrom wird somit von unten aufgerüttelt und damit aufgelockert. Dies kann konstruktiv mit sehr einfachen und robusten Teilen erfolgen.
Insbesondere sind diese Erhebungen an Transportrollen angeordnet, die sich quer zur Transportrichtung erstrecken.
Das Auflockern erfolgt vorzugsweise bereits im Einlaufbereich oder vor diesem Einlaufbereich.
Der Einlaufbereich weist gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung angetriebene vertikale Rollen auf, über welche wenigstens ein endloses Band geführt ist. Dieser Einlaufbereich ist vorzugsweise trichterförmig ausgebildet.

Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Zentrieren eines Schuppenstromes (2) aus Druckprodukten (3), mit einem angetriebenen Förderer (4), der wenigstens ein Transportorgan (5) aufweist, welches den Schuppenstrom (2) horizontal bewegt und mit einem an einem Abschnitt des Förderers (4) angeordneten Gestell (6), an dem angetriebene Mittel (7) zum seitlichen Ausrichten des Schuppenstromes (2) vorgesehen sind, wobei diese Mittel eine erste in Transportrichtung (18) gesehen seitlich links angeordnete Ausrichteinheit (8) und eine zweite in Transportrichtung (18) gesehen seitlich rechts angeordnete Ausrichteinheit (9) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel (15) vorgesehen sind, welche den Schuppenstrom (2) von unten auflockern.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (15) zum Auflockern des Schuppenstromes (2) am Transportorgan (5) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (15) zum Auflockern des Schuppenstromes (2) Erhebungen (16) sind, die von unten vertikal an Einzelprodukten (3) des Schuppenstromes (2) aufschlagen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erhebungen (16) jeweils an einem als Transportrolle (14) ausgebildeten Transportorgan (5) angeordnet sind und mit dieser mitdrehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens einige der Transportrollen (14) mehrere Erhebungen (16) aufweisen, die am Umfang der entsprechenden Transportrolle (14) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erhebungen (16) radial vorspringend ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Ausrichteinheiten (8, 9) in Förderrichtung (18) gesehen zuerst einen Einlaufbereich (E) und anschliessend einen Beruhigungsbereich (B) bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einlaufbereich (E) angetriebene vertikale Rollen (11) aufweist, über welche wenigstens ein endloses Band (12) gelegt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die endlosen Bänder (12) jeweils in einem unteren Bereich der vertikalen Rollen (11) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Beruhigungsbereich (B) vertikale Rollen (10) angeordnet sind, die einen freien Transportraum bilden und frei sind, sodass der Schuppenstrom (2) in diesem Beruhigungsbereich (B) direkt an diesen vertikalen Rollen (10) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einlaufbereich (E) konisch zusammenlaufend ausgebildet ist.
